Was looking for my grandsons first car. Dan sold him a 2003 Pontiac which is in great shape. Dan was helpful, honest and upfront about the vehicle My daughter and I were appreciative and happy for my grandsons first experience. He s thrilled and likes his car. Honest and up front from the first phone call to the final payment drop off. Dan went above and beyond to make sure this car was safe and reliable. Would definitely seek him out when looking for another car.

Called on a Friday and was told I would get a call back on Monday from the salesman as only the detail employee was present. I decided to call the following week on a lunch break as I hadn t gotten a call back and the phone was answered by the most rude person I ve ever spoken with. He interrupted me multiple times and told me he wasn t willing to ship a vehicle even though I hadn t gotten the chance to tell him I would gladly set up the shipping and cover the costs. Before I was able to finish that explanation I was again interrupted and asked why I would want to buy a car without seeing it? He neglected to listen to my actual question which had to do with the condition of the car and working/non working parts. I was never given the chance to speak, explain, or inquire at any point. I counted my blessings and hung up as dealing with him would ve been a nightmare. I planned to pay cash, full offer for the car because I had sought one out just like it for awhile and believed it was worth the price. I would ve wanted someone to tell me this guy was this rude ahead of time, so I leave this review in hopes I can spare someone the disappointment.Edit: My point is proven by his response. I asked upfront about the vehicle and the first question I got was where I was located, not any sort of attempt to explain anything about the vehicle itself. Who asks why I would want to buy a vehicle I haven t seen and remains silent awaiting my response instead of letting me know what s significant about the car? Owner had multiple attempts to tell me about the car but instead preferred to highlight that he was unwilling to ship it and ask me why I wanted to buy a car I haven t seen and then remain silent waiting for my response. Why would I call the dealer and then not allow him to tell me about the car if he attempted to do so? Like I said, I was eager to get more info on the car as it was already up on car gurus despite apparently not haven gone through inspection with an already established $7900 asking price online! Just got this info in his reply below, no attempt to state this when I said I wanted more info on the car in our phone call. That speaks volumes in itself! CarGurus has had this car listed for 11 days through this lot. His work and words speak for him. I have nothing to gain from a negative review except to keep people from feeling the disappointment I had with this guy. Disappointing and unfortunate but not a loss, wasn t a TRD anyway.
