Amazing customer service!!!I had a work trip and had an issue with my car it wouldn t have been safe to drive long distance .I walked in with the hope they could help but understood if they couldn t.With in a minute of explaining my situation they said let me see if we can sneak you in to look at it.Thankfully they could. Im truly thankful for the outstanding customer service and getting me back on the road.

Filled up my own tires at a Kwik Trip and the machine was faulty. My partner and I were frustrated, and stopped at the first place we say: this Goodyear. Went in and talked to the lovely receptionist, and then was greeted at a bay door by a sweet gentleman who was very patient and filled up our tires for us, balancing the back two and filling the front two free of charge. The whole experience was so sweet, they were so kind to a pair of strangers. 10/10 would recommend this place from a single interaction :)

I've been here a couple times for service on my vehicle. They do a great job & the employees are always very friendly & helpful. I'm thankful to have such a great place to take my vehicle that's close to home.

Ken is the love of my life/ bestie! Had a nasty flat tire and didn t have a spare. He was helpful and found me some cheap tires to throw on. So Nice and cheap I decided to replace them all. Super fast and nice to everyone that came in. The mechanics that worked on my car were fast and kept my car nice and clean. Good price point great vibe and excellent service! Highly recommend

Excellent customer service here, in the truck shop, Brad, was the epitome of customer service representative. The deal with the batteries, then having to give them back, he dealt with it very professionally. I'll definitely be coming back.

After purchasing an RV in Hartford WI I needed tires ASAP J&L was the only company who was able to handle an RV and get me in immediately Lisle went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe in my purchase of all 6 tires even checked on me after the 2hr drive home to make sure I was OK. I highly recommend J&L!!!!

These guys are awesome, they popped a light back in for me no charge while I was in for routine maintenance. I am very impressed by their level of fairness in service prices. Trustworthy and prompt, a great place to take your car to.

Excellent service! I got two tires on my Mini Cooper in January and was so impressed with the service and communication that I had them do the other two today. They promptly returned my phone call to request service, quickly got my specialty tires ordered, and professionally picked up and dropped off my car at my place of work free of charge--with two cookies on top of the invoice! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable place to get tires!

Chad and Thad at J&L Tires are awesome. We've been taking our SUVs there for years. We live just outside of Madison and have no issues making the drive to Johnson Creek because they always have great prices on top brand tires and are super easy to work with.They can get most any tire quickly and have a ton of knowledge.Our recent experience included an issue with wheel locking lug nuts and they were able to get the job done, get the new tires on and get us back on our way home.I highly recommend anyone looking for tires to go here!

I just had my tire fixed(nail) and can unhesitatingly state that it has been the most pleasant retail experience of my life. The owner is an affable man who makes it very clear how much he appreciated my business. We talked for some time, he gave me a tour of the premises, which are impressive indeed, and mentioned the fleets he maintains for a pretty heady list of local corporate and governmental entities. To say that they do more than just tires is to make a gross understatement. I couldn't possibly recommend them more emphatically for prompt, correct service for any type of vehicle.

We were out of town and my friends truck "broke" down. She isn't mechanically inclined and she was unfamiliar with the area. She was a young woman, 21 years old and could have been taken advantage of by many other mechanics. This shop treated her with respect and dignity. If I didnt live almost 2 hours away, I would use them regularly. Thank you for your kind and caring service.

I just want to Tell Everyone I am Speechless Guys, I'm going to tell you I've been down on my luck for a long time. my van needed some brake work done And so I took it to J & L Tire Johnson Creek, Brad, and the whole gangTreated my vehicle like if it was their own.SoYou guys if you need tires, Brake work done you name it.... Get it done there Make an appointment today..I'm telling youThey are very professionalAnd very very kind that's very rare in this world today. And I just want to Give Brad, and the whole gang my love.And I will never forget what they did for me....Like I said IWhen you needMaintenance on your vehicle Give them a call you won't regret it.

Took my truck in two get two tires put on and I wanted it checked over before the tires were installed in case something was loose. Right after they pulled it in I heard the tech say he started it without pushing the clutch in but I was never told about it and when asked was lied to about it. I sat in there for 2 hours and then was told my tires were already done and they were just starting to check it over they gave me a list of minor stuff thankfully sense they installed the tires before looking it over. I thought all was good but now that I ve had some time to look it over myself having some suspicions I realized they failed to tell me the rear leafs were missing some and just over all very rude and bad customer service and took longer then it should have. Weird over a week of having this up and then replying saying how they were sorry and would be contacting me still haven t heard anything will not spend anymore money here and hope someone reads this and takes it to a better shop and pays a little extra as I will for better service

J&L to the rescue! They were able to order a replacement tire for my car and squeeze me in a day later to put it on - I would have been without a car all weekend were it not for them. Great customer service, kudos to Chad and the guys there.

Fantastic experience, incredibly honest in their professional opinion as to what needed to be done - actually what didn't need to be doneThe visit saved me lots of money...it's the only place I would ever take my car for service or any repairs in the future. I recommend highly

Great place with knowledgeable staff. Brought my truck in for an alignment die to a shake in the front end, they found the issue after 2 dealerships and 2 other shops couldn't. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

They straight up ripped me off!!!!!Put new lug nuts on, tacked on 20$ to my bill without clearing it first. I was in a huge rush to get home to meet my son at the bus. I felt truly taken advantage of. Don't do business with these folks, they'll stick it to you.!
