Chris W was AMAZING. Had the best customer service i ve seen here. Super friendly and helpful. The other employees however not so much, he was the only one working while there was a line of customers behind me. The other employees were sitting there watching all the customer stand there. If this review was solely off Chris W it would be a 5 star.

Customer service is excellent! Lady who helped me out the last couple of times I stopped in (her name has slipped my mind at the moment) was very helpful. She was able to help me get exactly what I needed.

I got my card read at another AutoZone bc my check engine light was on. I bought the part from AutoZone and fixed it. Then I came to a different AutoZone and the lady working today refused to reset my light. Even said the reader didn t have a reset button. Lies.

I have came here many many times and every time all of the employees have been absolutely amazing with helping me whether it s finding something helping diagnose something install an item or barrow tools! A special thanks to Tanner one of the employees here! I have been helped by him nine times out of ten and he has never let me down and has helped with a couple stubborn situations! Walked into the store with quite a situation. I m a rep and was visiting one of my stores 40-50 miles from home and my battery was dead. We tried jumping it to no avail. I walked over to the store only to be greeted as I walked in and the service was amazing! They got me a new battery drove me back to my car, installed it. Then we drove back to the store and they checked the alternator and starter! Honestly this made my stressful day a near walk in the park! Can t thank you all enough.

I'm not positive if this is the correct location. I feel terrible for not remembering his name, but the manager was a nice man. My hood flew up and smacked my windshield and I needed ratchet straps. He allowed me to make the purchase over the phone and drove to me helped me ratchet it down. It was such a traumatizing experience, but he made things so much better. I will get more details on who he was and location after doing some research because he deserves to be recognized.

I want to start off by saying how incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind all of the staff are here! I was having horrible trouble with my car battery, and Dylan was so sweet to calm me down, help change, and replace it for me. I truly was having a horrible day and he made it 100x better!! Thank y'all again for an amazing experience! I will be returning for all my car needs!!

I have only been here a few times & the employees are always nice & very helpful. I met my daughter here last night, she had a deer run into her car & it broke the headlight bulb. The woman at the register was very helpful & knowledgeable, she even went to get the part in the store so we didn't have to look for it ourselves. I was going to put the bulb in myself in the parking lot but the battery was in the way. I went back in the store since I didn't have any tools with me & Caleb came out with his own tools, removed the battery & replaced the bulb for me, then he put the battery back in. I didn't expect him to do all of that but I truly appreciated his help. I'd recommend this location to anybody.

AutoZone Johnson Creek has won my business for lifetime, based upon their excellent customer service, extraordinary communication, and committed employees who truly care. As a local single mom who recently lost employment and ran into a string of bad luck, it was devastating for me to find my car unresponsive on New Years Eve. I tried to jump start the battery, but it was a lost cause. In desperation, I called AutoZone. A very kind and knowledgeable employee, Robbie Luke s answered the phone. She patiently listened to my dilemma, gathered necessary information, and then compassionately presented me with a solution. Within 20 minutes, she had dispatched a professional, John Mata, to my house. John was very safe and offered contact free service. He was able to replace my battery and teach me a few things as he worked. Without the help of AutoZone, I would have had to have my vehicle towed and worked on at a shop, where I would have spent a lot more money. Robbie even made sure to provide a handwritten note and reminder of the battery s 3 year warranty. Honest good people work at AutoZone and I highly recommend their services!

I had engine lite come on. I have very limited income. They plugged in machine. Told me what was wrong. Gave me paper on what part does to my car. Assured me I was ok driving till part came next day. Picked up part had my son put in. They saved me hundreds of dollars. Very very nice wonderful guys and so helpful. I thank company for having that plug in thing to tell us what s wrong. Cause that is a lot of money if someone else finds this out for me. I can t thank all of them enough. And your excellent company. Thank you

This place is amazing. Ty to the gentleman manager that was working today at around 2pm when I cam in there. I called first to see if they could do something for my wipers that i bought from them about 3 weeks ago to put on my car I just bought. He told me to just bring it by and he'll see what he can do.I get there he tells a co-worker to go and check to see what was wrong. (Ok I went there because It just started raining really hard and the wipers kept skipping when it would go back and forth) The worker came out to confirm what I said was wrong. We both went in and he told the manager what I said was true. The manager then told the worker to switch the wipers at no cost. If i wanted to get expensive ones i would just pay the difference.Manager told me that that would be the only time that i could do that. That if we switch the wipers and it continues to be a problem that it most likely it isn't the wipers that are bad. Ok, I was going to upgrade but if i did that i was going to go with the same company. I didn't want to do that in case it would be faulty again. I then went with the next price down which was $18 something. I wouldn't get the cash difference, but I didn't care. I just wanted wipers that worked.The co-worker and another one that was training helped to put them on. They worked like a charm. Didn't even skip once!!Thank you to everyone that helped me out today, I really appreciate it. This is what Im talking about when it comes down to great customer service. People like them, is what brings the customer back to shop.

I have never had a better experience at an auto parts store than at this Autozone. Timmy and Robbie were beyond helpful! My truck was having some issues starting and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. Turns out I needed a new battery which they replaced right there on the spot. They noticed that one of my headlights was out and offered to replace that for me also. My headlights are a pain to change so I took them up on it and they got it done faster than I could believe. From here on out I will go out of my way to go to Timmy's store for all my auto parts needs.

I had a flat tire this morning, and got stuck across the highway from the AutoZone. I was going to put on my spare tire, but I did not have a jack. I called AutoZone, and Colt helped me purchase one remotely and then brought it to me. When he arrived, he actually went ahead and changed my tire for me too! So thankful that Colt could help and make my morning better.Oh, did I mention that it was raining, too? Colt did not mind the rain and helped anyway. Thank you.

Battery died on vacation and wouldn't take a charge. Called autozone - Robbie found a battery and checked us out over the phone super quick. Colt and Terry brought a battery to the Pine Cone, installed and took the old battery. We then drove to Autozone and they tested the starter and alternator for us to make sure we were good to go. Happy to be on the road again!

I was on my way to court and stopped at the Taco Bell next door and the battery in my suv died. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and got me back on the road within 10 minutes. Very appreciative and excellent service.

Jack and Cole saved us when we had a coolant pipe disconnect on the way home. Couldn't of asked for better help or professionalism. Got us a part and fixed it for us.

These guys were great. A semi spit a tire and it knocked out the right turn signal bulb into the housing. They let me use their tools to tackle the job.I'd do this at home normally but I'm from MI and in town visiting family. These guys allowed me to tackle the job and get back to spending time with family instead of at a shop or dealership. Thank you guys!

The folks at Auto Zone Johnson creek are simply awesome. Very friendly and incredible helpful. They go over & above and completely exceeded my expectations with how helpful they were. If I would have gone anywhere else I wouldn't have been able to solve the problem I had. I thought I knew what the issue was, but i was wrong. These folks found the real issue and even fixed it for me. Thank you auto zone!

I stopped at Auto Zone after experiencing car issues from having my front bumper wheel shield come out of place and resting on my passenger side tire. I can't remember his name, but his service was outstanding and he literally helped me find the parts I needed and installed them for me. He even went back inside to get a wrench to help remove something we needed removed. Thank you thank you!!!

Stopped here with a slow leak in my tire due to a nail I picked up along I-94. Al was a tremendous help! Not only showed what i needed to fix it, how to fix it, but he also came out to my car and helped me fix it. Above and beyond service!!

This place is so amazing, I came in because my check engine light was on and the really friendly employee came out to my car and scanned it and I also told him my cigarette lighter wasn t working so he took a look at the fuses and discovered it was a blown fuse and then he continued to help me out and let me know I needed to clean my injectors and that was what the light was for, great customer service!!!!

Our car had blown two cylinders in our way to Wisconsin Dells Automotion. The customer service rep. Josh really went far and beyond to get us the coils that were needed for our foreign Subaru wrx sti. That included him taking us to another store that had our coils. Much respect!!
