I've been going here ever since I moved to the area. They are incredibly friendly and do amazing work. I've always left satisfied. They do quality work and have fair prices. I have no complaints.

I had a very relaxing time chatting in the Office while they checked the noise on my brakes...they found the problem and explained it. Told me what it needed and asked me if I wanted it fixed..so I said .."Go ahead!" And they told me it would be a short time...so I waited and chatted. Very Friendly staff...and the bill was very much in a reasonable rate! I WILL GO TO THEM AGAIN!

Mike and his staff are awesome. They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I've taken my car there for over 10 years and have always been confidant any issues would be taken care of. And it can be detailed as well.

I have a customized vehicle, and custom professional suspension parts. Mike installed and iligned a lift kit for my subaru outback. They balanced oversize tires and did an awesome job. Very courteous and polite and took the extra steps to insure my vehicle was mechanically correct before allowing me to take it home. I will definitely be returning to give them more business. Highly recommend.

We have taken our vehicles to Mike since he took over business from Lyle Mueller. Mike has ALWAYS been fair and only repairs what is necessary to keep us safe and extend the life of our vehicles which he did about a week ago. He is a kind and caring guy. From the time you enter his shop until you pick up your vehicle everyone gives great customer service!! I have recommended many friends to his shop. Thanks to Mike and all his staff for excellence above and beyond!!! Happy holidays.

My car needed a right arm ball joint, and 2 new tires. Granted my car is not to new and it has seen its days. The Schoedl group fixed what I needed done and I feel they probably are the best and most efficient repair shop I have been at in the past years. The people are friendly and honest. Schroedl s is great. Their service manager, Patrick, is very communicative and easy to work with. He suggested a few options I hadn t thought of and took care of everything with transparency and positive energy. Work was done quickly and exactly as described, car is running great. I will be back!

They got me in within a couple days and gave me a detailed quote to correct the issue. The work was done the same day and they still gave me a loaner car. Some small extra work was done to ensure a quality repair that I approved. The car has never run this well and I needed to have it right before winter set in.I highly recommend Shroedel's to everyone. If you want it done right and have someone take a good look at your vehicle...this is the place to go.

Excellent experience... Recently had a coolant problem and needed my vehicle fixed by a reliable shop because I travel for work. The guys took great care of me and did a great job on my ride. I had a great experience at Schroedl's. They are fairly priced and will tell you if it is something that can be done easily at home if desired which I really appreciated. We will be using them for all of our auto maintenance!

I have been going to Schroedl's since I was 17, they serviced my first car and every one since. This is the only place I will ever take any of my vehicles. Amazing service to say the least! You won't find a more honest and thorough shop!

Schroedl s Auto Pros. is the only repair place that I trust to work on my vehicle. They always do a great job. The workers there are very kind and friendly. They started doing detailing and the person doing the detailing did an awesome job.

Needed new tires desperately. Even though I had no appointment & they were obviously extremely busy, they assisted me in ordering new tires, and changed, mounted, balanced and aligned it that day. Mike also changed the oil the following morning and I was able to drive it to work that day. By the way, the new tires are perfect! Been going here since Mike purchased the location from the previous owner.

From start to finish my experience at Schroedl's Auto Pros was very good. The Receptionist was attentive and the service itself was completed in minimal time. They called me if they had a question or concern. Overall, I am very happy with my service at Schroedl's.

Had oil changed on my old truck because previous change (at my cabin up north) didn t note the mileage. Had oil changed on my car, too. Took advantage of their new service, interior/exterior wash and wipe-down. They did a great job and it was a good value. Everything, as usual, was done professionally with the type of service one rarely sees anymore. I highly recommend them.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Took my 4runner in last week for an alignment. Waited there 1.5 hours just for them to tell me they cannot get my rusted bolts off and that it will require more time and money for them to do it! Then they gave me a ridiculous estimate of almost 400$ because "more time is needed" and also tried telling me I may need new lower control arms for $2000...Well yesterday, I took it in to Jon's service in Concord & had it done and back to me within 2 hours for LESS THAN HALF OF THE PRICE schroedls told me it would be. They also told me that the lower control arms are fine- so clearly Schroedls need to find new mechanics. This place is a joke, they just saw a young female and tried taking advantage of me. I do not recommend this place and I will for sure let everyone I know.

This is the place to go! No uncertainty. SUPER FAST SERVICE, customer service is #1. Repairs are excellent and the owner is above kind and truthful. Dont hesitate, this is a wonderful place. YOUR VEHICLE will love it too!!

I remember the first time I dealt with Mike and the guys over at Schroedl s they were polite and genuine with their concern for my problems. It also needs to be said this man is honest when you take him your vehicle he will call you shortly after checking you over and discuss your options with you not like all the other guys who call after all the works done and the bills insane you all know what I mean anyway if your looking for great service in a good environment at a fair price give them a call you ll be glad you did .

Best Customer Service in the area. Reasonably priced. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure your vehicle is safe to drive. Won't haggle with you to get work done that doesn't need it and will let you know if there is work it will need in the future. Very honest & reliable. I trust them and won't take my vehicle anywhere else!

Excellent customer service. Great local business. Got everything done quickly and just as promised. Came here for second opinion and so happy we did, highly recommend! I know why they are rated so high. This business doesn t take advantage of their customers and repairs what is needed and necessary.Quality repairs and amazing customer service. Hard to find these days, so highly recommend.Had a manufacture defect on one of the new tires, they replaced and checked the other tires as well for us all within a day! A low tire pressure sent me to Schroedl's without an appointment. Mike was able to give attention to the tire, and also ended up doing an oil change and checking my car for winter driving. I asked about cleaning the dirty inside and he arranged for that to be done the next day. It is very clean and looks great.I trust Mike and his workers to take care of my car, which gives me assurance of a safe vehicle. He has been caring for my car for about 10 years, and I will continue to trust their service.Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Auto maintenance

Schroedl's Auto Pros in Jefferson is my new place to go for car repairs. They are honest, reliable, and reasonable when it comes to making car repairs. They are friendly and treat you like family. They aren't out to charge you anything they want...they care about their customers and want to get your car fixed and have you back on your way as soon as possible

I've been to Schroedl's several times and I've been pleased with how professional and kind Mike and staff are. I recently had a major transmission problem and brought my car to Schroedl's for a second opinion. Mike was patient as I figured out what I wanted to do, as this was going to be a very expensive fix. Also, I had planned to take my son out of town for his birthday, at this same time. Mike loaned me a vehicle so that I did not need to miss this event, and was very understanding when I decided not to fix my car. Schroedls is very reasonably priced and Mike's calm demeanor makes you feel like you can trust what he says and that he is not trying to oversell you on unnecessary repairs.Lindsay FH

We recently had a senor light come on our CRV. We went to Schroedl's, Mike came out and did a check, and discovered the problem. He offered us a loaner car, did a thorough check of our vehicle, called with cost, and repaired our vehicle fast and efficiently.We would highly recommend the "Schroedl Team" for any repairs or general maintenance you my need for your vehicle.Bill & Kathy Rueth
