I've had some good experiences in simply product availability in the store, but have also been party to them botching a nearly $500 parts purchase that caused us unappreciated headache and a day because the night cycles, and everytime it comes to speaking with an attendant, I get told ill-advised or inaccurate things, like just the other day "there's no such thing as a temporary oil plug," when I've got this installed.. being offered consultation on handling an oil change with no removable plug.If you don't know better, any one of the reps here might steer you wrong in automotive advice.

I'm giving them 3 stars because of an incident that happened with my truck. Do not, I repeat, do not let someone use a relay testor on your vehicle. I went there to have them check my starter relay because my starter was acting funny. So the guy comes out, hooks up the tester and my fusebox starts smoking. After that, my truck wouldn't start and couldn't run a diagnostic scan on it. They did correct the problem. They sent my truck to a mechanic and took care of it for me. Turned out that they just finished off my starter. I was heated to say the least, but I have to say thank you to the staff for being so quick to find a resolve for me. I will still get parts from this store. PLEASE, IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING WITH TESTING EQUIPMENT, DONT USE IT!

Always very helpful and usually have what I need. If not on hand they get it quickly to the store.

O'Reilly has outstanding customer service! Staff is knowledgeable and willing to assist. We have called on multiple occasions for help. Staff has gone above and beyond to find us the parts we need, set them aside, and even price match if we found a better price elsewhere. We wouldn't even look for a better price, as the prices are beyond fair and service is unbeatable!

Bought wipers & they installed ALL 3, THEY ASKED ME IF I wanted them to install them. Of course I said yes! Kind & funny ppl. I love going there. PPL... THERE IS AN O"REILLY'S IN Jefferson! No need to drive to Fort or anywhere else!!! They are also very helpful & knowledgable too! O'Reilly's gets FIVE STARS from me! T. McWilliamsJefferson, WI.

Kiley from the Jefferson store did an excellent job helping me with checking my car battery. She also checked other functions on my car for its performance. She informed me of the status of the battery, alternator and starter. My first visit and can t say enough of how much I was impressed. Kudos Kiley!

Stopped here quick since my windshield wiper fell off and I couldn't get back on. We found out it was the wrong one. They installed for me and gave me a huge discount (due to having the wrong one initially). Can't blame the associates for computer error. They were super awesome! Thanks guys and gals, we'll never go anywhere else!

Checked online to see if the part was in stock, called up and talked to Corey asked her if she could pull it for me and have it ready. I walked in got the part paid for it and left within a couple of minutes. Great parts house with friendly people.

That lady was pretty awesome. Every time I tried to get my parts the wrong one kept coming up at several locations at several different Auto stores. I showed her the old one she pulled it up it said they didn't have any she went into the back and found me one.
