Had a appointment at noon to install tires. Cancelled at 11 no tires. 11:am message tires are in pickup. Went there they found tire manager said will take you know 11:15am. Well they didnt finish till 1:10pm. It takes 45min to install tiresIf they stop arguing about how bad the manage is I wouldn't had to wait 2hrs.

Came in for an oil change at 8am. Was treated poorly when I entered with no greeting or even a look in the eye! When I asked for a time estimate he said maybe an hour, maybe more. Might be a while . I waited over 5 hours just to get my oil changed. There was no communication throughout my whole wait of how long it would be

Had a balancing issue w one of the tires from the set. Ordered a new one. Removed the bad, No issues. They r going to an appointment schedule more like Discount Tire, which will be nice vs the constant walk ins. Will be back.

I arrived for an oil change at 10:45am on a Thursday. I was checked in by 11am. It s 1:45pm and my car has yet to be touched. I ve been here almost 3 hours and will have to wait another half hour or more for the service. Do NOT come here for an oil change unless you re looking to spend the day waiting. I was told that oil changes are at the bottom of the list no matter how many care are ahead of you ..Service: Oil change

This establishment will take your money with no care or concern for your safety. They will not notify you if there is issue with your vehicle while in their possession. They will only preform the task you brought the car in for and tell you that they did their job.Any other problem with the vehicle once you drive away is apparently unrelated, and they feel no obligation to inform you. They will even check off the all clear on the vehicle for you, having full knowledge they had issues with the car in their possession. I also would like to state No known issues with car were present at drop off. Terrible communication and customer service in my opinion. When I called to discuss my concerns I was unfortunate enough to speak with the team lead, Stephanie, who was rude, abrupt and callous. Her disregard of my frustration and of any safety issue caused by her teams lack of communication was frankly appalling. Her response was, we said sorry what more do you want I did ask to speak to the manager above her who was conveniently not in, but I was informed there was nothing he could do for me. My suggestion is to steer clear of this establishment and spend your money somewhere trust worthy or at least somewhere that provides better customer service.

Dropped my car off at 11 am and was told they had 2 tire jobs in front of me and would be 2 hrs before they could get my car in. So, I left my car and went home. At 5 pm, I still had not heard anything, so I went there, and my car STILL hadn't been in for an oil change. That was the first and only time I will go there.

I called in at 3:30 to get my car serviced for an oil change I know they don't take appointments manager reassured me that if I was in there before 5 and which I arrive at 4:15 to get an oil change I waited 52 minutes before I got a manager there to help in which my car was never service for an oil change how does it take 45-50 minutes just to get my car in for a 15 minute oil change is beyond me I left the facility without an oil change with a complaint in which they tossed thier hands up and said don't know what to tell you. How can you even run a business like

Amazing experience with an appointment and tire pre-order. The staff was great to work with even though they were swamped with work. Definitely a wonderful experience despite the urgent appointment. Definitely call ahead and make an appointment with them. They got everything right despite some negative reviews. Glad I chose them.

I called and asked if they had time to repair a tire leak and the lady said yes as long as I could be there within 15 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later, waited over 5 minutes at the counter without anyone acknowledging me only to be told they wouldn t do it. I explained that I called in advanced and was told to come on in, and the guy rudely told me once again he wouldn t do it. Worst customer service ever.

The guy at the counter said an hour wait for an oil change, half hour after open with zero cars in the garage or parking lot... Came here once a few months back and it took an hour an a half, thought maybe they were just busy... Nope guess i was wrong. Ended up just leaving. This place is a complete total joke and recommend everyone to not come here. Literally anywhere else is better than walmart for anything car related.

They turned me away after 3 hours because they didn't know how to take my oil filter cartridge off my car. Didn't even drain the oil first. Seems like they honestly don't even know how to change oil, but that was just my experience. Very friendly service, but they miss the mark on serviceability.(I own a 2014 VW sedan, it's really nothing fancy)Service: Oil change

I was able to drop in on Labor Day and get a new set of tires and a rotation relatively quickly. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. I had just happened to be in the area, and am really happy that I chose to get all that work done here, my old tires were not going to last much longer but these new ones definitely will.

Never again. I checked in at 5:45 for a 6:00 appointment. The person at the counter had me pick out the tires I wanted and select the oil for the oil change. No one said anything about being behind schedule or that the services would not be completed. I did my shopping and came back about an hour later only to find they had not even started working on my vehicle yet. When they finally called me up to the counter to pay for the work that had been done, I noticed that they had not charged me for the oil change and told them that it needed to be added to my bill. I was told that they had not charged me because they ran out of time and didn t do it. Their reason that not getting it done was okay was that the appointment was only for tires. They don t schedule oil changes.Good luck speaking to anyone at Walmart for resolution. I tried. The manager I spoke to was unapologetic and rude. The auto center manager that I was told to call, was never there. Walmart simply doesn t care.Services: Tires, Oil change

Brought car in for four new tires which they told me they had two different sizes for me. Told me after 2 hours they couldn t get one of the tires lug nuts off but would still do the other three. Then after another hour came back with no tires changed, said they now couldn t get lug nuts off of any of them and all of a sudden actually did not have the right tires in stock. Seemed like lazy staff who didn t want to put in extra work and didn t care when they went on lunch break even if helping someone, won t be returning.

Horrible service waited almost 3 hours before I finally decided to ask for my keys back . Seems like no one ever knows what s going on or who s car is getting worked on. Lady working the front even admitted she had no clue what she was doing .

Everytime I come here I have to wait well over 2 hours! This is rediculous for an oil change. 3 people who came after me have gotten done. All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle is never vacuumed as I pay to have done. This is the last time I get my oil changed here.

They said it would be an hour wait for an oil change and I said that was ok and walked around the store for a bit. An hour and a half later, they page my name to say my car is ready. I wander over to the auto center only to have them tell me that they couldnt perform the oil change because I didnt have one of the oil filters which is compatible with their system. They also "accidentally" rotated my tires because they got my car confused with another car. Although they didnt charge me for this, i'm still upset. i'm grateful they didnt "accidentally" do something bad to it. overall i'm unsatisfied.

Checked in at 7am, 2nd in line. Rude without a doubt was the gentleman working the counter. 2 hrs for oil change n tire rotation. Terrible customer service worst experience in all the yrs I've been going there.

They took a lot longer than they used to, and they didn't do as much for the price, they didn't even vacuum the car like they used to. On my receipt it said I declined the vacuum and fluid checks were not applicable.

Tried to sell me 4 tires when I only needed 2. Told me the car I've owned since brand new was an all wheel drive when I know I bought a 2 wheel drive model.

Several times now, the tall bearded fool is at the counter, and works at 2 speeds: slow and stop. Customer service is unacceptable.

They are friendly and priced are good but over 4 hours for oil change and tire rotation. So make sure you have the time to spend at Walmart!

Very nice place to go to. I went to the beloit, wi walmart to get an oil change and they ended up not draining my old oil and ontop of it putting too much in. So since I was close to the janesville walmart at the time and my car was giving off alot of smoke I decided to stop by. The janesville store drained my over flowing oil and gave me a free oil change ontop of nice service. They're very trusting at this auto place.

Make an appt and show up early. A couple staff in tyres should be working in another departments they are more familiar with. Outside of the confusion they created, everything else went smoothly.

Don't go there. The wait is HORRIBLE and they will break your car, not tell you then deny they did it. Broke the hood on my new car, supposedly watched the video and said they didn't do it... Which is funny since they were the only ones to touch it. They don't give a flying crud about cuatucust.
