Had a friend's car there for almost a week. They never looked at it for 3 days. No communication between them. Finally said radiator needs to be flushed and they never did that but they said that was the problem. Not sure if I would go there

I had a bad experience with another mechanic. Matt and his crew fixed all the problems the other mechanic caused. Their prices are quite reasonable and staff is very friendly. I will be taking my vehicle to them for any problems that develop.

Called for a power steering on my Camry, Matt did some research and found out that it could be a problem with the battery since it s electric steering. I changed the battery and problem was solved. Saved me hundreds on tow and repair cost. Highly recommend.

I had them look at my car for brakes and yes they diagnosed my problem but I had gas lines done not long ago telling me those needed to be done along with break lines. Horrible customer service and honestly not worth it. Will not ever go there again or recommend them.

Thanks to Matt I saved hundreds of dollars! A mechanic from another shop told me I needed to new heater core. Matt diagnosed the problem as being the water pump, NOT the heater core. He had it fixed the same day and saved me time and money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I recently had my Mustang repaired and had the coil packs repaired by Matt. I felt that he was very honest and did a great job. Cap promise on when parts will be delivered and when car was expected to be finished. Runs like new very satisfied customer.

Rod's team has ALWAYS provided me with great and fair service. They always install high quality parts and charge me a lot less with labor than ANY dealer service center and most local repair shops. I don't think these guys would ever intentionally screw anyone to make a buck. They are fast and knowledgeable. It's all about trust.

Matt and his crew are the only people I have trusted to work on any of my vehicles.They just did a full brake job on my equinox and I am more than pleased with the work,and their prices have always been under the competitors.I will continue to bring my vehicles to Rods Auto Repair in the future.

Mat & Cody did my brakes & Rotors at a fair price and while doing the brakes found a tie rod about to go which made the car very unsafe,Matt can diagnose anything with a car & is very professional..I will reccomend them to all my friends.Thank YouMike L.Post Edit; Scotty just swapped out my starter in RECORD time! Service is quick, expertly done, and at a fabulous cost. Most importantly, everyone is completely honest. No hidden costs or unnecessary jobs. The guys are okay but ended up repairing a different area of my muffler and charging me for it .... on top of the part that I wanted to be fixed so I got charged double than what I was supposed to be charged because of the mistake.
