Does anyone think it s strange that no one has left a review in two years? Or are they just erasing them? This is a very sketchy Honda dealer to say the least shop around before doing business here.

I cracked my bumper on a snowbank. Was able to stop in on my lunch hour and he gave me a quote in five minutes. I decided not to go through insurance so the part was ordered and in very quickly. I was able to set up an appointment immediately. Was only in the shop overnight. Got a call the next afternoon that it was done and the shuttle driver picked me up.The entire team was helpful and professional and made getting the repair super easy. In the end the cost was exactly as quoted and the work was immaculate. I purchased my vehicle from Rock County Honda and will again when the lease is up!

I worked with Mike and Blaire in the service department and they were respectful of my time, called me back when they said they would and made the warranty claim quick and easy. Very pleased with the level of service received today.

My oil changes always get done in a timely manner. Leif is always very friendly and thoroughly explains any suggested repairs. There's plenty of space in the waiting room as well.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Service staff are knowledgeable, accommodating, and otherwise helpful. I could not get an appt but could leave the car for the day. Long story short, they fit it in and resolved my unknown noises.

I had the air conditioner fixed. It was a loose wire. Lief got honda care to cover it for me. I appreciate his going the extra mile for me. 5 stars for Lief.

They fixed our flat on a kind of emergency basis and didn't charge a lot. And the tire rotation. Friendly people and I chose them because I trust them, and they know the car. I will be back!
