I was sold a car with the rear suspension in poor condition. I didn't think of it much since there was a broken plastic park in the trunk when I test drove it, I should of seen that as a red flag. When I brought it home and removed the broken plastic part of the trunk it was actually the suspension that was bad. Rich made me wait more then one month to "work" things out to get it fixed and no luck. I brought it to a dealership and they said the whole suspension system in the rear was bad. I later called to talk about it still making noise and I was told I got what bought. So now I'm paying an arm and a leg to fix the whole suspension. Talk about customer service.

My experience at Riverfront Auto was exceptional! Both Rich and Steve are very professional and helpful. I've owned my new car for a month now and I am completely in love with it! Communication was great and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Bought a car with a warranty and took it back multiple times to deal with check engine light continuesly coming on and he kept saying its nothing well finally after warranty went off i took it to my mechanic showing me that the head gaskets went and one from the looks of it was gone well during the time of the warranty called rich up to see if he'd actually stick to his words and said to f%!k off and his "professional mechanic" said there was never an issue. Selling lemons. If you do buy a car from his make sure you bring a code reader and a car mechanic.

Went there to look at truck it was the best experience I ever had gave me a good deal and best service after words rich is a super nice guy I'll buy my next vehicle again there thank you so much rich
