Don't shop anywhere else! I bought a 2023 Destination and the entire process from start to finish was first class. The current batch of employees make a great team. Adam in sales, Nick in finance, Keith and Cam in the maintenance and service department and Pat and Dylan in service and parts are all working to make Quietwoods RV the only place you need to go. The whole team is working together to make it the best place to go and purchase an RV. If it can be done, they will make it happen. Happy Camping!

I am extremely impressed with quiet woods. They advised me that I would need a particular part but when I paid the bill I saw that it turned out the part was not necessary only that a real small part was required and they put it in and put everything back together and it ran perfectly. I sure do appreciate their honesty and they are so friendly and easy to work with. I have a vintage motorhome and they treated me like I had a million dollar coach. I am very pleased!

We store our camper at Quietwoods in Janesville, WI. On August 1st we experienced a tire blowout on our camper. On the interstate and far from home. I called Quietwoods and they said we could have it towed there. We were expecting our camper to be totaled but after a few days of inspecting the camper they assured us they could repair it. Insurance approved the repairs and Quietwoods got to work.The camper had an approximate 3 x12 hole above the wheel well, allowing you to view the outside from inside. It also blew out the furnace. Damaged the kitchen cabinet and left everything covered in insulation and particle board dust.Our camper looks like brand new. Thanks Tim and Jason for answering our endless questions and quality repairs.

Our experience at quietwoods in Janesville was amazing. We got the camper we wanted at a great price. It was a very easy, problem free experience and would highly recommend this place. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and don t try to sell you something you don t need or want.

Did everything go as smooth as silk....not quite. Hauled my trade in over an hour drive one way, planning on taking my new 29View home. During walk thru, issues were discovered. I feel like it was things that should have been noticed before having me come. But they wanted to make it right. Then I was waiting over a week for my call my unit was ready. Patiently. Instead, i get an email asking me how I'm doing on the title on the trade in ?? what? I was not told it was coming back to me, they sent it to not a great address and it delayed in paying off my previous trade in loan. Had they called me and asked or told me what was happening, I would have gave them an address. It costs me several hundred dollars to fix this issue. Then I finally went to pick it up....not great experience. I felt like I was rushed out because it was close to closing and some damage (out of my control) happened on the drive home. Again, a little more attention to details before a customer drives 2 1/2 round trip would be prudent. However, Nick was awsome. He was always there to apologize and make it right. I used to work customer service. I say judge not a company on if mistakes happen ...but on if it's fixed.

We bought our fifth wheel Cedar Creek from them in May 2023 and waited to do this so that we could review not only the sale but the follow-up after the sale (i.e. warranty work, questions, service).This will be a lengthy review and will break down into multiple categories. Adam in sales was excellent, no pressure, informative and everytime we have gone back, he makes us feel welcome and asks how everything is. Adam is definitely a 5 star experience.Nick in finance would be 4 star experience. I say that not from how he handled the financial paperwork, but due to the fact that the company wants to strongly sell the "add" on packages, and his office was extremely hot, dress accordingly.For the gal dealing with Factory Warranties (can't remember the name right now) definitely a 5 star experience. She always kept us update as to the status of our factory warranty work.Service Department: Dillon is service is a 4 star experience. The only reason he is not a 5 is due to the fact that return phone calls do not happen, hence diligent follow up is needed. We have pointed this out to Dillon and the service department, and they admitted this is a quality that needs to be worked on. In all fairness, the service department is always overwhelmed and we do keep that in mind. Dillon has gone above and beyond when it comes to troubleshooting, getting information needed for repairs, parts etc. Brandon in service is a 5 star experience. He goes above and beyond. He pointed certain issues that we did not even see when he did his 360 degree walk around which he does at the drop off/mobile visit. He states prevention is key. We love Brandon and would prefer only him working on it. All the service guys are good. The service manager always has time to talk with us, and when problems arise, he is the first to help to resolve the issue.This is our second purchase from a Quietwoods dealership and we would do so again if we decided to buy again.

Reached out after seeing a used boat they accepted via trade on Facebook Market Place. Adam Meinke on their sales team was fantastic to work with. Responsive, straightforward and even hooked up the hose and fired up the engine inside to show it started up and was in working order. I am well over an hour away and ended up purchasing something closer to the Dubuque area. Even in not making a sale the team was gracious and welcoming and if I am in the market for an RV for the family down the line. I will be reaching out Adam.

Quietwoods RV has been amazing through our entire process of purchasing our 5th wheel. Our salesman, Adam, was always very responsive and helpful! We did a walk through of the unit, pointing out items we wanted fixed or replaced. We provided pictures of 7-8 items. When the tech went through the unit, he documented 35! We truly appreciated the attention to detail when doing this. The tech who did our walk through, Keith, was equally amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and was able to provide additional information on other things as well! He even pointed out an additional cabinet that had some noticeable scratches on it, and had it replaced! OK....on to delivery! Jake volunteered to deliver our unit on a Saturday, they only offer Tuesdays and Thursdays! He texted us a picture of his truck hooked up with our unit the night before, texted when he left home on Saturday morning, and then again when he was getting close!!! EXCEPTIONAL communication!!!!! He was EXTREMELY helpful in helping us to get the unit set up properly, did another walk through to answer any additional questions, and was just overall very easy to work with!!! While getting everything set up, one of the slides would not work. He put in the order immediately to get the new part ordered, and kept us posted on each step of the way. Part came in, he and another tech went back up to our campground to fix it, and he even sent us a video of the unit, with the slide working! He was the best communicator I have seen in the public in a very long time!!!! Responded to our texts and calls almost immediately, even on Saturdays and Sundays!!! Great job, JAKE!!!!! Praying we don't need anything in the spring when we finally get to turn on the water in our new unit, but I am extremely confident that it will be taken care of as soon as possible!So sorry!!! I forgot about Nick! He came in on his day off so we would be able to close on the camper and get it delivered to our campground on the day that we wanted! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and confirmed our thoughts about this great company!

If I were to only review the office staff I would want to give 6 stars. But unfortunately we've had interactions with the service department. From the initialstop in to look at campers, all the way through the purchase process, warranty claims and most recently picking up the finished camper after warranty work the office staff has gone above and beyond. Our issues stem from the communication of the service department, or lack of. We had to initiate every communication while our camper was in for service. We had to repeatedly call to ask status of repairs, statuof warranty claim and to find out when it would be completed. 1 phone call or voice-mail would have gone a long way. We were told multiple different updates that did not coincide with one another. "The warranty claim hasn't been submitted yet" " you'll get a call later today about the warranty claim" " the office staff is submittingthe claim today" and so on. Finally when we asked for someone in the office instead of service we got a straight answer that the claim was completed, repair work was completed along with the winterization and everything was paid by the warranty company except for the winterization and deductible. This is the complete opposite of what the service department had been telling us. So 3 stars only because the office staff has been fantastic. Please work on accurate and timely communication coming from your service department to your clients.

Last fall when we bought our camper, we could not be happier with the service. We had to return it 3 months later for known hail damage. They offered to winterize it and fix over the winter. Our pick up date was April 1-3. When we called April 1st, they had not yet started the repair. We finally got it back yesterday. Issues: battery dead and mice INFESTED our camper while being stored. We called this morning and all that was offered was a cleaning!!! Absolutely disappointed in this company. We camp with many families and will never recommend them to anyone. Think twice before buying from here. Live and learn.

Why do I even have to give this place 1 star. They should be zero stars. They are nice when they want to sell you a camper but after the sales guy wants nothing to do with you. Service is even worse. From being lied to, to taking in your brand camper to get worked on and it s worse after. Bought brand new and it s been in the shop 85% of the time. This place is horrible. Read the reviews and avoid. You will regret it otherwise. This photo is how it looked AFTER their so called repair. This place is a joke.

Not happy with the service I got when buying a new toilet. I wanted a taller one.while the service tex was installing it. He told me that all RV have handy cap toilets.the sales representatives didn't tell me about that.

We took our trailer in for Dewinterizing and to have a newDish System installed. Our old antenna was ripped off the roof while removing our cover. Tim/Service & Jonathan/ retail helped us decide on a new Dish/Wally system with a much better design that going forward shouldn't rip off the roof!! They got us in right away and gave us back our trailer the following day,thanks guys we really appreciated the speedy service and the helpsolving our problem, Randy & Susan.

We just purchased an XLR Nitro 5th wheel from Quietwoods. I will tell you straight up that it was the best purchase experience we have had when it comes to buying vehicles or RV's. The entire team was very friendly, very helpful, and always followed up with my questions. Sometimes the answer isn't what I wanted to hear, but it was the right answer. Special shout out to Nick, their business manager and Jason, their service manager. Both went over and above to make this experience outstanding. I feel I have a trusted partner going forward for all things RV. Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness.

Was thinking about purchasing a camper. Talked to Adam at Quietwoods and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the campers they had to offer. He was always available to answer any and all questions I had, I called and/or stopped out at least 3 times and he was always happy to spend the time with me I needed but was never pushy, which I appreciated greatly . I would highly recommend Adam for your camper needs!

We first discovered Quietwoods at the 2023 RV show in Madison. We fell in love with a trailer at the show and quickly made an appointment with Adam to see one in person at the Janesville location. Once meeting with Adam we chose to go in another direction. No problem, Adam helped us navigate the comparison of the 2 trailers so we got exactly what we wanted. We chose the Flagstaff and couldn t be happier. Working with Adam was great. We can t wait for our new trailer to arrive in a few months.

First trip with toy hauler the front of the camper peeled apart.Come to find out the camper had water damage.Only a30 day warranty and it was 60 days beyond.Now waiting to get an 8000.00 repair done on my piece of junk.No help from the dealership at all

We could not be happier with the amazing service we received at Quietwoods RV in Janesville WI.We had just started out on an RV trip from north of Madison and heard a rattling noise. We looked up and saw our fan was loose and were nervous it would fall off. The awesome people at Quietwoods climbed on our roof and replaced the screws that had fallen off. They were all so courteous and helpful and wanted to make sure we could continue our trip safely and quickly!If your camper or RV needs service we would highly recommend Quietwoods RV!!!

My wife and I are looking for a new camper. I wouldn't go anywhere else but quietwoods in Janesville wi. We have always worked with Adam he is not your typical salesman. Very knowledgeable and far from pushy I will always go back and purchase from him. Thier service department guys are second to none stand up guys and straight shooters. Very good experience. I would recommend quietwoods to all.
