Couldn't have had a better experience. Needed a shop to clean up a bit of a mess with my truck, the kind of work nobody likes.Hailie couldn't have made it easier to schedule the appointment and was super upfront and honest about the time and cost involved.Marshall was quick, did quality work, and was very good at translating what he saw and what he thought about it into information that made sense to the layperson.10/10 will go back.

Called to get a new throttle pedal assembly installed and tuned,they called when the truck was done. On my way home,it threw the same symbols,so I'd called them back to let them know,they said bring it back so they could check further into it and see what was going on. When I got back there they got right back on it to figure out the problem. With this experience, I will be going back to them in the future when needed. This is the truck they're working on for me,a 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 6.7L turbo diesel.

Stopped in today to have a chip fixed on a windshield for a company truck. Luke was very helpful. Let me watch how the repair process is done. He was super easy to work with. He also gave some helpful insight on issues for my personal vehicle. Highly recommend Luke if you're looking to have any glass repair done on your vehicle.

Highly recommend!!Great mechanics and customer service. Professional, affordable, and reliable service with a friendly demeanor. I trust this place with my vehicle. They're very transparent, and efficient with their work.I've come here for all my maintenance and service needs and they always get the job done right the first time. It can be difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic and this place is definitely my go to.

Let's their employees work with strep throat and covid endangering the public. They pay all overtime in cash to hide from the irs and let employees fake pay stubs. Shady buisness along with they screw over the customers that aren't regulars. Funny that even the employees get their cars worked on elsewhere. Go to E'S automotive instead. Better service and better people. They like to hire addicts and theives. Only takes a quick ccap to see..Quick edit since the owner had rudely texted me as did their front desk girl threatening me with legal action and name calling on the employees end. I have had work done there on a 2017 silver chrysler 300s and a 2008 chevrolet suburban.I know of them lying and allowing employees to work while they are contagious because the mother of my child works there currently and is not on medication for strep throat spreading sickness to customers and the owner allows it.As for the felons and theives that work there a quick ccap in 4 different states for Marshall uhe shows his record as when he worked on my vehicle it was left a mess with grease spots on my white leather interior of my car.Terrible customer service and terrible owner who will threaten you if you tell the truth about the buisness.Services: Auto windshield repair, Installation, Auto glass replacement

We hit a deer Monday night. I called them and they offered to fix the next day! Install was very professional. Price was in our budget. I would definitely recommend & use them in the future if needed!

Amazing work! They were able to get my windshield in at my JOB which made my schedule easier with no extra charge. The guys went above and beyond by fixing the bad job that a previous company did. I would highly recommend PS Auto Glass

HIGHLY recommend PS Auto glass - Polite, quick, honest and trust worthy!I had emailed them stating I needed a new windshield, they responded within less of 24hrs, came the next day - there was a hiccup with with the molding (didn't come with the windshield) - the gentleman stated he could try and use the original molding - but he'd rather wait to replace it with the correct materials (my car has tricky corners I'm told), which I appreciated his honesty - he came back the next morning and it was replaced within the hour. They came to me so I didn't have to take time off work. This was a very stress free experience.keep up the good work, and I'll be sure to recommend you to anyone in need regarding glass (and mechanical) issues.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I would recommend this place to anyone. They replaced the turbo on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. They had my car up and working again in a couple of days and at a great price!

It was raining when I arrived for the appt. to have the windshield changed. So arrangements were made to take my truck into a storage building nearby to do the job. The job was finished in a short time, with a better windshield that was originally in the truck (because the new one had a blue tint at the top which the original didn't have). And the cost was $100 less than the competition. Thank You for good customer service.

I brought my car here about a week ago for a new windshield. The turnaround was super quick, and the service was great. Yesterday a rock chipped my windshield and they came out within 20 minutes and took care of it immediately. I've got zero complaints with their service and courtesy. Definitely worth the time and money! I'll most likely be bringing my truck here soon for another windshield!

Great service and great price. I shopped around and these guys had the best price by far and had the option of come to them or come to me the next day. All the other places couldn't till a week later and quoted a hundred dollars more. Also no hidden costs of disposal or equipment. I hope to not need my windshield replaced any time soon, but if I do I will definitely come back.

I drove 20+ miles to have a chip in my windshield repaired. The national corporation didn't have time to do it. I called PS Auto Glass and they said they could do it right away. 10 minutes later I was speaking to the technician in person and he started working immediately. Within 40 minutes it was done. Everyone I encountered was professional and friendly. I could see they took pride in their work by the way they completed the repair and treated me.

Great guys, they replaced a rear window on my truck and did a great job. They also repaired a hydraulic line on my plow with no notice during a storm. Very fair priced, pleasure to work with.

Shout out to Mike, Jason and PS Auto Glass! Had front windshield replaced. When I arrived they told me it was going to be a little while and offered to give me a ride somewhere since I was alone. Although I appreciated the offer, I chose to stay there and wait. While waiting for everything to dry, they engaged in conversation with me and made me feel included rather than just a person standing there. Fast, friendly and efficient service!!

I recently had my windshield replaced by PS Auto Glass and the next time it rained I had a large amount of water leaking into the vehicle around the windshield. I immediately assumed it was because of PS Auto Glass and called them very upset. They immediately made time to come out to fix it only to discover it was my roof rack that was leaking. Even though I was both rude to them and it was not even their fault, they never charged me for the extra time. I would give them 10 stars if I could for their understanding and kindness.

Took my van in for the windshield to be replaced. They worked around my crazy schedule and accommodated me. They also went ahead and fixed the washer fluid hose at no charge. Great people, great service.

Great experience with P S Auto Glass. Their shop is in Janesville they did the repair in Madison. P S Auto Glass did not charge a drive fee for coming out. Great price and craftsmanship on the windshield. I would Highly recommend this business.
