They started my 4 tire purchase on time, got me in and out with 4 new tires in a very reasonable amount of time (under an hour). The newly remodeled waiting area was pleasant as well. I am very happy with my experience.

They have great service, all were very pleasant to talk with. Prices are competitive. The only negative, the techs need to clean up before entering and exiting the vehicle, they had dirt on our cloth inner A-post and on the inner and outer door handles and on the steering wheel. Other than that I would have gave this place a 5 star.

Had a scheduling issue and they quickly resolved it and took every effort to ensure it was a pleasurable experience! Excellent customer service!! I plan on getting my other vehicle's tires done there as well.

I called first thing in the morning to mount an atv tire. They got me in right away and I was out the door 15 minutes later. Staff was polite and ready to work. They did a great job!

Honestly, couldn t be happier with the service I received on 3/14/2024. Team was prompt, and super efficient. I was told approximately 45 mins to an hour, and we were out the door in under 45.I know my tires are going to need to be replaced, and was planning on getting a quote. Without asking the service tech presented me with 3 pricing options, and was very thorough. Will definitely be making them my go to for regular service, maintenance, and tires. Highly recommend.

I ve been a Pomps customer for over ten years and I m as happy and impressed now as I was back then. Friendly, knowledgeable employees and I ve never had to return with a complaint to get something rerepaired . Good folks/good work

We were traveling states away pulling a trailer. Destroyed a rear tire on the interstate. Called ahead to pomp s, who had the exact tire we needed to continue our vacation. They had it changed in less than a half hour and we were back on our way. Everyone one there was friendly and hard working. Thank you again.

The gentlemen working onsite are very knowledgeable, smart, friendly and helpful! They helped resolve an issue with a flat with absolutely no stress or worry involved. Would definitely recommend! Keep up the great work!

Customer service is second to none. They always tell me straight and have never recommended unnecessary services or parts. I feel as if they care as much for my auto as I do. Sincere and friendly, keep up the great work!

This was my first time getting service from this shop. I was referred by a friend who's had his vehicles serviced with them for years. I must say, I'm impressed. The customer service was great. The car runs and rides like a dream again. And, best of all, I feel confident about the work that was done. I'll be going to Pomp's from now on.

The service is absolutely wonderful, I love the tires and alignment ny car received. The only thing that bothered me is that they left the headliner of my car dirty. It probably happened when they were in and out of my vehicle. But as someone who cars deeply about their car, it s bother some.

Kind & considerate! When and if anything had an issue they inform you right away so you can have it addressed or at a later date! They do their best as for getting you in and out and explaining! The one thing that they could improve on is chairs. Some people aren t as kind as to move over so people can sit down when there s a couple people coming in at a time.

These guys get customer service. Greg went above and beyond to get the tires in and on. Techs are knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure my alignment issues were addressed.

Everybody was very kind and professional, very good service, attention to detail, fair pricing very happy since I bought my tires and now I had my brakes there I come from Rockford Illinois, which is a 45 minute drive but it s worth it. Everybody was very very attentive and the man named Greg took care of me at the counter, and he did a good job also very attentive and very caring.

Car was stuck on the side of the road do to flat tire. Wally Perez came in saved the day. He exit his vehicle in start changing my tire right away. He was really concerned of our safety. Thank you so much for your Act of kindness.

They didn't have my size tractor tires in stock, but had them the next morning. Work quality was great and overall price was lower than other locations and on the internet. Very friendly and respectful service. Pomps is always a good call.

Pomp's did a great job fixing our vehicle. They also worked with me to deal with other issues they diagnosed at alayer time. They kept me informed about what was happening with my truck while it was in their shop.

Courteous staff. Oil change completed. Cause of highway speed vibration was determined to be tires that needed to be replaced. Quick replacement done. I got my car back the same day.

I picked up the tire, and without an appointment, they installed it in less than 10 minutes. The installation cost was more than I expected, but my time becomes more valuable the older I get.

I'm extremely happy with the service I received at Pomp's Tire Service. I had all four tires replaced, balanced, and front a front end alignment. Not only was the work done very well but the staff was courteous and professional. I was even given a fair price for the tires and work done. I highly recommend Pomp's for their excellent service.

This place is a wreck. Went there yesterday with a 1:00 appointment to have 4 tires dismounted, mounted and balanced and they didn t have it done until 3, and I told the guy helping me I wanted the old tires in the back of my truck, but they weren t there when I left. So he took me back into the garage and it s an absolute mess, I know shops can get messy but this was just a wreck. And another gentleman came in for an oil change and waited for over an hour and a half. Wouldn t recommend

Got 2 new sets of tires from them and it was the most professional experience I've ever had with a tire/mechanic shop! They were extremely polite, communication was excellent, and the workmanship was amazing. They didn't try to upsell me on anything and their prices were more than fair. They've turned me into a customer for life! I couldn't recommend them more!

I drive all the way from Madison to Janesville because of the exceptional service and the time the manager there Steve has always taken to explain and go over all my options. I probably have 2x or 3x as many questions as their typical customer and they all get answered. I have never felt more comfortable at any tire/mechanic shop than I do at Pomp's in Janesville. Thanks for your honest and hard work. I will see you again in about 50,000 miles!!!
