They got me in right away and took good care of me. Found a nail in my tire got it fixed and even took care of another unrelated issue I had free of charge! Bill was awesome and made me feel like I was in good hands ! Highly recommend!

We had a bolt on one of our tires and the service technician was extremely helpful! He was able to patch it and put it back on for us extremely quick! They were great to work with and we will be back when we need new tires!

I called around on a Saturday to take my car in last minute for a nail in a tire with a slow leak. Mavis answered promptly and I was able to come in without an appointment. They fixed it right away and were extremely helpful and friendly! I highly recommend Mavis for any tire needs! Thank you guys for the great job and keeping my weekend plans on track!

Great service and awesome staff! Helped me out in an emergency situation on a Sunday. Fixed an unexpected car issue and was able to have me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Very grateful for their service and the experience. Highly recommend!

We stopped in with an issue putting air in one of my tires. The guys at Mavis helped us out by replacing the valve stem. They pulled my car in immediately, made the necessary repair quickly and gave me a great deal. The staff here are friendly and professional. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and their prices are very affordable. It s great to have somewhere you know you can go in a pinch and they will do their best to take care of you. Most definitely recommend their service and will be returning for future needs.

I found myself in a pinch financially with a flat. I expressed my concerns to Nick and he was more then understanding and was able to help be as flexible as he could to work with my budget and get me back on the road. Great communication and customer service.

They got me in and out in 30 minutes. I had 2 tires done on my Mazda and I couldn t have been happier with the customer service and quality of work. They gave me a great price and the manager is also very nice and helpful.

Genuinely wonderful service for both car and customer. They don't pressure you into decisions and try to lay out all information to help in that decision-making process, and have immense clarity. The main lobby is also clean and not noisy, so it's comfortable to wait around, or they're across the street from a coffee shop if need be for longer jobs. Thanks for your help Bill! You were professional, informative, and kind.

Brake fluid leak.August 2023, had my vehicle towed to the Janesville location due to no brakes.They checked the car out the next day, and proceeded with repairs without my authorization.Noticed that not one fender cover was on site, working on any car under the hood demands a fender cover to protect the paint from scratches and in this case, brake fluid.Manager scrambled when I mentioned it.Jump forward to Feb 2024. Brake fluid leak. brought the car back, happened to be a Sunday. They said they probably won't get to it today.Monday there was no call, after!noon I called. Nobody knew why the car was there.After 30 rings, the manager answered. Asked him about the car.He didn't know anything about it..I stopped in about 2 hours later, he disclosed that the technician failed to tighten the brake line from back in August.They fixed it no charge.Again, no fender cover was used, leaving the driver's fender dirty.Don't bring your car to Mavis unless you need windshield washer solvent topped off.

My vehicle has been acting a fool, I had an appointment with my local dealership but was too anxious that my vehicle may not be safe and needed an oil change anyhow. Took it to Mavis and was told I need a new rack n pinion, rear arm controls and shocks. Kept my appointment with the dealership for a 2nd opinion and to see if any of it fell under my extended warranty. I do need rear arm controls but my rack n pinion is fine and so are my shocks, those two things Mavis wanted roughly 2,600 for. Shame on you guys. I didn t knock to 1 star because the guy at the desk was friendly and my oil change was affordable.

Lost a tire on my snow-blower the day after a winter storm (on a Saturday morning). Walked into Mavis and the team was willing to support my situation in that moment while most businesses were closed. Out the door in 10 minutes to get home and finish the driveway. Really kind of the team to jump-in and help me in the moment. Thank you, Mavis!

Great service with walk in at 5:00 pm Wed. Afterrnoon. ( they closed at 6:pm.) Had a tire with a screw in it and Service tech said he would get to it, and would be ready in 20 min. Awesome.Terry McClaire

if you want to pay hidden fees on your tires and wait 3:30 hours for your tires to be changed this is the place for you! I paid 579.96 online which said it was everything except for tax. well at the store they force you to pay disposal and for the valves so make sure to add on $43 per job for "extras". when I asked the person about it he says ya we get alot of complaints about it but it is what it is. 3:30 hours for new tires is insane. and the place is filthy I get it's a tire shop but come on

I was in a bind because my trusted mechanic who my family has been going to for decades wouldn't be able to service our vehicle for a couple weeks. We needed new rear rotors,brake pads, calipers, and hoses for a 2014 Captiva. They charged $1600. I stopped by my mechanic and showed him the invoice. He said he would have charged $800-900. Fool me once shame on me. Never again!update: called the customer solutions number was requested, gave them my info and my experience. They said the regional mgr would be contacting me within 48 hrs. It's been over a week and I have not been contacted. stay far away from this company!

Great service. They got me right in for a tire rotation, Sean opened the door for us and had all my information pulled up in the system! They made the process effortless on my end. Quick, great priced and friendly employees! 10/10 recommend.

This is my second post in regard to Beloit Mavis; I had an appointment Wednesday; the Janesville store's manager was at the counter and literally "rolled-up-his-sleeves." and went to work on my truck! I was very impressed the way he handled updating my online information, bringing me current with that. He had other customers, and seriously handled the tasks at hand with great respect to all in line, appointments, non-scheduled along with the telephone! His crew in the back were very polite and professional. In the past I had a great deal of work done through NTB and was very satisfied with the old 2007 Ranger driving out the garage in smooth-running condition. I do go back for the follow up service with the mechanic. And therefore, will be posting a third! Beloit could sure use this manager at its store far more often! And, by the way; I am now into a fabulous book that was inspired because of the waiting area had the movie! The Blind Side and: I Beat the Odds; (I will have great reading at my next scheduled appointment! LOL) Thank you, what a great team of players at both stores! Sherri Chamberlin

Thank you so much Mavis Tires. Everyone here is so friendly and honest. I never feel like they are trying to up sell anything. Came in as tire low light came on and they were able to patch it and have me on my way! Highly recommend.

I had 2 stubborn lugnuts these guys helped me get them unstuck. Words cannot express the professionalism. honestly if I could give more stars I would this is the place to go when you need work done! :)

I came to the shop to use there air outside and it wouldn't work on my tires, i went inside and Shawn came outside in the -5 weather and he fixed 2 cores on my valve stems and got ice out of one of them, put air in all 4 tires and got me going!! Thank you so so very much for amazing customer service!!!
