Outstanding customer service! I moved to Janesville May 2003; always brought Hondas all my military years. Just happened to pass by and ended up buying a 2004 on new years eve 2003. Have brought 3 cars from this location, mainly because of the great service, no nonsense, honesty and their genuine care for the customer!

I had an unfortunate incident with a hit and run and Bob Clapper was there to help me through the whole process to get my van towed to their shop and fixed in a very timely manner (done earlier than they said). They showed confidence in dealing with the insurance and rental company I went through for the claim. Once my vehicle was at Bob Clapper, everything was smooth sailing.The Foreman on the floor was friendly in answering my questions upon pick up and the manager Josh was always available to answer any questions and made sure things ran smoothly. I ve never needed collision repairs, so I was unsure of where to go. Seeing all of the wonderful reviews, I decided to take my chances, and take my car to Bob Clapper. I m so extremely glad that I did! They went above and beyond, they re very friendly, professional, reasonable, honest, and did an AMAZING job on my car! I highly recommend them to anyone with collision needs!

Well every thing was great when I had my car fixed there they gave me a rental while my car was fixed. My daughter hit a deer I told here to take her car there they give you a rental. They've had it for 20 days still waiting on parts and no rental. I guess I wont refer any one there again.

I have taken my car to a lot of places for work. This is hands-down the best place I ve ever been to. Customer service is excellent, quality of work is outstanding, and work was done on time. The silver tongue service had me believe it was a good place to get work done. The collapsed oil filter and black oil on the most recent change said otherwise. Still had 20percent life according to the dashboard computer. New owners now with kayser but an emphasis on caution as staff most likely the same.

Love how treated... did not purchase my car here, but work close by so thought I would ask for assistance with warranty work. They greeted me with kindness, talked to me with respect and did not treat me like I would not understand what they where talking about, and offered to take me to my work. I would give the 5 stars but I know we all have things we can work on for continuous improvement. I would go here forever if I could...

Concise, professional and detailed body shop and A/C and radiator repair after a deer hit. I recently purchased a car at Bob Clapper Auto. I worked with Caleb Dietrich as a salesman and Brent in finance. Both were great to work with! If interested in a new or gently used car...ask for Caleb! Great experience overall.

The windows in my Impala stopped rolling down with the master control, so after trying a number of things, I took it in for a $100 assessment. They said the regulator and buttons were bad, and would charge $550 for parts and labor to fix. I didn't think those were the problem areas, so I found a different shop that went in, diagnosed the problem (wiring and corrosion) and fixed it for $120.Will not be using this place again!

Bob Clapper body shop is a hidden gem . The manager Josh and his team have continued to get our work trucks/family vehicles done on time and at the price quoted. Best body shop team in Rock county.
