Excellent service. They didn't have the exact weight for my vehicle but offered an alternative and explained the differences.And they were kind enough to fill my tires before I left.

Very professional customer service-- I was greeted by friendly staff, my service was done quickly and efficiently, and the best part was the lack of trying to upsell me services I didn't come for! It seems to be a running theme with other oil change places they try to convince you to replace filters and such that are marked up 30%. This was not the case at Jiffy lube so I will definitely be back and definitely recommend to others

I learned on my most recent visit. The techs suck the oil out the top. This is not the best practice. Using the drain plug also allows for crude and crime to drain out. I will not be back along w my wife.

There was only one poor young guy working with several cars backed up. However, he was still polite and easygoing, worked efficiently, and did a great job!This is the second review from me for a different visit and I chose to do it because of the excellent service I received again! They were very busy and it was nearing the end of the work day. However, the guy that was helping us never acted put out and worked quickly and diligently, but still had time to be polite and even held the doors for us. I got my oil changed here and was extremely uncomfortable after. Only 2 of the employees actually did their jobs/focused on the work, for them I was thankful, but I felt like everyone else just stood gawking especially when people who weren't working in the bays came out/up. After I left I started to get unsolicited text messages from a random number, I obtained the name of the number's owner and it was the same first name as one of their employees that talked to me. The coincidence was to much for me to feel comfortable going back to this location. If you're a single female I do not suggest going here, especially alone.

They will try to sell you everything you don't need. I was employed there a day. I quit because in training they said sell things weather it's needed or not.

My female friend went in and was quoted 350.00 for a tire rotation and synthetic oil change. When I called, I was quoted 140.00 for both. This is not acceptable. Beware of price difference if you are female. Location Janesville, WI The auto replay just makes it worse. Your company NEEDS to address this problem. Not for me I'm done but for your other female customers.

My experience was great! There was a bit of a line but someone came out to find out what I needed, and tell me how long I could expect to wait, which I really appreciated. Once I got in it was very quick and everyone I spoke to was super friendly. I ll definitely be back next time I need an oil change!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They were really nice and the service was jiffy. However, they charge double what I pay at other places. All I got was a basic oil change with basic oil, and it cost a whopping $60.00. I only pay $30.00 for the same thing at other places, and receive a complimentary inspection included, as well. Fast service is great, but I'd rather have slower, thorough service that's reasonably priced. That's more important to me.Service: Oil change

Everyone there is so friendly. They do an awesome job! I choose to go here over Wal-Mart even if it is more "expensive" (literally only a 10-15 dollar difference) for fast service and you are treated with respect from all of the employees.

$5.00 to top off my coolant seems excessive. Evanville Oil Pros top off all my fluids and check the air pressure in my tires for no extra charge, plus there oil change fee is $10.00 less expensive.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Got a quick oil change two months ago. I don t usually come here. $80 for their best oil. Which they did not give me an option and said I had to have it. I have gone about 1000 miles since. I had to bring to a mechanic shop today for my cylinders mis firing. The mechanic said the oil was overfilled and an unusual color for going the distance I did. I will NOT be going back. I have to pay hundreds for an issue that would have NEVER happened had I gotten my oil changed at my usual spot.Service: Oil change

Buyer beware, quoted me $100+ for a full synthetic oil change. Thankfully I had a coupon and brought the price down a little. I was desperate and paid the very high price since I was pressed for time. The work. Work was very poor as well, they checked my air filter and did not reinstall it correctly and lost one of the screws. I went to replace my own air filter and saw the massive gap they left in the air box and the missing screw. Go literally anywhere else, if you value your time, car and money.

A little pricey but was great in a time pinch and was able to find a coupon online to help with cost. My technician Michael was very friendly and professional. And although I didn't catch his name, another tech that guided me out of the stall when I was finished noticed I had wires showing in my front tires, which may seem minor but I was due to be making a 200 mile journey that same day! We could've had a tire blow out! Thanks to his good eye we were able to plan for a different vehicle until I can get them done. So very grateful for their help!

This is the only place I take my car for an oil change. Always have great customer service. Went in this morning and Josh and Shawn were awesome to deal with. They had me in and out within 20 minutes and off to work. They earn every star. I highly recommend them!

I wasn't at Jiffy Lube... I was at Jersey Mike's. They were 5 stars. Jiffy Lube is one star at best. They left my oil cap off once and trashed my engine.

Did they unscrew a couple bolts drain my oil and refill yes... easily done but the fact they had me pull on to some ramps in a low car scraping and thinking my running board was broken or the oil the kids spilled EVERYWHERE from the windshield to the whole engine we ask to use a coupon for 15 bucks off the guy says ya sure but then at the end doesn't want to use a company coupon don't bother going here if you like people to respect your vehicle and you.

They pulled the air filter and showed it to me, asked if I wanted to replace it(it looked like new) of course I said no. I heard the employee telling the other one were going to put a new one in and anyway because it s a work vehicle so his work will cover it. DISHONEST. I have a fleet vehicle that was due for multiple services. Oil & Filter changes as well as a tire rotation. They performed all these very well. I also had a few questions about a tire and a leak. The manager looked at the tire and confirmed a nail was in it. He also answered a question about a drip I had noticed. Very nice and professional.
