Let me tell ya about Jorden: This guy was the most easy-going, relaxed sales rep I've encountered when purchasing a vehicle. I already had in mind what I wanted, and although I didn't exactly find what i wanted initially, he suggested a comparable car with exactly what I was looking for without pushing. When it came time for the sale, this guy went above and beyond... I'm talking early 2000s romcom-level, rush to the airport to stop the person you love from boarding the plane kinda stuff. This guy drove me to the bank with only two minutes to spare to make the sale. The whole time maintaining a positive outlook while I sat passenger, having multiple panic attacks, thinking I wasn't going to get this car because I forgot my check... He literally ran across UW Whitewater campus to help find the bank on foot, just as I did, and still smiled and laughed the whole time. I got a story out of it along with a fantastic car, and he got a well-deserved sale and an exciting night towards the end of his shift. I can't thank Jorden enough for being himself and helping me get an enjoyable car and an enjoyable experience.

I had a very positive experience. I had been in and asked for them to let me know when the interest rate dropped. Hailey checked in once in a while, but never harassed me . She called Sat morning with the new rate and I met her at 9:00. I have a new car that I think I will love. She was great to work with, as was Alec in finance.

Just got a new Ascent! Absolutely love it! Javier was our salesperson and he was very good. No pressuring at all. This is the second Subaru we purchased from this dealership. They all are so exceptional! The process is hassle free and all are so pleasant! The service department is very good too as we bring all our maintenance to them. Highly recommended!

I have been to Janesville Subaru multiple times for maintenance work. They are extremely professional, the shop is spotless and they do great work on my car. I have been very impressed each time I'm there. My most recent visit yesterday was handled by Jonathan C. in service and he did a great job explaining what all needed to be fixed and why and took great care of me and my car! Thank you! Mindy Ochs

Service department is excellent but the sales department and the finance department are dishonest. Finance documents are improperly filled out and hidden fees are added into the final purchase price unexpectedly. A 36,000$ car could easily become a 43,000$ car at signing. Yes there is licensing and taxes but a surface protectant was an unexpected add-on at 3,000$! It was beyond humiliating dealing with the finance department when I refused to pay it and he kept holding up some absurd "drum" of something trying to justify the cost!

If you like being rushed through the whole process, this place is for you. The sale-man didn t give us time to read through the paperworks, didn t ask us what we were looking for, didn t let us talk at all for the matter. He was very eager to get us out as soon as possible. When I tried to get more info on the vehicle he gave me the answer I m not supposed to give out these information . In the span of 3 hours we were there he never asked for what I wanted or needed in a vehicle. Just want me to take the old inventory of their hands, I liked the car but it would be nice if he slowed down and listen. And worst of all was the finance manager. He didn t explain any of the add-on packages, basically present 3 options for the monthly payment, wouldn t let us have a private moment to discuss. And once we were done and about to leave he called my girlfriend into his office to ask her out for dinner. I was outside and he knew I was with her the whole time. Very unprofessional. The service is terrible and unpleasant. I would recommend people go to other Subaru dealerships.

Thank you Deana and staff i met thru the way. Times are very hard right now the struggle is very real, i had a very unsafe vehicle that was on its last life, and due to struggle buy here pay here was the only thing i thought i could do, until my friend Deana reached out to me and so i did..she and the staff was amazing. The whole process was great, everyone helpful and truely cares about getting you a vehicle. And thats what they did, got me into a great vehicle. Love this place would recommend to everyone...from the staff to the car great experience.

I purchased 4 cars from this dealership and it went from a great experience to a horrible experience. Both of the gentleman in the finance department did not complete the paperwork correctly. They gave me the run around when I was trying to get my trade in paid off. What should have taken 1-2 weeks, took over a month for the trade in pay off. We had to make another car payment because of their mistakes and disregard. I felt ignored when I called trying to resolve the matter. It s been over 2 months and I m still getting calls for missed signatures on the paperwork. And I also just received the title on our trade in; which means they did not do the paperwork correctly. The General Manager has tried to make things right, which I appreciate. However, I will never step foot at this dealership again. I m very disappointed because I had planned on trading in my vehicle. Now I will have to go elsewhere.

Service appt was easy and well executed Your mgmt and staff were friendly and professional. In particular. Sherri at the payment desk was very helpful by loaning her wall plug charger to me so I could be on an important work call while I waited. Small gesture that was most appreciated. Thanks Sherri!I give the overall dealership a thumbs up.

This Subaru dealer has an excellent service department. It's easy to schedule. The service4 advisors are outstanding in the knowledge and dealing with customers. I feel that their service price for work is reasonable.Finally their customer waiting area has been enlarged and is very comfortable

TL:DR - Easy going sales staff, straightforward pricing, overall painless process; Nic and Alek were easy to work with.I purchased a used car from Janesville Subaru. I live out of town, so I did the initial conversations over the phone. They were forthcoming about damage on the car such as "curb rash" on the wheels and a rip in the driver's side seat. I also inquired if this was a smoker car, the salesman went out to the car and gave it the "sniff test" for me :)I made an appointment for 8:30 am. I took a 30 min test drive. Nic was very helpful in finding nearby locations for me to test the car and I didn't feel pressured to get back to the dealership. I took another 15-ish minutes to visually inspect the car. I noticed that the dealership had taken the time to patch the seat I had pointed out during phone conversations. Since the car is no longer in production, I was having a hard time finding a replacement seat, so I was happy to see they had repaired it without increasing the asking price.Once I decided that I did want to make a purchase, I was out the door with the keys in about 45 minutes. Some other dealerships should take notes from these guys.

We had a very positive experience. We were met with a very nice salesperson, Michael. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. Also, we were assisted by Sean and Shaunt. Had a great experience at Janesville Subaru! Hailey was very knowledgeable about the different cars and trims available. She was attentive to what our growing family would need. Phil was awesome to work with and was willing to help us get an amazing deal. Car buying is always a terribly long process that I dread, however, the staff here made it quick and painless. It felt like I was family from the moment we walked in the door. We love our new Ascent and will recommend all our friends and family to come here.

Weird review but still needs to be online. I was stranded at the hotel near the dealership on Jan. 15th, 2024 with dead battery in minivan in below freezing temps. Called the Kia shop & they said there wasn't anything they could do. Called Subaru & within 15 mins, a nice guy came to jump battery super quick. I gave him a little cash to buy himself lunch that day. Wish I would have gotten his name. THANK YOU for helping me get back home to my kiddos!

I inquired about a vehicle for sale, at Janesville Subaru, that was posted on Facebook Marketplace. I was told that the vehicle was still available, but only if I was actually interested . Overlooking this initial rudeness (maybe somebody s coffeemaker broke?), I told the salesperson what my budget was and asked him to contact me if the price was reduced to my budget. To which the salesman replied, you messaged me to say that you won t pay? The best part is that when I suggested that he might want to be kinder and less insulting to prospective customers, he cut, pasted, and sent me the definition of insult to somehow prove that he wasn t being insulting. Wow

2 and a half weeks ago. January the 9th, I totaled my truck. After getting everything settled, I gave the dealership a call and asked for a good salesman. The young lady put me in touch with a young man named Jordan. We talked on the phone and I gave him the information about my situation. Man, did he go to work. He sent me pictures of a Subaru Outback with the Onyn package. To make a long story short, we agreed on numbers over the phone. Well, remember I totaled my truck. I had no ride to get to the dealership. This young man jumped into the vehicle, that he showed me pictures of, and drove to Cambridge to pick me up and take me to the dealership . I thought that was pretty impressive. We stopped and got lunch on the way back, and before I could finish my lunch, they had me ready to go into finance. All I can say is Wow!!. The best experience at a dealership I have ever been a part of. Thank you, Nick, in finance, who made the buying process very easy and understanding. Thank you to the dealership for allowing Jordan to come and pick me up. And of course, Jordan " my salesman " for going way beyond what you had to do. You're a great young man, and I appreciate all your knowledge and help with my new Outback . Thank you, Jordan. I hope I can send you some more business.

My lease ends in JULY and I have been harassed about my vehicle since early January. I ve asked multiple times for this dealership to STOP contact with me until May or June and I ve gotten sometimes 3 calls A DAY. the number is blocked and I m disappointed that this dealership can t leave me alone. I inquired about a vehicle once after they made initial contact but communicated to them that I no longer was interested. Also, it isn t just calls. It s texts, emails, and obviously the voicemails as well. Do better.

I had an absolutely wonderful buying experience. My salesman, Michael Woods, was very knowledgeable, polite and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him and this dealership. The finace was well taken care of and executed smoothly by Alex. The GM Jeff chatted with me and was very friendly. The managers Sean and Matt should be very pleased to have such a wonderful staff creating such an unbelievably wonderful buying experience. I cannot recommend enough!

Nick C has been working with me for weeks before arrival. When I came into the store he had the car put out front for easy connivence. The whole time he was very attentive with my questions and didn t sugar coat any of the stuff.
