Can I give 100 stars? The very best! I blew a tire on the interstate and wobbled over here. Not only did they set me up with a future tire, they also provided a spare so I could drive to the tire source and keep driving until my new tire arrived. Kind and generous people, a rare treat for this out of town driver. Thank you all!!

Took in my high mile vehicle, expecting the worst. They were able to diagnose and solve my vehicle's problem and get it up and running quickly. Out of the 3 recent repair shops I took it to- this one was the best! Wish I would have taken it here first!

J & S auto is our only go to place for everything relating to our families car needs. We have gotten to know the guys at J & S auto over the past three years with various cars we have owned. Every single time we are treated like family. We are treated so fairly with care, respect and integrity.They are always realistic with the different options and very fair prices . We have been so impressed with their responsiveness to our car problems and the occasional emergencies. They always come through with being able to get our cars in and fixed with care and timeliness! Again, I can t say how fair the prices are, and how nice they are! They always take the time to explain what is going on with the car and the options possible for the solution!We will always come here. We will never go anywhere else because we are treated like family at J and S. They have such a clean office space, and are so timely in answering phones and scheduling you to get in to see them. We trust them and feel the service is so great. This is a rare find, and we are very lucky!

Can't say enough positive things about J&S Auto! They were able to fit me in quickly, great communication (thorough & responsive), Nick was super friendly and helpful... And the total cost of services was maybe a quarter of what I expected. We were driving through Janesville to Madison. We stopped at a gas station and our car wouldn t start. J & S wasn t even open but Rob happened to be in the shop and drove out to see if he could help us. We ended up having the car towed back and he did everything he could to get the needed parts even though it was a holiday weekend. Rob went above and beyond to help us and we couldn t recommend J & S enough for the level of service and care they provide.

Trust is what sets J and S apart from any other repair shop. When I bring my car in, I can always trust that Nick and his team are going to find the problem and fix only what they need to, so I never have to pay for unnecessary repairs. They put their customers first, ahead of their profits, and I feel so lucky to have that peace of mind whenever I leave them my car.Go to J and S, and you'll never want to go to any other mechanic again.

They were really reasonable with my truck that's a 2015 but when we brought in my mom's 01 they seemed to jack up labor rates because she had parts

So my car wasn't working and I just replaced my hybrid battery and my 9 V battery My engine didn't turn over so I told it to them after just getting the hybrid batteries replaced and the 9v he fixed the problem battery replaced He gets my engine running andfinds another problem it is now running thanksServices: Engine repair, Auto battery maintenance, Auto maintenanceServices: Engine repair, Auto battery maintenance, Auto maintenance

Used their services a couple of times. Both times were overpriced compared to other shops. The jobs that I took it in for were done, but there were always other issues that came up soon after the visit.
