We had an issue with our new brakes squeaking after installation. Joseph got us back in and corrected the problem very quickly and without any charge to us. It was unfortunate that they squeaked after install, but Joseph made it right and that is what I look for in a service professional.

Love my Prius which I purchased a few years ago from Hesser Toyota. Went back to Hesser recently for an oil change. Friendly staff, great service. Thank You Hesser Toyota!!

Not much to pick from. The MSRP is what you pay. Nothing extra or special about the place. Like every dealership they are taking advantage of there being low to no inventory on used or new motor vehicles. Never in my lifetime do you pay MSRP. Employees very friendly. Not pushy.

It is extremely annoying when car dealership just want to undervalue of a car thousands of dollars, I'm not asking stick a price I'm asking for a fair market for my car what every website even dealerships kept telling me they could offer me in this amount because this is a fair market value that's just what I want. oh, I'm sorry, it's 24 because they got to see it, and I always 100% fine with it, but they didn't even want to see photos of it, and he hung up pretty much. but the market tells me my car is 26 and a half. I'm all very honest, man. tells you how cheap people could truly be. I can send hundreds of photos if they like. I just didn't want to waste 40 minutes on a trip one way.

Great service! They work hard until they find a solution to the problem, like the phantom clunk in my car or correcting a botched wax and buff job done somewhere else. Thank you!

I learned a long time ago that whenever I need to replace the tires on my vehicles, buy from the dealer. Out the door in a few hours with 4 new Goodyears and 4-wheel alignment and my truck tracks like a dream. Great lobby setup for remote work too.

I was confirmed by Ed that vehicle was available so I was on my way from Chicago to the Hesser Toyota dealership. I made 60 miles and he call me back saying sorry actually this vehicle is not available anymore . How about that? I hope someone from the team can teach this guy how to provide good information to the customers.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Called in after waiting on a recall for 4 months only to be lied to and directed to toyota corporate. Toyota corporate was understanding and helpful but expected Hesser to do there job Hesser never returned calls lied and wouldn't do what toyota told me they would do. Not that they care but they have lost my business and anyone who asks me myopinions business. Will also be posting a warning about them at work and on the union members board.

Well to start out with we drove 130 miles to Hesser Toyota in Janesville to look at a Camry with a price tag of $10,400 we offered them $9,500 out the door they said we will have to go over the figures and figure it out so we went away for lunch came back they said we got it down to 9300 out the door and I said that is awesome then they said do you have your $1,100 down payment well we offered them $9,500 out the door with the Eleven Hundred down payment so they just tried pulling the wool over Eyes by giving us a better deal and what we offered with the exception of taking our $1,100 to boot so basically they were giving it to us for their asking price so yeah they're bull s***

When they checked the tire pressure, they forgot to put the valve stem caps back on. Had them replace them, but now the valve stem caps don't match.
