Very good service. The woman at the front desk was really nice and kept me updated with everything going on. I hope I never have to get another car fixed again but in case I do ill definitely go back.

I was a bit skeptical at first as they were new in town but I took the chance and had the passenger car door replaced and painted. What amazing work they did ! The paint job looks wonderful ! They painted the fender too so it would all blend in. Customer service is very helpful and kind. They will call and keep you updated on your car. Thank you !!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my car here to get some body work repairs, and the whole team was incredibly professional. They would call every Tuesday and Thursday to provide me with updates on how the repairs were coming along. Overall a wonderful experience with the entire team. They even cleaned the interior of the car, which was above and beyond what I would have expected. Will definitely use their services again if I ever need body work/glass work done.Service: Body & Trim

New Gerber in Janesville was a very positive experience. We drove in from Madison because they had little to no wait time and a good turn around time. Staff were exceptional, friendly and patient!!

Worst place ever. They have no idea what they re doing. And they do not bother answering any of your questions. If you want your vehicle done horribly come here if you want it done good go somewhere else. That is why I did not even give them a chance to work on my vehicle. I took it next-door to Pernot.
