I've been going to Freeman's for years. John and Dan are very honest and ethical and I know I can trust them to give me the best price. Had a great experience with John. Patiently helped me diagnose a popping noise in my truck's suspension. I have recommended them to all my friends, several have already gone. It is rare to find a honest mechanic, and John/company exemplify the highest level of customer service, business ethics, and really know what they are doing! Freeman has been my only alignment shop. My grandpa was a successful farmer & didn't waste time or money. He also wouldn't conduct business with anyone he didn't trust. He recommended me to Freeman and I've had all my suspension needs met every time, on time.

This is by far one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they take any issues with your vehicle seriously and try to fit you in as best they can even when they're busy, they also have honest pricing, which is hard to come by these days.The staff were friendly and very helpful, they pointed out things that needed to be fixed and a good estimate on how soon it should be fixed and even took out my annoying wheel well that broke.Service: Brakes

The men working at Freeman's have always been incredibly kind, helpful, and explain things to me in a way that I can actually understand them, yet without making me feel like a "dumb female"! Ha. I appreciate Freeman's honesty and work ethic immensely, and would HIGHLY recommend them for sure!!!

After purchasing tires at another location I had nothing but slow leaks because they weren t mounted correctly. Freeman did an awesome job remounting my tires and I haven t had an issue since. I trust their expertise on all tire and alignment issues.Today I called them on behalf of my 92 year old father who picked up a screw in his tire. It was right before closing time, just as they were about to start their weekend, but they still agreed to wait for him. They removed the screw and plugged the tire and had him back home in 20 minutes! We can t thank you enough for your skill and generous spirit!

John, and his staff, are experts in their field. They do great work at reasonable prices, providing thorough explanations. They are also value conscious - giving the customer alternatives and then helping make the right choice. For all my vehicle alignments, brake and suspension work, John Freeman Alignment in Janesville is my "go to" place!

Great guys here! Did a quality alignment job on my truck as well as checked over a bunch of other repairs that I did myself and ensured that I did it properly. They tightened some things I missed to proper torque and the end bill was extremely worth the work they did! Thank you guys!!

They did a great job on my truck, found a part that was bad. I am very satisfied with there work and reccomend anyone looking for an alignment, they look over your vehicle very closely to keep you safe on the road.

*AVOID* Brought my car in for alignment. Car drives worse than when I brought it in. When I called twice to bring it in they said "sure" and then tell me they are 3 weeks off. Wow. All they did was recharge a battery and that's not even on their agenda, but they were still the nicest and most welcoming group of people.. I wouldn't have a problem taking any car problems to them

Had my SUV alingment done and had to take it back to have steering wheel straightened. They got it straightened and all is good now.

Very efficient in their repairs. They don't waste any time, they're always looking for satisfaction from the customer and as far as I'm concerned that they always get it.
