The process to buy our new ID4 was a great experience. Our salesperson Jackson was always helpful and was not pushy. We were able to use the EV federal rebate to reduce our lease payments to make it a very good deal. Everyone at Boucher was very nice to work with and we would recommend shopping for your next car at Boucher Volkswagen.

I can't say enough good things about Frank Boucher Volkswagen and the staff there. I hate shopping for cars and usually stay local and end up with a limited selection of vehicles. I was requesting information on a few used cars and after speaking with JJ over the phone, decided to drive over an hour to meet with him. I had such a great experience test driving different vehicles and talking with JJ and the other team members, that I had my husband come back with me the next day so he could test drive vehicles of his choice. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was welcoming, encouraging, understanding and listened to all of our concerns. JJ answered all of our questions and offered advice with our best interests in mind. We made the decision and purchased a new vehicle and couldn't be happier. I look forward to working with them again!

Very professional team. I hate buying cars. I prefer to be a straight shooter with the dealership and expect the same in return. They honored my wishes. Sales, Sales Manager, and Finance all were professional and efficient. We felt it was one of the best car buying experiences we have had.

Michael does an amazing job of going over all of the details. He listens to all of the specifics you are looking for/not looking for. You don t feel pressured into looking/buying anything you don t want. The rest of team is also phenomenal! They are all super friendly and helpful! I always enjoy my experience here.

I chose my 5 star rating because Jericho out of the VW in Janesville. This woman is absolutely incredible. I have grown to trust her very much. Not only is she fabulous at customer service, she knows her stuff. She s been working with me for about 2 years maybe a bit longer and I just love her to the moon and back. Makes the VW name look darn good!

This is our 5th Volkswagen from this dealership. Michael Thornton has worked with us these last two times and is always very helpful in responding to all our questions, showing us the changes in the new vehicle and following up throughout our lease if we need anything from him or the dealership.A pleasure to work with. Extremely dissatisfied with the service; unprofessional and argumentative staff provided conflicting and incorrect information. Initially told the issue was under warranty, then not under warranty, followed by uncertainty. Despite my accurate diagnosis, pulling the code, providing the wrong part, and verifying, I was asked to pay a diagnosis fee. This is unacceptable given the initial assurance of warranty coverage. The process was untimely, and the technician failed to secure a bolt properly, as evidenced in a picture I can provide. The encounter with the manager further displayed unprofessionalism, including unnecessary and unhelpful questions like "Do you work for free?" and "Why do you even bring your car here?" The experience concluded with being told to never return after questioning their decisions.

The service was great! Personable and professional. The mechanic even provided a short video walk through of his inspection results. A coolant leak was suspected by me which was found and fixed. This was covered under warranty. Communication was great. Well done!

We recently bought a new VW Atlas from Brady! I really dislike car shopping and Brady was definitely enjoyable to work with and made the process a lot less painful. I was amazed at how quickly we were in and out of the dealership; about 2-1/2 hours from test drive to driving home! We had a great experience and would highly recommend Brady and Frank Boucher to friends and family!

Worked with Jeremiah and the VW team today. They were so welcoming, friendly and inviting. Jeremiah had the car warmed up and ready to go for my test ride, and his team worked diligently on getting that paperwork together to get me out the door in my new car. Everyone is super kind and friendly.

We came in looking for a SUV that fit our budget and fit our needs. After looking at several dodge and jeep models Chris hall showed us what VW had to offer for suv. We never thought we would be in VW vehicle, but while working with Chris and the VW team, we were able to get the best fit for our family. This is the second car that we have bought from Brady Jensen at your business. We enjoy working with Brady and we love our VW's. We always feel like he listens to us in regards to what we are looking for and offers thoughtful suggestions based on what we want, what we think our needs are, etc. The whole team (TJ, Ryan in Finance department) were super kind and helpful. We upgraded to an Atlas from our Tiguan and couldn't be happier. In the two years that I had my Tiguan, I found your service department to be very accessible, clean and friendly as well.

I came in with a question about my fob and was greeted at the door and directed to the parts department. The representative there greeted me and answered my questions and corrected my non working fob in a few minutes. Effective, efficient and courteous!!

My sales representative was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication and frankly, error, when it came to financing which left me feeling a bit disappointed with the finance team. I would recommend for everyone to go in knowing what the monthly payment should be based on their financing choices and don't be afraid to ask questions.
