I had called the shop and my man Dale got in me in the very next day for a tire install. Couldn t be happier with my experience. They got my service done within 3 hours of dropping it off. Very grateful they could do so so quickly. Very good knowledge base on tires provides highest quality brands as well

The service itself is usually affordable and done right. However, Dale is always a hassle to deal with. I made a reservation online and called to confirm it and he told me online doesn t know my schedule so we ll have to do it a different day. Which would have been fine if he hadn t been rude the entire conversation. Every interaction with him over the years has been like this. Except for the time he was super nice when trying to sell me tires last time I got an oil change.

Staff were very helpful and nice, worked very hard to get everything done as quickly as possible as to not make customers wait. Staff member who was working the front desk was especially upbeat, welcoming, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to others.

Huge shoutout to Dustin. I called to do a coolant flush because my car was running a little hot and he said he was able to squeeze me in the same day. I got there and explained my problem and he said that he didn t think anything was wrong so he came out to look and listened to me explain the situation. He told me I shouldn t be worried and sent me home. He could have easily just done the coolant flush but actually listened to me and saved me money I didn t need to spend. Dustin is the goat

Dale and his staff are well educated. I went in for a alignment. They did everything right. I went to a different place and they tried to tell me I needed new ball joint and arm control before I could get alignment done. I recommend them to everyone.

The Service is great. They explain what they are going to each step of the way, I feel like I can trust them and not get ripped off as being a woman, I don't have any knowledge of Cars. Dale and Dustin , The managers are awesome. One of the reasons I keep going back there.

The staff did a wonderful job, however it took longer to "drop" my car off than I would have liked. I had made the appointment a week ago for a specific time. Then the 100 questions upon dropping the car off instead of having it already in the computer from the last time I was there with this car. It was just a bit frustrating.

The service people are pretty good but the prices are quite high. $830 to replace an alternator. $272 for a refurbished one but I'd you don't have a garage and the right tools, what can you do. Leave it to the professionals.

I called and got an appointment the same day for an oil change. It was very busy in the store when I got there, but they waited on me quickly and I was out the door within a half hour. I felt the oil change was reasonably priced and Dale was very helpful and nice.

Dustin is super helpful and outstanding. Everything I've gone to Firestone I've never left unsatisfied. He is friendly and explains everything in detail and never misses a beat. If I could give him a 12 of 10 I would definitely do that. He converses with you and makes you feel welcome every time I'm there. Keep up the good work!!!

They always take care of me when I bring them one of our vehicles. I'm confident in the work being completed correctly and on time. My only wish is that the online system for scheduling appointments would actually work. It's easier to call and then you know you are on the schedule.

Just called to have my old 2000 Saab aligned. They told me they can't do an alignment on my car for some reason. Wouldn't elaborate. Said something about an update for the rack. Thats a pretty old car and nothing special about it. They are lazy and don't want work. Would never recommend here.

I've been with Firestone 14 years in Janesville,and over 20 years with Firestone in Milwaukee! I've always been treated like I was their only customer, in both cities!! The fact that I have a charge card makes getting my car problems taken care of right away--I don't have to worry about where I'm going to get the cash from to pay the bill! Wonderful employees -great mechanics-and always a smile when I come in the door! Also I'm greeted by by name! Thank you! Fern Cupertino

This was only my second visit to Firestone because I was so impressed with my 1st visit. The gentleman was so nice and explained things very well. I will recommend Firestone to my friends.

Twice now I have had a great experience here when I brought my car in short notice and I was helped right away. Shout out to Dale who showed me a great kindness last Friday when I couldn't get anyone else to help me with my car. I highly recommend this Firestone!

I cannot comment about the actual business, but my review is about the people that work there. Dustin was great - very helpful and information. Dale, however, was the opposite. He made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. When I called to explain what I wanted to have them look at, I told them what I thought needed to be inspected. I'm no mechanic, so I gave my best details of what I thought. When I called back the next day, Dustin had diagnosed the problem to be a ball joint that had some play in it, but unfortunately he can't get the part. When I went back to get the car shortly after, I spoke with Dale. He said he hadn't looked at the car yet. I told him that I spoke with Dustin who had already looked at it, that it was a ball joint issue, and that this location couldn't get the part for my specific car. He said to me "Well, then why did you even both bringing it to us if you knew what's wrong with it?" Um, what? I told him AGAIN that Dustin told me what was wrong and that I needed to take it elsewhere to be repaired. He said "Ok" and basically threw my car keys at me and went back about his day like he was glad to be rid of me.Worst customer experience I have EVER had in ANY company EVER. Dale needs coaching or he needs to go!

I drove all the way out here from Helenville. These people are absolutely AMAZING!!!! I would recommend them to anyone. I was in a bind and they stopped everything to help me out. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH !!!!! I will be back YOU MADE MY DAY !!!

Great service, with interesting available deals and offers often. I was just in for a tire rotation after a 5,800 mile road trip so I didn't need much else at the time. I have gotten my tires there and some suspension parts replaced on my previous vehicle and found making appointments very easy and their advice on the most important issues they may notice to be addressed. Paperwork conveniently emailed to me for a paperless option is nice too. I will definitely be back for more tire rotations and most likely a new set of tires when it is time, while also taking the inspection offer and considering the lifetime alignment offer they have going on right now. It's nice to see the same staff over years of coming back there, like Dustin, Dale & Jarrid, and getting the feeling they know me & my vehicle, aside from what is on the computer screen.

I blew a tire on the freeway later on a Friday 300 miles into a 600 mile trip. I rolled up to Firestone and asked if there was anything they could do that night to help me as I needed to be to Illinois for work the following day. I had no rim, only a donut, and both my dogs in the car. Dale went out of his way to track down a rim for me, personally went and got the rim with his own car, came back and two of the guys got to working on my car while I stayed warm with my dogs in the waiting area of the shop. These guys went out of their way to help me and get me safely on the road. This was by far the most positive experience during a bad situation that one could have. They were so friendly and reassuring during the whole process and really made me feel like family, not some stranger who got stranded on the freeway. I highly recommend coming here, they care about you and they care about their employees.Service: Tires

Bunh of incompetents, they just made me loose thousands of dollars . after getting an appointment with them, accepting a late one because some sot of excuse, they realized that they could not do the job because my truck was too heavy. I specified the model and year online and by phone. I went there and gave them model and year again, and after 20 mins waiting they say they could not do the job. Go somewhere else, no brain activity was found when I tried to use that shop.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair
