I do not like writing bad reviews, but just too many issues. Asked him to do some light repair on my 1956 Nash, was told it would take about a month or so. Took over a year and a half to get it back, and when I did finally get it, the work was by far just ok, they did not take care of my interior panels and they were damaged in the process so I will need to buy new ones. The owner seems to be a nice person, but when I asked him to pay for the items that were damaged he did not have the money to do so and said he did not own the business anymore, so basically I was out of luck. Maybe with new ownership they will get better in the future, but I cannot take that chance.

This place does quality work at honest prices. Took my 2010 F-150 there to have rusted rocker panels and cab corners fixed. On the advice of a friend I drove from Chicago to Janesville to get the work done. I can say that the drive was more than worth it. The work was high quality, the job was done quickly and the price was better than I could have hoped for. The owner was friendly and pleasant to talk to. I can t say enough good thing about my experience with Excel. I will definitely use them again if I have need to in the future.

Greg and the gentlemen who work there couldn t have treated me better!! WOW!! I had a big dent on the side of my car and a rust spot that had gone through. My car came out beautiful!!! Money is tight right now and Greg treated me so fair I could actually have it done. My highest recommendations for this company!

I just moved to Janesville and my SUV's trim panel started to fall off. Googled the nearby body shop and dropped by to see if it can be addressed. A big gentleman at the front desk with a humongous heart - welcomed me and helped me out immediately. A young man came out from the shop and did some detailed work.Fantastic experience. If my car ever gets damaged again, I am taking it to this place.

Asked him to do rocker panels on my Silverado. Was told it would take about a week or so. Took over 3 and a half months to get it back, and when I did finally get it the work was by far sub-standard. I wish I could post photos here, but everyone who sees it can't believe how it turned out. Worst part, he knows he was wondering in this but would not offer anything to compensate other than "half off any future work". There will be no future work... I'd much rather pay double to get a good job!

This place has the best prices in Janesville for full paint/body repair. The whole back side of my Ford Escape looked brand new. I will definitely be returning.

Spare yourself A LOT of BS and just don't! Unless you enjoy being without a car, ignored, phone calls or messages not answered and time lines that aren't followed. Trust me, just don't
