I had an AMAZING experience with Elite Auto Glass. I called and got an immediate quote AND appointment time that fit my schedule. The service was very quick!! And the price was astonishing!! They were the cheapest around town. I know because I called them all. They were very friendly, very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on. I knew my car was in the best hands. I was blown away by the level of professionalism I received start to finish. Altogether, I had a GREAT experience!! Thank you so much for getting me in as quick as you did, and replacing my windshield. You guys made this whole situation so much easier on me, and made it the best as it possibly could have been, and made me feel great along the way!!

Did a quick Google search, and selected this location because of the reviews and it being a local owner. I had an Amazing experience! Quick, fast, and efficient! Chad called me back right away and was able to provide me a quote, AND get me scheduled in the same day! The gentleman at the location that completed the repair, I wish I got his name, but he was friendly and just as efficient! Cannot rave about this location enough, and will forever be our got auto-glass repair shop. Price was lower than I expected, but even if it was higher, I'd go back merely because of the customer service! Thank you!!

When I called they were able to get me in the next day. I was only there for about 45 minutes and it was finished and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend get a price from here I will used them in the future if I ever need auto glass.

On July 7 Elite Glass "repaired" a stone chip on my RV windshield. I was a very hot day and I had the inside of the windshield covered by a sunshade. The technician replaced the shade after completing his work and was paid. I did not remove the shade until the next day while preparing from a departure from my camp site. I was only after I was on my way to our next (reserved) destination (250 miles north) that I noticed the chip had NOT been repaired.We On July 7 Elite Glass "repaired" a stone chip on my RV windshield. Some evil person broke one of the side windows on my VW. I first went to national-chain-whose-jingle-you-can't-get-out-of-your-head; they wanted more than $400 for the window, made me wait two weeks, and then had the wrong side window. I waited another two weeks and again they got the wrong side window. Then I tried the glass shop for Madison-dealer-in-every-kind-of-car, and they didn't return my calls. Finally I went to Elite Auto Glass. They came to my house the next day, replaced the glass in a half hour, charged me $263, and bid me have a nice day. Their worker, Kane, was as polite and professional as he could be. I'm telling all my friends about Elite Auto Glass in Janesville. Thank you thank you thank you.

Great job. VERY reasonable prices. Personal contact when receiving quotes, not online contact. Owner was very nice on the phone and answered all my questions. Fast service and comfortable waiting area. Owner greeted me when I arrived and took my car in right away. Glass repair was perfect. Would recommend this place over any other glass repair places. Very satisfied with the repair!

Elite Auto Glass did a quick and great job on our car after our windshield got hit with a rock and spiderwebbed. Best pricing in the area and they fixed it the week that I called. Also came to my house to do it! If I ever have this happen again, I will call them right away!!

These guys did a great job and had my truck fixed within a few days of calling them. The cost to purchase and replace my windshield was less than if I did reseed the glass myself. I came in to get the windshield replaced on my truck after the glass was chipped from an ice scraper. Immediately after they brought it in their bay, they let me know that the damage I had was actually most likely repairable, and that it would cost me about $200 less than getting my windshield replaced. They were fast, honest, and even explained how they made the repair in a way that made sense. Really decent people, they saved me a lot of money (the windshield replacement quote alone was also way less than other places I'd called) and got me in and out fast while also doing a quality job on my windshield. I would definitely go back to them if I needed any more work done to my glass later on.Service: Auto windshield repair

Had my windshield replaced. They were $200 cheaper than other quotes I received. I was offered mobile install but did not have the heart to given the frigid temperatures. I dropped my car off on Sunday night and it was done by 9 a.m. Monday morning as promised. No hassles or surprises. Owner was pleasant and professional. Chad is an absolutely fantastic guy to work with. I used the website to get an estimate, and within 24 hours I received a response. I called to set up an appointment and was able to get in the very next day to get my windshield replaced. I had a few of my kids with me when I took my car to Janesville for the windshield replacement and Chad gave them some water bottles and gave us recommendations on a few nearby parks to visit while we were waiting for the replacement to be completed. If you need windshield repair/replacement, this is the place to make your appointment! They were able to get my car in quickly and were extremely professional. Not to mention, it was the best price I found in the area. I would recommend this to family and friends, this will also be the first place I call if I ever need work done in the future. Unbelievable! The first call i made and they had what we needed. Driving a 96'DT466 International 4700.The owner had us go to a truck stop and was sending roadside service to us. Although he said we would have to wait a few hours for our windshield. His crew was there an hour early and took just a few minutes to install. We have stayed on schedule. We HIGHLY recommend this company. Nice people, nice price! Thankyou!

Great price and very professional. I would recommend Elite Auto Glass In Janesville too anyone looking for window repair. I'm new to this area and had picked Elite based off other reviews on Google. Like the other reviews I had read, they went above and beyond to getting my windshield installed. I will be going back to get the windshield changed in my convertible come spring. Great Business and take there job very personal doing what they can to make there customers happy.

Literally the best experience I ve ever had with an auto shop. They called me and told me I could bring my car in early if I wanted, so I show up and I walked in, was instantly greeted and quoted 45 minutes. I was shown the waiting area and was shown the remote, WiFi password, candy to eat, chargers in case I wanted to charge my phone, and was told that if I wanted to change the temperature I could. I know all of this is somewhat standard of a waiting area, but the fact that the man was super friendly and accommodating while pointing this all out to me, it made me feel comfortable. Great customer service! They also got my windshield replaced in 20 minutes! Great service and super reasonable prices! I highly reccommend!
