I live in Monroe Wisconsin I called a local box store, as well as the local feed/supply store and the local tire store for a trailer tire. one did not have it and the other two were incredibly expensive.So I looked online and I found discount tire they are 25 miles in one direction. I called them up. I told them what I was looking for. They told me what they had. I said well I ll have to pass that s out of my price range. I said the other place I purchased from was $30 less than what you have the fella met me in the middle and then he also added they will balance my wheels.This is the wheels on my trailer. Now no other store near me has ever offered to balance my trailer Wheels.I don t understand why they don t because just like a vehicle I believe they need to be balanced. because I m pulling the trailer behind my truck over 55 miles an hour. In some cases I ve looked back in my mirror and I ve seen what looks like a vibration on my wheels. So as soon as they mentioned that they would balance each wheel with a mount and they would give me a discount on my other two that I did not purchase from them because I was now their customer. I found that to be a class act.so I decided to give them a shot. I m very pleased with technicians that work there.They were friendly and courteous. They remove the wheels from my truck. They also reloaded the wheels back into my truck after the job was finished. They will negotiate with some pricing to help me your finances.I ve never had another company go out of their way to help me get what I needed like a discount tire. I recommend go on there at least once and you ll see exactly what I m talking about. I will be going there from now on.

I bought four tires plus the protection plan, unfortunately one of the tires needed a repair it picked up a nail after only about a year. But when I went to the store not only was the representative very unprofessional but he informed me nothing could be done even though I had the protection on them. Okay well will they prorate the tire so I could purchase another one. Again I was told no because the tires that were installed on it were no longer carried. Alright fine I asked what if I just wanted to replace the tires on it or buy a new set. I was told they didn't carry any tires that fit my vehicle. Said okay and left as I was not getting anywhere. When I was in the parking lot went on their website they carry many tires that do fit my vehicle. So I guess what gives I was just trying to get a functioning tire. Was even willing to purchase another tire if needed. Very unprofessional.

Ordered specific tires and scheduled installation. Paid one of my guys time and a half to go there on a holiday to get the tires done. They ordered us a completely different brand of tires with no heads up. 110% will never be back. Don't waste people's time.

I got 4 tires a week ago service is good, but, I got a $66 dollars charge for a road hazard protection I didn't ask for it. The service person never ask if I want protection plan or not, he just added to the bill. Not very professional......

Discount Tire has impressed me again! I have been a fan of this franchise for years because I can always count on them to be professional, cheerful, helpful, and have great prices. Yesterday, they really knocked it out of the park for me at the Janesville location. I was traveling on the interstate trying to get to Beloit for an appointment. A mile or two before the Milton Ave exit, my tire pressure light came on and I noticed one of my tires was all of a sudden at 26 psi. I passed a rest stop because I thought maybe I'd be good to keep going and it wasn't going to become a fully flat tire but the pressure continued to drop. I figured there's a Kwik Trip coming up at the next exit and I can check things out there and crossed my fingers that I would make it. The exit appeared as my tire pressure dropped to 18 psi and what do I see to my right? A DISCOUNT TIRE!! I'm rejoicing in my head because I KNOW they will help me and probably drop everything to do it based on my past experiences with them. I walked in, explained that I'm trying to get to an appointment and I would really just love help getting my spare on the car. Spencer and his team jumped into action to check to see if the tire could be patched. When it couldn't, he had one of his techs work on getting my spare on right away. While the spare was getting put on, Spencer was on the phone with other locations trying to find out who had my replacement tire in stock so that I could quickly get my tires back in working order ASAP.The Discount Tire difference is this: Even when you come in, interrupt their planned work with your emergency, they still treat you with the utmost respect, care, and kindness and bend over backwards to get you what you need. I see it time and time again from these folks. I've visited 3 locations over the years and have consistently had the SAME wonderful treatment at every location I've been to.Spencer and his team rock! They got me back on the road within 15 minutes and I was only 18 minutes late to my appointment. And the icing on the cake is that I didn't have to try to figure out how to change a tire in the cold, ice, and slush in my work clothes on a Monday afternoon. I am so grateful for this business!

My daughter had a problem with her tire and couldn t figure it out.. it was below zero degrees and just after the snow storm. She pulled into Discount Tire and the found the problem, fixed it, gave her a tire pressure gauge, and charged her NOTHING!! Thank you for amazing service and keeping her safe on the road!

I bought a new set of tires for my vehicle and had one of the TPS sensors replaced that wasn t working prior to me getting a new set of tires. One of the salesman asked if I wanted to replace the sensor, soI figured why not and had them replace it. When I left two of the sensors weren t registering and they told me they would register after driving on them for a while. After about a week and a half the sensor still did not register, so I took it back to the store and was told that they had replaced the one that was bad and another one must ve gone bad. This just seemed awfully coincidental as the three others were working when I went in, but now one mysteriously went bad right after I got one replaced. So I basically paid an extra $60 for nothing. Not a bad place to get tires, but don t get talked into buying anything else from them.

Called and got a price on two tires. Sent my girlfriend in to get them put on. She leaves with four tires after being told there were problems with the other two. Plus a set of lugnuts. Both "problem" tires were less than a month old, and the "stripped nuts" were just replaced with new studs. Very dishonest! Expect one price only to have it more than doubled by replacing new stuff! Not trying to be a Karen but I will be calling their corporate office in the morning.

If I could give 10 stars I would. They have the best prices and service around. I drive just over a half hour past many other shops just to come here. I found a screw in my tire and they got me in right away and back on the road. Honestly can't say enough good things about this place. Customer for life.

Was in a bind hauling horse from MN to KY. Had 2 bad valve stems leaking on trailer tires on Saturday afternoon and needed to keep moving. Chris got us right in and replaced the valve stems quickly despite the shop being really busy. Appreciate the excellent service.

I tell you, this team is outstanding! Recently arrived with a blown lawnmower wheel; You know the situation the one where you re right in the middle of mowing your lawn and need a resolution fast. Josh dropped what he was doing and speedily resolved our dilemma and got me back up and rolling! Thank you so much guys!!

Jose greeted me outside and was extremely helpful! The service was very quick for my tire rotation and rebalance. I showed up a little early and they had my car done a shortly after my appointment time began. Repeat customer that will definitely be back time and time again!

They replaced my tires on my Subaru, for a decent price. The issue is they didn't have a remover for the lock nuts. They got them off no problem, but apparently they didn't replace the lugs with new ones. I have been running on 4 lug nuts. My rear tire was wobbling and almost fell off. I opened the lug cover and noticed that because of their incompetence and complete disregard to safety, i was down to 2 lug nuts and 2 studs have been sheared off.

Fantastic and fast service! We were mid road trip, an hour before they close for the day, and needed a tire or else we would have been stuck. Chris was especially helpful and kind, getting us in and out quickly.

My tire stem in my Dodge Challenger snapped in half. The air leaked from the tire. Discount tires save the day with two brand new tires in the back and all new stems for all the tires and sensors. So for all your tire needs, "Discount Tires" is the place to go!

Super friendly and helpful staff. I accidentally gave them the wrong tire size when I booked my appointment . So when I arrived today they did not have the right ones in stock. They got me the right tires in the same day. I found the same tires cheaper at Walmart and they were able to price match them for me as well. Service was very fast it took less than 30 minutes for 4 new tires. Thank you guys!

I used Janesville WI store before. So I went back today, bought 2 tire's, the discount tires web. Sight had price at $105.00 each tire . my receipt has $134.00 price each tire. I don't think I will be returning back to this store again. After buying these tires. I now need to rotate, it takes 2 hours to rotate. While setting inside the waiting area. It is a schooling. What they tell people about tire replacement. People coming in with tire issues they can't fix. But not a single tire was replaced by this company..

Very knowledgeable group .I fell that they try to give you the best deal possible. A little up selling but that would be expected. I really enjoy the waiting area I could wait their with my dog..:very fast and efficient positive experience!

A great place to come!! I came with a flat tire 30 minutes before close. They took my tire off the rim, cleaned the fix a flat out of it, made sure all of my tires had the same amount of air in them, and got my tire light to turn off. They did all of this and did not charge me because there was no leak in my tire anywhere, it was flat due to the cold weather and just needed air. Really quality people!!

Great service overall! They do an excellent job at what they do! The associates are always very friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Minimum wait time while getting work performed especially when booking online. Store is always clean. Getting the free lifetime tire rotation and balance is a big plus as a reason to purchase tires here. I've purchased two sets of tires from here and never had a problem. Highly recommend this place!

The customer service is always excellent. They seem well enough staffed that people aren't rushing you. Nicer than having a segmented conversation with a person running back and forth to the garage and back to the counter. Just distinctly above average customer service than I see at many shops and service centers.I believe they broke the lug lock key on a service and did not make me aware. It is also possible they were unaware. In any case they got me in, took care of the work I needed done and honored all warranties.Not my only positive experience either. I went here about 3 years ago and have gone ever since.

Came in close to closing time yesterday after one of my run flat tires got a flat. Had to be towed in, and within an hour, I had a new set of tires and back on the road.Special thanks to Chuck for expediting the sale while providing excellent customer service!

Went to Discount Tire for the first time today and was absolutely blown away by the great customer service. Needed a tire patched and plugged and did not know this was a service provided for FREE! Wow! Made sure all the other tire levels were where they should be and put my "donut" back in the trunk(a pain). Thank you so much!

was looking forward to writing them a positive review but noooo. Wasted my time calling them to have them reset our TPMS, they said they can do that and to bring the car in. Even quoted a price to replace if needed. Wife got there and "Jarod" (same person who I spoke to over the phone) told her she needed BRAND NEW TIRES and they dont work on used tired. The entire pitch over the phone was a clear bait and switch scam. Come in for one thing, refuse to do it unless you buy their brand new tires. What a total scam, I used to have alot of respect for this place but clearly went down hill....
