Went to this dealership just looking for a car because financially it s a lot. But Justin really helped out with explaining everything and making payments easy. Even let me breakdown the down payment, found the best bank to help me finance. Was very patient cause I didn t know much about this stuff so I was asking a lot, seems like a very nice and reputable company. I really recommend this place if you re struggling but want something nice.

Just moved my family up to Wisconsin from Louisiana a couple months ago and played with the idea of another vehicle as we only have one and I was referred to Cool Car Guys by a friend of mine so I went in on a whim this past Friday . I knew I didn t have the best credit but I figured I would try. I absolutely did not expect to drive off in a vehicle. Justin up at cool car guys was pushing his pencil every which way to make this happen for me and it got late Friday so the banks closed so he told me just give him till Monday. He stayed in touch with me all weekend despite the banks being closed just to reassure me he was doing a going to continue to do EVERYTHING HE COULD to make the deal happen. Fast forward till Monday afternoon and I m now sitting home with a new car in the driveway. These guys are the real deal. They go over and beyond and DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. They made it happen and trust me if they can get me approved that says a lot. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in search of a good used vehicle. They really mean it when they tell you they will do whatever it takes. Go see Justin at cool car guys and get yourself a nice ride. Thanks Justin and the whole COOL CAR GUYS staff.

These guys exceeded my expectations, with my credit being very poor they fought for me to finance a 2017 chevy cruze which has everything i could ever want. They are not your average sleazy car salesmen! They very much do all they can to get you the car you want. Would definitley come here again !

I cannot express the amount of appreciation, and gratitude I have for this dealership and the men that run it. Being in a very hard place financially, Justin did EVERYTHING in his power to help me through and to make sure I got a car. They dealt with any issues I came across, even with the bank; on top of answering my silly questions with a smile. I can honestly say I won t ever go to another dealership again. These guys ACTUALLY care about you, and your safety. I highly recommend them to anyone including my family and friends. Amazing place.

Great place to get your car/truck they re very friendly and will help you out with any questions you have. Also a in and out process I had warranty work done on my vehicle from there and it was smooth and easy process! I highly recommend getting your vehicle through them!

They sure are charming when they sell you the car. Pray nothing goes wrong with it. Unless of course you have an extra car to drive for 3 weeks because that is how long they say it will take to fix it. I paid 15,000 for a car that I didn't even have for 6 months, and the radiator blew in it. It was a weekend and I had to go back to school and work in Milwaukee (I bought the car so didn't have to worry about car problems). I paid $550 out of pocket to fix it and it still wasn't running right). I had to take my mom's vehicle back to school.On Monday my mother talked to Justin, and he seemed like he was going to be pretty helpful; he even had the car towed to the lot. That night Ricky told me it was going to be 3 weeks and I was upset. My mom talked to Justin again on Tuesday and he explained that the mechanic was out until Wednesday. On Thursday afternoon we hadn't heard anything, so my mom called and was told by Justin that him and the mechanic were staying late to diagnose it.Friday comes and while explaining what we already were told it may be. He said it may be that or it may be another issue. He asked a few questions and was going to call back. Tried to call him back and was told Justin left for the day.Here we are _ Saturday, Justin sure has a different attitude. Basically, called my mom a liar about what Ricky said on the phone the night before. (By the way Ricky is his brother). Tried to say that he explained to her what was going on with the car and he did no such thing. Literally said, he was going to go back and listen to the phone calls. In my job the customer is always right regardless. We don't fight with them like a child.Argued that he was just trying to save her money because she had said nobody wanted to touch the sensor, we thought was bad. Then she stated she could have it done cheaper. Did I forget to mention. Of course nothing is covered under the warranty. Who argues with someone like that. Good thing it wasn't my boss I would have been fired. Then threw it up that he was covering the towing bill for having it brought there. HE OFFERED. Had he asked, we have AAA I could have worked it out, but he was in such a hurry to do nothing. Needless to say, I am glad I have my Mother and Uncle who will never let me get swindled by a smooth-talking salesman again. Lesson learned by buying a lemon. My car is getting fixed as I type this, and I will be bringing my mom's vehicle home tonight from Milwaukee. No help from the Not so Cool Car Guys or not so helpful Cool Car Guys again, unless, you want to tow it yourself, pay for it yourself, have an extra car to drive for up to 3 weeks, but they are trying to do you a favor . No nThank You Justin

Literally financed a car at 105k miles. Got everything ready and of course dealership said check engine light is on, nothing major. Checked it, catalytic converter and fuel cap. Today ( and the last 5 times I called ) it literally died in their parking lot ( 5th time dying due to back pressure on the cat.) sitting at 107k. Sure enough, shows catalytic converter and all emissions. They had the nerve to tell me they don't know if they are going to cover the vehicle I traded my somewhat reliable vehicle for this one.not to mention 4 kids. I TOLD Justin/ Jason that and of course, hard salesman ship kept telling me I'm breaking his budget for the month with his " Free money" and if I backed out it would hurt them. I told them I have a timestamp of the code being on at 105k miles. Didn't seem to budget them, but if this isn't taken care of the right way we will have to take the next step. Oh, and they want me to pay 129 for diagnostic. You literally just did it in the parking lot.

1000/10 Justin and drew went above and beyond for me. Someone who has no credit or co-signer after just turning 18...is amazing!!!!!! Got in and out! I'm so happy and stress relieved after not able to find a co-signer and worrying if my old car will make it til I get a new car is a huge relief off my shoulders. Thank you so much

Thank you Justin and Ricky!! Ricky was very fun spirited and happy go lucky, made the time enjoyable. Justin went above and beyond in many ways to make sure I was completely taken care of. Great Service!! Just recently started to look around for my first vehicle and was referred to Cool Car Guys by a family member. I went in to look around not expecting to get a vehicle but Justin didn't let that happen. Justin stated he would do everything he could and more to make sure I walked out with a vehicle and I did. Justin is one of the hardest workers I've seen and stuck to his word. Thank you Justin.

So HAPPY!!! Justin is GREAT!! He will work hard with you to get you what you want !! Drew is GREAT too! Both of them together are 2 peas in a pod! Got me in and out with what I wanted in 4 hours! Even showed my little dude around to all the cars!! If you need a car GO HERE FIRST!! They will definitely put in the work!! Will definitely buy again!! My FIRST car purchase was everything!!

I don t even know where to begin. Justin Christophersen helped me throughout the entire process of getting me a new car after my other was totaled. I still owe thousands on my old car that I don t have anymore and Justin worked with me for at least 2 weeks on this just to get me a car. He said this was the longest he s ever worked with a client before and he was very passionate about his work. He went through many hurdles to give me the best prices possible. He went to great lengths for me. I was so unbelievably grateful for his help so I can finally have a car to drive to work and take my son to daycare without having to worry about relying on someone else. I wish I could ve hugged him. He was so kind, so professional, so sympathetic, so understandable, so sweet, and I have never worked with a care dealer as great as him. I CANNOT BE HAPPIER. I walked into this place knowing nothing about them. From the moment I stepped on the property they treated me as family. The guys here showed nothing but support when I was in a tough situation with my current vehicle. They did everything they could to help get me into a new one. I never felt pressured. I never felt like I was forced into anything. They worked with me hand in hand to make sure that I was comfortable, and understood what was happening. This has been the BEST experience I ve had buying a car. I ve struggled to even find the right words to explain how truly thankful I am to have worked with these gentlemen. I am SO happy with how my evening turned out. I cannot stress enough, do not judge this dealership by the size. Many people tend to look past the small dealers but they are not all the same. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for your next purchase. With great customer service and an amazing financing system, even if you don t have the greatest credit or some blemishes from the past, they will figure out how to help you without leaving you drowning in a loan that you ll never be able to pay off. Fastest, easiest, most painless process of buying a new vehicle, EVER. These guys respected my time and found me a nice vehicle within 30 minutes with my less than perfect credit. Literally was able to do everything important over the phone... papers and vehicle was ready when I got there! Amazing! I will defintely be back, Justin was such a great person to work with!

Working with PJ, Drew, and Jason at Cool Car Guys has been a great experience from start to finish. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and ensure that I am happy with the car and service that I receive. They did not push me into any decisions and were kind and personable for the entirety of the process from the initial phone call to conversations after purchasing. Awesome Experience all around!My husband and I went to look at a truck they had on their lot. The entire experience was wonderful. PJ didn't try to push at all. He answered our questions honestly and even walked away so we could look at the truck and discuss it. When we decided to purchase it both PJ and Drew went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process making sure we got the monthly payment we could afford(even though my husband had good credit but no loan history). Everything went so well I'd recommend Cool Car Guys to anyone looking for a used vehicle even with not so good credit.

I have had an amazing experience with Cool Car Guys! I bought a vehicle I wanted that had everything I was looking for. They were amazing with working with me on what I could afford plus helped me get a warranty! I've had a couple maintenance issues and the service staff has also gone above and beyond! The staff and customer service here is beyond amazing! I've never had a better experience buying a vehicle!

I got my first car from these guys and told me to come back in a year, I did a year and half. I had a Toyota Corolla I traded it in for a Nissan Rogue. These guys really do work with you. I had repo on my credit and they got me into a car. I got that repo paid off and brought my credit score up and got me in a better vehicle. If you have problems on getting approved for a vehicle YOU NEED TO GO HERE, they can work with you. I'm very happy with the service and with how they worked with my bad credit.
