Very friendly when I arrived with my car needing to be fixed. They kept me informed in text message on how things were going with my car, when it would be ready or if there was a delay. The estimate of the damages the price the insurance was responsible for, and my portion of the. When I picked up my car they walked out with me went over what they did to it and told me if there was anything else I could contact them.

Loved the work these guys did. They have been around a while so I figured they must be doing something right. And that's why I chose them. Glad I did. The guys at Carstar did an amazing job on my vehicle. Their service was top tier & done efficiently. My vehicle came back way sooner than expected & cleaner than when I bought it at the dealership which was unexpected. They definitely went above & beyond & care about their customers.

Super happy I got my car fixed here after being rear ended. From day 1 I was kept updated via text. I dealt with Al and Nick and they were both super helpful and professional. The paint matching and bumper fitment is absolutely perfect. When I picked up my car not only did they vacuum, they also washed my rubber floormats and they look brand new! Fingers crossed I don't have another accident, but if I do I will definitely come here again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience from start to finish. The City Carstar crew gave a quick turnaround from locating/receiving the driver's side mirror for my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT to paint and install and back to me. Mirror looks and works fantastic. Staff was friendly and professional the whole way through. Definitely recommend this business!

Carstar was amazing when I needed a new car hood. They had a free rental car for me to use which really helped me out. The communication was wonderful and I knew they cared. City Car Star is amazing. My car looks amazing. Their customer service was impeccable. They even had a loaner car free of charge (except fuel of course) for me the entire time. Great business to deal with. Communication was solid, Al was very nice and helpful. The work they did looks great, and I was surprised at pickup to see they vacuumed the cleaned the interior.
