Big shout out to Gene the manager of the Janesville Carquest store! I order some parts online and scheduled a pickup for the next day. After I picked up my parts and left, Gene went out of his way to call me up and explain that he could provide some extra savings for me. He was extremely professional and more helpful than I could have imagined. I first got a quote from a local mechanic who wanted to charge me over $850 to replace brakes and rotors. I thought that was steep since I can change my own brakes and rotors I just didn t have the time. However, with Genes help I was able to replace my brakes and rotors and save over $500 on parts and labor. I highly recommend the local Carquest team and will always use them for my automotive needs! Thank you gentlemen!

Gene and his guys went out of their way to help me put in new headlights in my Caddy! I didn t ask them to install new bulbs. They just engulfed the vehicle and took care of business. By the way, it wasn t easy to perform task. Thanks Boys, John Heim

The gentlemen working at the store today went so far above and beyond anything I would have ever expected. All 3 of them worked their tails off to try to fix my car's issue. They were kind and genuinely wanted to help me. I ended up needing to take my tire to a local tire shop to complete the repair. They were concerned with the safety of driving my car to the shop, so -in the bitter cold- they jacked my car up right in the parking lot, removed the tire, and drove me and my tire to the repair shop. These guys have A+ customer service and are really just amazing humans. Thank you just isn't enough! Go visit them... They're fantastic!

I stopped in just as they were closing their door for the night. They asked if they could help me. I needed a windshield wiper and it was sprinkling. They looked up which one I needed and installed it for me! By that time, it was 15 minutes after closing. Never did I feel rushed and both men were very nice and heloful!! Great Customer service!!!

If you truly care about your vehicle, this car quest is the place to go. I have primarily dealt with the Manager Blake and an associate named Megan and have always received excellent service that goes above and beyond what is expected. Honest, fair, and correct what else could you ask for?

My wife and I are traveling across country and had a minor problem with our car. I was going to purchase the product and diy it myself. When I explained our problem to Gene he went over and above to help us out! What a great guy! We'll remember this forever and take our business to Carquest Everytime! Thank you very much! Saved us money, time and headaches! Great store in Janesville Wisconsin!!

What an awesome experience I had today at CARQUEST Auto Parts in Janesville, WI. I'm a retired lady and had some white paint streaks on my car door and wanted to remove them. I talked to the manager. He went outside to look at the paint streaks. We went back into the store, he found the product I needed and even went back outside to show me how to use the it! He went above and beyond what he had to do.

Feels like a small town parts store with the super friendly and helpful service. But they have a big city parts selection. I will buy parts from here every time I need them.
