Byrider put me in this new to me car with my lousy credit and put me into this. The 36 month/36K mile warranty is what convinced me to buy. The staff from sales, service and finance all went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on every step of the way without any doublespeak.An issue that went undetected during their inspection and my test drive came up 2 hours later that was handled promptly. While fixing the problem they saw another issue that could cause trouble down the road and took care of it at the same time. All at no cost to me, I was on the road fast in a reliable car. I honestly believe this issues would have popped up even if I bought it privately.Everyone who worked with me were a pleasure to deal with, everyone took the time to treat me like I made a difference.

Such a wonderful atmosphere for a car dealership! Nice customer service and care. They answered every question that came to mind without hesitation. I felt very comfortable choosing through their inventory which they had some very nice cars to choose from . I will be referring family and friends!

Do not get a car by this dealership!! My husband and I got a car from them approximately 4 months ago and it s been nothing but problems and broke the whole time. It s been in the shop a million times already and they never fix the problems and say they don t know what s wrong with it. It dies on us frequently and we have two small children that we have to drive around with and now it s winter and the car dying and no heat is a major issue. It also overheats and so we re pretty much paying $600 a month for a car that either sits outside not working or in their shop when they don t even know how to fix it. Do not reccomend EVER

Sarah Brucker was amazing working with me and my financials with getting a new car today, the monthly payments are low and affordable and the new car I just got is to die for I'm so in-love with it already thank you for working with me.... you guys are awesome.

I applied online and sent verification they were quick to responding and very nice on the phone. I worked with Jared he was very pleasant. Even came to pick me up in the vehicle and let me drive it back to get the feel for it to see if it was going to work for me. At first was nervous to ride with a stranger but he was a great conversation and made you feel safe and answered any questions. Highly recommend!!!

I had a great service with this dealer, I have a nice car from them, my payments were reasonable, loved to work with Carol at their CANC department. My car is paid off now, never an issue. Overall great service by great people!

I recommend these services for many reasons. They will ensure your needs are always taken care of and the quality and maintenance of the vehicles as well! Specifically the CNAC department that handles financial and transactions,etc; they are just wonderful. Jovahn and Carol are dedicated to their work and always making sure to treat customers as family! They always extend their kindness and I just wanted to leave a big shout out to them as well! Many things couldn't have been possible without them.

I was in a position of having no credit when I purchased my vehicle from here in November of 2020. The balance was 14,995 after my down payment of 1900. My car is a 2014 and had almost 100,000 on it. I have had the car for 21 months now and my payments have been 241.36 bi-weekly because in doing that the interest was not supposed to build up as fast. What they don't tell you is they add the 25% interest on top of the price of the car after you sign the paperwork. So.. I have paid $10,122 on my vehicle in 21 months and have never missed a payment, I went to refinance and found out I still owe over $10,000 dollars on the car...let me get this straight...Oh I did!!! they charged 6,000 dollars in interest in less than 2 years, trust me when I say going here isn't worth it! They will rip you off and you will end up paying double of what the car is worth and more. Highway robbery, also I took my Journey in due to a battery light coming on and they said I needed a new battery. I believed them. a month or so went by and it came on again, found out it was my alternator which clearly they knew in the service department, and chose to go with the cheaper fix. I have been refinanced thankfully within the last week, but I will say this. They still felt they could take payment after I was refinanced. DO NOT DO IT!

I've known Chris for years and he has always been very professional. I even worked with him for 3 years. He got me into the vehicle that I wanted. His follow up skills were phenomenal. I would recommend Chris Folyer to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. He never left me hanging. He honestly gave me the best sales experience I could have hoped for. We worked with chris , he was extremely helpful starting with my first phone call. He helped us immediately and got us into a vehicle the first day we came into the shop. He was very informative on anything we needed. He gave his honest opinion on what would be the best fit for us. During the waiting time he stayed with us and conversation flowing until we were able to leave with the car. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car. We will be back to see him when its time for another vehicle!

Today was amazing... Called Chris Folyer before coming up from Illinois and he was and is a man of his word. He definitely won't Gas you up to get you here. He's a good dude. The service from the staff I did meet was perfect and they were great to speak to. You want to get into a vehicle? Bring in your latest stub, valid license, down payment, and proof of residence and you are good to go!!!! Chris, thanks a million for helping me into a vehicle.

This place is a joke carol has a smart mouth and is rude.. U pay to much for the cars and they treat u with no respect at all..They had my car for 2 weeks in the shop to get fixed and I lost my job because of it and then I got it back for a week and couldn t even drive it because the broke the exhaust and it was going into the car then it went back In the shop for 3 more days and car payment came and instead of moving the payment they kept my car then turned around and I said I voluntarily gave it back tf I did

My husband and I came in here and walked out with a vehicle in one of the least confusing and easy buying process we have been through. We worked with Chris. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He really listened to what we were asking for in a vehicle as well as what we were looking to spend. We love the vehicle we bought and didn't have to put any money down(having little credit this was a godsend) We want to thank Chris and let him know we appreciate all the effort and time he put forth.

Glad I decided to give my car back to them. The way carol from cnac talked to me on the phone was uncalled for. I keep having problems with my account getting hacked and she well your boyfriend Should be helping you. Um no he has his own car to pay for. It s nobody s else s place to pay my bills. Brakes went bad and they want almost $600 to fix it said they would do a payment plan but carol informed me that I would have to pay money up from before they would fix it and also stated I probably wouldn t pay the payment plan if they gave me one. Very rude and unacceptable. Yes they helped me with a payment but to talk to someone like like is not right. Again kept telling me to ask my parents for money not their problem.The only nice one they understood was jovahn. He was nice and listened. I will never ever go through them again. The sales people are nice but when you payment is even a day late they threaten to take it from you.

JD Byrider has greatly helped my family get into a vehicle that we can afford and is reliable. Corey, especially, went above and beyond to provide great customer service. He repaired my vehicle in a timely fashion and was very respectable while dealing with me. He always returns my calls the same day and isn't the normal car shop guy. He truly cared about me as the customer and went out of his way to make it right. Thank you Corey for your generosity and helping get us back into our vehicle. JD Byrider is a great program for helping with our credit and it's a win win for me. I get a better credit score and a reliable vehicle. Thank you guys at JD Byrider for all that you guys do.

Chris Folyer is the best sales man I have ever dealt with he acts himself and doesn't push the sale on the customer. Chris also helps you out the his fullest does everything he can to get you approved and driving that same day I bought a car from him a few months ago and now my brother is buying his first car from him as well and he helped him out tremendously and got him approved for the car he wanted all in all a very happy friendly person and a great sales man

We had an amazing buying experience here. As many have mentioned we had the pleasure of working with Chris. We stopped in on a fluke unprepared to Evan apply and he got half of the process done within 40 mins. We were on a time constraint and he saved us time by letting me use his computer to print off pay stubs instead of me having to go and ask my employer to do it. We had to split this process up over two days and Chris kept us up to date through email. He did his best to get us what we wanted and helped us negotiate a lower monthly payment with no money down, even though our credit isn't The greatest. The buying process as a consumer put me at ease. They go over a monthly budget with detailed expenses included the payment for the vehicle insurance etc. It made me really see how this would effect our finances to ensure we weren't getting into somthing we couldn't handle comfortably. We walked out with a car today feeling very confident in our decision in financing with them. Thanks again Chris.

My visit to jd was awesome. My friend had recommended them since he had recently purchased a car from them and decided to check it out. I came in not knowing what to expect but Chris was the first to greet me when walking in the door. He made the experience much easier. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking a vehicle.

They have a great team there like any business you got the bad ones too but they do and did everything they could to help me and I couldnt be more thankful sometimes their service department gets a little overwhelmed most of the time but thats understandable sorry I dont like punctuation

I have had great experiences with Jd Byrider. I started a job out of town when my vehicle died. Jd Byrider got me in a new vehicle right away so I could keep my job. I had a few tune up's needed on my vehicle, they got me right in on my day off and took care of everything in no time. The staff is amazing, they worked with me on all costs and are willing to help in anyway needed. I really appreciated everything they did for me! I recommend them to everyone I talk to needing a vehicle

Service department is very kind and friendly. We had an issue shortly after we bought a car. They got it fixed and didn't charge us anything because it was a part that they changed out before they put it on the lot. We have been very pleased with the services every since. Corey has gone out of his way to resolve the issue that we had. Corey and his guys are very knowledgeable.

Bought a very nice 2010 Honda Civic today Chris Folyer was there for me every step of the way I've dealt with Chris several times over the past couple of months and without his knowledge and persistence I would not have been able to finance this vehicle. Ask for Chris he will get you financed and in a reliable vehicle.

Tanner @ this location deserves more than 5 stars. He was able to get me into a car within 2 hours of me being there. The whole group working stayed late to make sure I was able to drive away that night in my new Kia Soul. I cannot thank JD Byrider enough for helping when no one else would give my no credit a chance. I would recommend 110%
