I hit some scrap in the middle of the road that presumably fell out of the bed of a truck. It did some damage to the underside of my car but I couldn t quite tell the extent of it. I called Butitta and despite having several employees call in that day and being on a backlog they were determined to get me in to ensure nothing was seriously wrong and I didn t further damage my vehicle.Some of the best service I have had in general and this is within industry that isn t that isn t necessarily known for having great customer service. Highly recommend

I brought in my truck for brake repair, but mechanics there alerted me that my 21y/o truck had a broken frame and was unfixable/unsafe to drive. I lost use of my truck, but was grateful for the heads up of an impending frame failure. The staff there helped with the safe disposal of the truck.

The staff here is great to work with. They offer great prices and are honest to work with. The technicians do a great job, I regularly go for oil changes, and they knock it out quickly and efficiently, along with an inspection. Highly recommend

I love going to Buttia Auto in Janesville. They treat you like family. They go above and beyond to help you. They are very reasonable, transparent and don t charge you more then you need done and they are Cost efficient with reasonable prices.

I had an elusive suspension problem. They talked with me about the issue and then went the extra mile to diagnose and fix it. Very knowledgeable and nice group. I will definitely be using them again for future issues.

The Service Manager Brad was very friendly and was able to have his team quickly diagnose the issue with my car. The repair was completed quickly and exceeded my expectations. Communication is key and I feel between the phone conversations and the information we received via email is above the normal customer experience I ve received elsewhere. We will be back for sure!

The only place I trust with any repair from oil change to brakes to transmission had it all done here and everything in between the look may have changed but the quality has stayed the same for an honest fair price.

Took vehicle in for a no start issue and asked to have it diagnosed and fixed. Was told it was the ignition switch and lock cylinder, which surprised me because it definitely felt fuel/emissions related. Took their word for it being as that's their profession. Costed me $920 and 1 day later, car had the exact same issue and wont start. I would NEVER reccomend this shop nor go to this shop again. They found the first thing wrong and didnt bother to further diagnose.

I've been getting my vehicles serviced by Buttita Auto for many years and have always been happy with the way I am treated and the quality of work performed. Whether just an oil change or major repairs, I feel the work was done well and priced fairly.

They had my vehicle for a full day or so, and I got a call saying that they won't be able to work on it. Ok.... no problem. They tell me they close in 2 hours but I'm in madison. I tell them please leave the keys in car because i use my vehicle for work. I get there and no keys and now it the weekend and have no way to get in touch with them... idk SMH. This is a massive headache!

Had them diagnose where the oil leak was coming from and told them the area it was coming from. They originally told me it would around $60 they charged me double that. Then when I picked my vehicle up the hood would not open which it opened fine when I dropped it off. Just not professional. Wouldn't recommend them.

This place is an absolute joke. Unprofessional staff, try to extract as much money as possible from clients, pretty much a scam shop. If you aren't knowledgeable about vehicles they will try and rip you off. 0/5I'd rather walk than take my car there ever again.

Everyone was super helpful.They were able to get my vehicle in same day.Worked around my schedule (I work 3rd shift, Brad took extra care about contacting me when I would be awake for the day).And were able to fix a issue with the TPMS that another shop caused and couldn't correctly trouble shoot and resolve. And all for a very reasonable price.I will definitely be returning the next time my vehicle needs servicing, thanks again guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can't say enough about this team! I highly recommend them. They resolved an issue that the dealership couldn't find nor fix. They explained what they were doing and why. The cost was beyond reasonable. They treated me with respect and dignity. I had the pleasure of working with Hadjii and I feel like I gained a new friend. Hadjii and team, thank you for the hospitality and great conversations! Give BUTTITA a chance! They even do oil changes. Much more cost effective than the others in town. The best place to get your vehicle repaired. They are extremely friendly, fast, and do excellent work. Their prices are very affordable; I compared prices at several places, including Madison, and this was the most budget-friendly option.

Thank God I ride the bus.. went by and saw mechanics pushing vehicles into the shop instead of using a mechanical machine to push them in ... in bad weather nonetheless...... Totally unsafe... 0 out of 5...

They removed and replaced the engine cradle, control arms and sway bar links, as well as ball joints, axle shaft and wheel alignment on the cruiser. Terrific job and a price I could live with. Kept me informed of the process and any/all cost. Great place to take your car.
