Great quality parts but I do not appreciate the disrespect! Making rude remarks about carrying parts to my 17 year old autistic and schizophrenic brother. He was tagging along with me as a social experiment per his psychiatrist to get used to the world. Next time you walk around judging somebody by their appearance, height or strength think twice about it. You NEVER know the things people go through or struggle with on a day to day basis. Absolutely poor service

End of Spring, early summer I bought a replacement starter for a project car. Money being tight I opted for a rebuilt starter with a 3 year warranty. The starter was dead before the end of summer. I guess they don't have those starters in the warehouse so my option is to pay more money for a different starter. Yes the offered me a credit but 3 year replacement means, if it fails in 3 years you get a replacement. Not give me a $160 more and take your chances.If you offer a warranty stand behind it.

The bearded guy that works at night told me he couldn t look up my part today. It was a torque converter bolt and he just looks at me and say. Yeah I can t look that up for you. Well I can tell you that s the last time I stop in the store. Didn t give me a reason why he just turned to the lady that walked in the store and started talking to her. Completely ignored me.I have spent about 2,000$ a month here in store and online.Never will stop here again

I have been very pleased with the service at Bumper to Bumper. The staff has been knowledgeable and helpful. They have gone out of their way to assist us with finding parts needed, ordering special parts, and showing how to use them properly as well. They have given me much good advice about cars and mowers and I really appreciate it.

They are very helpful and very respectful and they actually remember you when you go back good prices if some parts are wrong they give you the right ones great work

Every time I go in there for something they are always helpful. I don't know much about vehicles but they don't make me feel dumb. They take the time to explain things and find ways to save me money. They are great.

Needed to get a part and the lady tried charging me $56 and I said the one on the other side of town it's only $41.00 she said the best she could do was $46. I thought bumber to bumber was a chain of stores so shouldn't their prices all be the same?
