HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Bought our car there less than a month ago and they were so amazing through the entire process. The service and sales department are both amazing! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and most definitely has to be a world record for fastest car buying experience. It only took about an hour to complete. They even came out and picked us up in the car we were interested in and that is what sold us on that vehicle. The sales manager was absolutely the best and explained everything in terms that we could fully understand. I only wish I could say the same about the service department but they take forever to fix the vehicles, they don't have a loaner car and they forget to call you back with updates.

Bower & Sons is hands-down the best car dealership in Rock county. Robert and his crew made me feel like family and he is very professional and honest when it comes down to his vehicles. The service I received from them was top-notch and the vehicle I chose was exactly what I was looking for! They didn't give me the runaround like all the other places I've dealt with in the past. I'm making Bower and sons my one and only car dealership from now on! Thank you Robert and Deb you guys rock !!

Did a great job helping me. With my ruff score they took the time to help me and get me what I needed.Don t recommend bought car back in March of this year 2023 and now I already have to replace my transmission.Sold me a lemon had nothing but problems. Which started 3 months into buying. So now I have to pay for a loan and not be able to use the vehicle. Not going here again.

Getting you approved with no credit all the way to good credit and you need two main qualifications. I d say go to BOWAR and Sons. The service department is great as well. Highly recommend!!!!

Definitely recommend! The service department are just the nicest people and they helped me get my car fixed in just 1 day! They saved me hundreds compared to the chains and they have made me a customer for life! Check them out for the best service around!

Service department is top notch. Had to have a timing chain replaced on my vehicle. They had it done in 2 days and thousands cheaper then other shops around. Even worked with me on getting my vehicle back after it was fixed because I didn t have a ride. I will be returning with all my auto needs from now on. Robert Siegfried is the best used car salesman in Rock County. Came here looking to make my first big girl purchase & buy myself a new car. Robert was so helpful & truly made sure we were getting the best deal. He was kind & patient & willing to explain everything I needed to know when buying my first car. Highly recommend!

Went in for an oil change today on my Silverado, nice service department reasonably priced. While waiting I looked around at their used car selection which they had a lot of really nice cars in different price ranges. I talked to their salesman but he allowed me to look and not hover over me, which I appreciated, thanks Bob. Overall a very good experience.Service: Oil change

Dropped off the car thinking a lower ball joint was loose, turns out a two tie rods were loose. They swapped out the tie rods and did an alignment. Whole ordeal took maybe 5 hours and same day pickup. Very reasonable prices. Car feels fine still after a week!

I went in for service.Pros: fair pricing, easy availability, the mechanic was very nice, they didn't try to push any services on me.Cons: the whole building reeked of cigarette smoke, the salesman up front came back to conversationally mock a potential customer who had just left (no one else was in the room, we hadn't spoken before, and the whole interaction struck me as unprofessional).

Awful experience car is still in shop 500 dollars later for real diagnosis from a dealship who has been honest and has a list of many issues that came straight from bower, your tech left everything hanging out they tried to find wrong and had the nerve to tell me I could drive the vehicle, well the transmission is bad an your tech is special, would avoid him at all cost especially when it puts your life an kids life in danger. Bad business and even worst communication skills, good luck everyone. Maybe this will save you from a huge mistake.Services: Transmission, Electrical

This review isn't all against them but the finance company they use is a rip off. I say that because if you don't pay off your car before the end of the loan you will have paid double what you financed. My advice if you purchase from here is either pay your loan off as fast as possible or get another car creditor to finance the vehicle What a joke they are.

WOW, this place was absolutely fantastic. They did an amazing job fixing my alignment. Not only that but they had great customer service. They make you feel like apart of the family when you step in. These are gonna be the mechanics I go to for everything. 10/10

I purchased a car from here about 2 months ago and already have to put it in the shop for something that the lazy mechanics couldn't even do properly; even the place I took the car too said he was surprised they allowed this car to be sold off the lot like this, oil spilled everywhere under the hood and not a word said about it. Now it's costing me almost a grand to fix this and I'm not happy.

Very good place for repair or maintenance work. They didn't take advantage of the situation with my vehicle. Very honest and I appreciate that more than anything. Also the prices for repairs are very decent considering others prices. I would recommend these guys to anyone. And the service was very helpful and friendly staff.

My son sent me to Bowar and Son Auto and I am so glad he did. What a group of wonderful people! Oil change was fast and inexpensive. Everyone I was in contact with was kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.
