I went in for a basic car alignment only to get a call that the technician had broken the break line, parts of the hub cap, and the speed sensor. Not only that, due to the repairs needed now, it added an additional $160 to my total?? How does your mistakes add a charge to my signed agreement price? With them having to order the needed part as well I then had to keep my car in the shop an additional day which was not planned either, again this was only supposed to be a basic alignment! Communication on the second day was crappy as well. Not happy with this exchange at all!

The people I spoke with seemed nice and it was busy, but they were running significantly behind and didn't communicate that. They didn't realize that the wrong tires had been ordered until the end of my original appointment time which would have been less frustrating if they'd looked at my car on time or explained at drop off that they were running behind. Ultimately I ended up staying for 2.5 hours for an hour long tire installation with limited communication despite me being physically present. I wouldn't recommend this service if you have plans for the day, but they are capable of doing the job if you're willing to wait.

I had to order two tires for my car and Kyle was very helpful and polite. He was very understanding when I had to go out and write down my tire size, since the computer can be incorrect with the tire size.

Called to set up an alignment early on a Saturday morning, and the call center set up the appointment in Love's Park. Waste of my morning, but was willing to give it another shot and schedule an appointment with the Janesville office. Fast-forward 2 days later for my appointment on a Monday at noon (taking time away from work to get the work completed) and 45 MINUTES AFTER having the car they call me to tell me they can't service the vehicle because it has lane assist... What a colossal waste of time! Can't be bothered to ask a simple preliminary question before service so they don't waste mine or their own time. Ridiculous!

I went there to get a wheel alignment that I was told by a local dealership that I need. F&F told me it wasn't needed and didn't charge me for anything. I really appreciate the honesty. That's kinda rare nowadays unfortunately, and I greatly appreciated it.

Spent over 3k here on the same issue- they have repaired things not needing replacement three separate times and now they want me to go back and pay more money for an alignment when my alignment was just done by them 7 months ago and was FINE when my vehicle entered their shop. Let s not forget the last time I called them to figure something out so they can fix the issue the wouldn t fix, they hung up the phone on me and haven t called me back since. I scheduled an oil change and to change my front headlight. They quoted me the cost over the phone. I arrived and they had everything ready for me, they did the oil change and then called me back to the desk, they told me when they went to change the light it must have been a loose connection because it popped back on. They saved me some money and could have easily done it without telling me the truth. I will definitely be back!

So friendly and helpful. We were passing through Janesville with a 6 week old baby in the car when the rear window got stuck down. Eric the shop manager was willing to take a look right away and fixed it on the spot. We are so grateful! Associates seemed to care more about talking on the phone or to each other than about customer service. Cassidy was quite rude.I was told over the phone the shop closes at 6 and I could come in anytime. Came in a couple minutes after 5, stood around and waited as an associate spent about 9 minutes chatting on the phone with what sounded like a friend and then told me she wouldn't take walk ins after 5. I explained how this was the only night I could get off work early. (Which was also explained over the phone the day before when I called and found they had lost my name, contact information, and the tire they were going to order for me..)2 stars, only because the guys in the shop were very nice to go out of their way for me and give me a hand. Once they actually brought my keys to the guys the whole tire change took only a few minutes to get in and out.

9 am car appointment to install battery, new windshield wipers and oil change. They told me I was wrong and was scheduled at 10am. In till I showed them my email confirmation. Been here for two hours because they double booked the first appointment. Grand waste of a day off. Never again Blains.

Got 4 new tires. Car came out of their shop with black tar like sealant all over my car. Tires were not sealed properly. They were put on backwards ( tires have INSIDE/ OUTSIDE written right on them. Service desk employee seemed more interested in talking to other employees vs. Offering customer service. Will not be back . Do not recommend!

Needed new tires as mine accumulated some dry rot and had leaks in them (they were like 6 years old or something). Got several quotes from dealers and other competitors. Was skeptical of blain's reviews (I don't understand how they are only 3.7 stars avg) but after excellent experiences shopping here for 2 years I went against the online reviews and decided that I would give them a call. I've read that it takes a while to contact a serviceman on the phone, and to be fair it did take a few minutes to reach someone when I called but of all the places I called I easily obtained the most helpful information and a quick honest quote. I was told that walk ins were available periodically throughout the day, and the best time to come was right upon opening at 7am. When I arrived at 7:20am I was told that walk ins were not available until about 1pm. I explained I would make a different appointment but the front desk lady went in the back and talked to the servicemen. They took my key and brought the car back immediately. I already knew the tires I wanted and that they had in stock from my previous call and when I repeated the quote I received over the phone to the front desk everything matched up. They did a quick workup of the car which the report was sent to me via text with diagrams battery checks etc which was nice as I wasn't expecting more diagnostics, (which was also reassuring because one dealer said my battery failed the test and now I'm thinking he was trying to upcharge me too) and I was pleased to learn that my car did not need an alignment after a free alignment check (another charge that every other place quoted me). My tires were put on in an hour while i browsed the store and the lady at the service desk even checked me out for the few things I got in store so I didnt have to check out twice. I've told myself before that I would return to Blain's after my previous experiences which are another story, and I plan to in the future.

Had 9 AM appointment just to get a wheel alignment and it taken 45 minutes just to start working on my car. They said they are running late but just one other lady in the place to get her tires switched and taken them an hour to get her truck done. Once my car was picked up by the staff and my keys were given to me ANOTHER 45 minutes went by. Didn't get done until 10 30 AM for me. The main store is FANASTIC but the Auto part was NOT at all good.

Service and timing was excellent. Friendly knowledgeable employees. I would give 5 stars if they would have done a 40pt inspection. My truck doesnt have a tire pressure sensor so they did replace the valve stems. Its common practice but you'd be surprised to find some shops wont do it if you dont ask. I didnt need to ask with farm n fleet.

I got a set of tires. They broke the post on the front driver wheel and had to have me come back another day, they didnt fix it then. Bout 5 days after all that my car starts making this horrible grinding noise and shaking. The IDJITS didnt tighten the lug nuts and 2 fell off and 3 were about to be off. I was almost without a tire! They ARE NOT safe.Service: Tires

They were about a week out for a simple oil change because everyone was out with covid, given the demographic being mechanics I'm assuming that they're all anti-vax, meaning that the company itself does not support mandating vaccines for its employees which is incredibly disappointing and seemingly costing them some business.

Asked to have the tires (bought there) rotated and have to particular tires tested for slow leaks.After 1hour 50 mins... Was told that there was no leaks coming from the 2 tires requested to be looked at and since I marked the tires they were never rotated. When a call was placed to the manager (1star CS skills and communication skills) I was led to believe that I had no idea what I was talking about because hes a professional. I still have a tire that mysteriously loses 15 pounds of air pressure with no Puncture to the tire. Walmart although I'm not a fan of the store seen the fix the problem in 20 minutes.Thanks for wasting nearly 2 hours of my time farm and fleet Janesville Wisconsin.

Needed a new battery for a car and they have the best price with a 7 year warranty with the first 3years free replacement and prorated the next four and beat everyone else's price by 50.00

Don't bother going to them unless you buy directly from them. They won't mount or balance if you didn't buy from one of their retailers. Even if it's a popular brand like Falken.

Really did not feel the buy 3 get one free was a deal at all. They truly made the money up for all the added costs they force on you. Service was great. Staff was great. Expensive. Disappointed.

The automotive repair personnel are fantastic. They did a check and found out it was not the alternator but the battery.that was bad. I'm so glad I went there.

This place is near impossible to call. It will ring a thousand times before somebody is available to answer, unless you happen to get very lucky.The service is good though so if you can get in, it's worth it.

Still no grilling pellets at this store it's been over a month and a half. I will not waste my time stepping into Janesville or any other farm and fleet for that matter.
