The button on my old key fob fell out, so I made an appointment for the very next day. The staff was super professional, and they got my new fob done in half the time they said it was gonna take. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great quality service.

The young lady who helped us find 2 batteries for my Scooter was very nice, very sweet, and very helpful. And got me back on my scooter. Which me and My emotional support CAT Tiggie, who loves to ride on with me to the stores...... I'm now a customer 4~life!

I had a situation pop up out of the blue and last minute. Thankfully everybody there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to get me going right away. Josh made sure everything was properly taken care of before I left (despite the frigid temperature and wind). Highly recommend!

Needed a new battery for my 99 EZGO Golf Car. BPB's web site was easy to maneuver and offered a discount on an already good battery price simply by ordering on line and picking up at a local store. A couple of hours after I placed my order I received an e-mail to come and pick-up my battery. The Janesville store staff was friendly and efficient, I can't think of anything that would have made this purchase better. I would recommend BPB's and will shop there again.

Had a CR2032 in a remote replaced here, and the total was $13.70. You can buy these for a little over a dollar online. What was worse was the employees attitude when I questioned the charge. Talking to the customer can make a big difference!

I got a battery installed in November. Im only doing the review now because I thought maybe they would compensate me but that didn t happen. The guy was installing my battery forgot to plug in power source first. My alarm started going haywire and windshield wipers were spraying and flapping back and forth, etc. Finally he says my car s security system has locked him out. So he refunded my 200$ battery and I have to find ride home. 5 days later they say mobile mechanic has fixed it and they put a charged battery on because they think it s alternator. Then tell me I can buy a new battery if I want. So much for refunding me for inconvenience. I get there my car won t shift. He gives me a screwdriver to put in my shift lock. My car breaks down less than a mile away and it s the first time I ve seen the power system failure light. Im thinking maybe it is alternator. Pay 600$ to a mechanic to replace that and numerous fuses! Including alternator fuse. I had no radio, no heat, still can t shift normally to this day! Most terrible experience ever! I was told they would fix everything at their cost but all they did was unlock my security system and shoo me away with a screwdriver and a million new problems I never had before. I know it was the battery that was bad because it was emitting a sulfur smell. So days of headache and no car, 600$ and still can t shift my car normally! Never again.

Came in because I ordered a battery for our F250. I initially ordered it online, but decided to do the payment when battery gets picked up. The invoice online mentioned additional $10 for core, so I thought I ll just bring my old battery to the store, so I don t get charged the extra $10 (ie. autozone, o Reilly, advance auto will charge you an extra until you bring the core back, then you get refunded)Got to the store, when I was paying, I noticed the bill still has the extra $10. So I asked the employee why so since I already brought in my old battery, he said if you re not satisfied with it, we can just Cancell the transaction. Told him I m trying to make sense of the charge, but all he said again was that he can cancel the transaction and that he s been selling batteries for a long time. What kind of explanation is that? So you ve been in this business for a while, that s why I shouldn t question you?What kind of service is this? Our company have used yours multiple times, never have I been treated like I m not supposed to ask why??? If you can t handle customers asking specifics about charges you are charging them, maybe you should not be there. This was a very disappointing experience! If I can only put half a star or no star, I would have with this transaction.

I was told they had a battery. After driving 20 miles to the Janesville location I was told other wise won't waiste my time again. Thank god there is online ordering. The staff was at least friendly, and the store was clean and well taken care of.

Brought my daughters phone in for battery replacement, was sent home with a phone that would no longer charge, but was not told that piece of information had to find it out on my own. Went back to the store an hour later, same tech looked it over and explained the charging port had failed, but was tested and working by them prior to replacing the battery. Was told to come back following week, as they needed to replace the charging port. Returned the following week, and that technician did not order parts or let his manager know. Manager ordered parts for repair, asked me to come back the following day and he would take care of the issues, as I requested that the original tech not work on my device. Came back the following day, manager not there, and the original tech worked on the phone again. Replacement charging port did not fix issues. Was told by the tech best they could do was refund original purchase of battery, and that the manager wasn t available to discuss other resolutions, and the tech would leave a message for him, but wasn t sure the next time he would be in . Called their customer service number to open a claim. Spoke with them explained the situation and was told district manager would call me in 48 hours with resolution, that was 4 days ago. Called customer service again today, twice, spoke with the same lady as I originally spoke with, was told she hoped to make contact with a manager by Monday which is an additional 4 days,(today is Friday time is 2pm) and possibly have a resolution by Wednesday, but would likely be closer to the end of the week. That will be 2 WEEKS without a phone for my daughter.

I shopped at the Janesville, Wi store today and have been here a few times and don t know why I don t pick up items that I need from here more often. Came in today where I was welcomed and helped by the manager, who in minutes handed me everything I needed and found ways for me to save more money than I expected to pay. He gave me various options to choose from and was very helpful. This is not the first time I have been there nor been assisted by him. Will return. I am very pleased with how the business is operated and treated as a guest. 5 stars.

Scheduling Appointment was easy online (recommended by staff for a current coupon). The staff was wonderful, very professional and courteous. My cracked phone screen was fixed quickly. Lifesavers!

Super simple ordering. I saved about 10.00 vs Best Buy. I got a phone call a short time later the same day, saying my battery was ready to be picked up. By ordering online I saved 10%. Great experience!

My hubby bragged about finding some pretty awesome deals at Batteries Plus so I figured I'd check it out for myself. Well, he was right! There was a great sale on light bulbs when I went, and well let's just say, now my house is a whole lot brighter! :) Great deals and awesome customer service!

The prices are way out of line here. I don't recommend it at all. I received a reply to my review and you are not competetively priced at all! In fact you are nowhere near prices anyone can get from a local big box store without a membership. And I can receive better service at my local big box store than I have ever found at one of yours!

The Batteries+Bulbs computer system in east Greenbay was able to locate my unique battery need and give me the Janesville phone number. I worked with James who was knowledgeable about my cold cranking amps questions. Then James was creative and anxious to find the easiest way to get this non-shippable battery to me 350 miles away. Manager Jessica was also happy to help with the arrangements and invoicing. Thank you both!

Our grandaughter has a favorite watch. Not a particularly great looking watch but one her Grandmother gave her. For an inexpensive watch it has two sets of oddly complicated screws. The gentleman in the store happily solved the riddle of the screws, replaced the batteries and made one very happy grandaughter. A little thing in a way but for us a very nice outcome. Service with a smile and kindness.

Went in to have a broken screen fixed on an iPhone XR. Paid $150 and within 20mins the screen had a ghost touch issue that made the phone un useable. Used an old phone for a year until it broke and had no choice but to use this phone again. Replaced the screen myself with one off Amazon and the phone works flawlessly. Do not get your screen replaced here.

I ordered a battery online & it gave me the option to pick up in store or have it installed in store.I chose to have them install it for me, but when I called them up they said they wouldn't install it because it was a difficult job. I planned on picking it up & installing it myself, but they ended up going behind my back & cancelled my order without my knowledge. I was planning on buying other items, but how they handled it I'll never shop there again. Went to Farm & Fleet bought my battery & they installed it for me.

so I shattered my iPhone screen today, it was bad but I could still work around it. but obviously wanted to get it fixed.. went to batteries plus in Janesville. they said they could fix the cracked screen in 45 minutes, went back. still wasn't ready waited twenty more minutes. they came out and said okay the white screens aren't working will black be okay. I said I don't care as long as its fixed. after two hours of being there its finally done. start driving home go to make a phone call notice it will not let me hear the person. (mind you I could make phone calls before even with the cracked screen) turn around and go back to batteries plus. tell them whats up they tell me oh we snipped a wire and that's why it isn't working, we don't have the part in! but it wont be here till next week. I very frustrated say okay and leave. NOW I go to charge my phone, and it says its charging been on the charger for 1 hour and its only at one percent!!! I cant touch it because it wont keep a charge! I call them and explain this, and they give me no information! any one know what they could have done to make it not charge. I'm about ready to go there tomorrow and demand my 130 dollars back. I'm pissed!!! they pretty much broke my phone when all i needed was the screen fixed!

I have been there before. The location is easy to get to. I have been in an industry that uses batteries for power for over a decade, so I really don't need technical support, just a place to purchase batteries. I am disappointed that bringing in several batteries that I have had in my possession, off my yacht, and in a few cars, that when I went to simply pick up a replacement battery for one of my vehicles, I did not receive any cash value for 5 cores that I dropped off. I'm sure there is some value to four group 31 lead weight batteries...

Great place for getting your battery needs covered (obviously) but also they are great for bouncing ideas off of them for projects. PLUS they are one of the few reasonably priced places to get your watch battery replaced too.

Wish I would've gone here for help instead of wasting time and money at Best Buy. BBY sold me the wrong charger for my laptop, setting me back $60 and half a day of work. Batteries Plus knew what I needed, and tested the charger before I left the store. I was impressed that they had the BRAND charger in stock, and didn't have to try to sell me a "universal charger".

Started out great, but when I went to check out the phone rang and the employee never said another word to me after she told me my price. Felt the "customer " on the phone was more important than me, who was in the store.
