Website sucks to use, keeps jumping to pages thinking it knows what and where you want to go on the site, very frustrating to use. Had to leave a star otherwise it would not post my review, they should have negative stars for a rating

Day before Christmas Eve 2023. Had them pull the codes on my 2011 Flex. Misfire on cylinder 4. Bought a coil pack for $45, installed it in the parking lot, and was set to go!

I went to the Auto Zone on Milton Avenue and the young guy there was very helpful and got me the light bulb that I needed for my vehicle. Even though it was busy he still agreed to put it in for me and even though he ultimately had to send me over to the Auto Zone on Court Street it did not affect the quality of service he originally provided. I then went to the Auto Zone on Court Street and even though there was bad weather approaching he still put the light in for me and he did it professionally, and courteously and I am very appreciative of the service I received.

Awesome awesome customer service.... I can't remember the name of the associate that helped me but he drives a really sweet white Chevy pickup this guy is great... I couldn't be more pleased

In -10 degree weather they were able to replace my battery without an appointment, for no extra charge, and with a terrific attitude. Cannot recommend the service more. Lisa, the GM was especially wonderful.

The guys that work here are super nice and go above & beyond to help out. I didn't realize they charged car/tractor batteries for free even if it wasn't bought from them. The guy that helped me did quiet a bit of searching for some bolts I ended up needing to charge my battery, he really helped me out.

Well this is the place that screwed up my friends order on parts. My review that was written on the other Auto Zone sholud be here. No matter what it was a bad day. Oh when they tell you there's a Core charge on Calipers . Ask whats needed for the CORE. Just the Caliper or everthing else.

The gentleman that helped me today really kicked butt. My battery was 16 days past the warranty, but he was able to take care of me! Nice guy. Really helpful. Clean store. I even saw the other csr out front installing something on someone else's car for a good 45 minutes in 8 degree weather.

It's been 3 years since I've been there. They gave me the wrong brake pads for my truck 3 times. Said they would no longer except the warranty because I was goin through brake pads to fast. Made 2 rotors bad would not replace them. I know the year and make of my truck! The last time when the smart guy figured it out. That's when it became my fault. Maybe better now but still won't go there even if I have to wait for parts

Needed wiper blades and had quite the variety to choose from. Now I have a nice, clear windshield when it's raining! The guys were super friendly and helpful. The covid checkout setup was ok to work with, just a little extra reaching for the debit card pin pad.

Excellent customer service. Helped with a sudden oil leak. Drove to add the oil and double checked so I would be good to go. Between them and Sathers of Orfordville my truck and I are home safe!

I called for a part for my Chev p u and they ordered it . It got there that same day and it fits like a glove I'm very pleased.
