Once Affordable Diesel was contacted by our company, they arrived at our rig within an hour. The mechanic was quick, accurate, and very personable particularly considering that the real feel temperature was -28. He had us up and running in 15 minutes flat! He even waited at the end of the ramp where we had pulled off, just to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend this company, both for its quality service and its outstanding customer service.

After traveling across the country from Texas to Wisconsin and finding myself at a gas station with my keys and phone locked in my car - Affordable Diesel Road Services just happened to be on site and helped me on the spot! I couldn t believe my luck! He got my keys out before I had a chance to worry - complete life savers!!

Contacted this company through a third party to get help on a Sunday before noon. Told them what was going on and they came out and replaced my alternator for me. In the process I placed a breakfast request advising them that I had cash and they brought me 2 Steak, Egg and Cheese Bagels and 2 hasbrowns from McDonald's. The best damn service company I have dealt with in a while.

Thank God for the young man that I was blessed with he was truly awesome even went above and beyond for me and I am grateful. Outstanding service! There were no long phone conversations trying to explain the situation and no paperwork to complete...and, they not only answered the phone on my first try but also showed up within an hour! There s a reason why this company has a 5 star rating out of 110 reviews. Absolutely BEYOND superior customer service in various aspects! Anything BUT the typical shop that just cares about generating revenue. The most honest, direct, helpful, genuine & ethical businessman I ve ever encountered! & that s the key to running a successful business!Restored my faith in humanity & gained a loyal lifelong customer! I was looking at purchasing a used Diesel truck at a dealership out of my home state. I contacted Paul at Affordable Diesel to go test drive and evaluate the truck. the next day the guy had a 30 minute review of the truck, he even went back after the dealership fixed some things he recommended repaired. He ran it through the works and had great recommendations and the results were outstanding. He is Talented, knowledgeable, experienced and customer oriented. I bought the truck based on his recommendations and it is a fantastic vehicle. Highly recommend these folks.

January 29,2019I had an air dryer problem this morning on the highway. Had to pull over and stop. I m not from the Wisconsin area but I had to google roadside assistance. The first roadside service popped up it was Affordable diesel road service. I took a chance and called them. The guy told me about an hour wait. The mechanic came on time he was nice and professional. He even talked me through the process of what he was doing. That s a great service to provide. Especially with me being new to the owner operator thing. As he completed the job. The mechanic let me know that this is a temporary fix to get me going and to drop my load off at my destination. And to make sure I get it to a shop to get a be air dryer. I appreciate his honest and information. I highly recommend this company. Plus the price was reasonable. Thanks

Do not hesitate to call Affordable Diesel Road Service!! I was broke down with a fuel issue in Edgerton, Wisconsin on at 8pm on a Saturday. I called at least four "24 hour" service companies. Affordable Diesel Road Service called me back within 3 minutes and after a quick conversation he said be out. A short time later, the tech (Owner of the company) arrived, quickly diagnosed the fuel issue and got me back on the road in no time. The service charge was AFFORDABLE to say the least. Do not hesitate to call Affordable Diesel Road Service for any issues you may have. Aside from being FAST, AFFORDABLE and very personable, Affordable Diesel Road Service was the ONLY 24-hour service company to call me back!! Do not waste time calling any other company!! Thank you!

We got a flat tire on the highway on the way home from Wisconsin to Illinois. Paul answered the phone and arrived quickly. He drove myself, 4 kids and a dog in his new tow truck. He went above and beyond by taking us 30 miles to a discount tire. Great Service!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Hands down the best road service guy I've ever used. I called him today for a road call when our truck broke down in Madison WI. He came out and in about an hour had our truck up and running. This was the second time i used him. I was also very satisfied the first time. Prices are the best you'll find in Southwest Wisconsin. Thank you for such a great experience and honesty.

I had a breakdown by Janesville and after reading some reviews I called these guys. I spoke with Paul and explained my issues. He was professional, courteous, and gave me a time frame to when they would be able to come out. They showed up when promised and did a great job of repairing my trailer. He took the time to explain everything and the cost was very reasonable. If I ever had troubles in their area again I wouldn t hesitate to call these guys again. Thanks Paul for all the help getting me back on the road.

Found ourselves derated at the edgerton truck stop. Called the guys at affordable diesel. Can t say enough good things about their service, their dedication to getting us up and running even when they had to go out of their way, some of which was done on their own time. These guys are very knowledgeable, helpful and great to work with. Would highly recommend these guys for any of the services they offer!!

I called AAA after locking my keys in my car last night and they sent Affordable Diesel Roadservice, LLC, who had gotten there and had my car unlocked and running within 40 minutes- almost 30 minutes faster than AAA's estimated 65 minutes!I would definitely recommend them to help anyone out in a jam!Service: Car lockouts

Great service at affordable price the name says it all. One of our units was down and needed a repair in a middle of a snow storm. When everyone around turned us down Affordable Diesel Road Service came out within the ETA provided and got the truck up and running. Thank you guys! 5 Stars*

Paul showed up within 15 minutes diagnosed the problem with my truck. He couldn't fixed the problem. My air compressor was the issue. So needed to get towed. Very Honest. Highly recommendre..

Amazing crew! Came out on short notice and serviced broken AC in my Volvo semi tractor. Paul and his team were nowledgeable, upbeat, and hard-working. I ll define call these guys anytime I need service in this part of the world.

Very fast and courteous. Mechanic was awesome and had me back on the road quick. My ETA for load drop was 1600, my breakdown was at 1400 and he he was out here and done by 1420.
