All the staff has been amazing!!! They have gone above and beyond to be helpful!!! I had a flat tire, couldn't get air in it at the gas station, nothing worked, they called me by name over, to have me pull in so they could help me. Turned out the tire was off the bead, and they chipped the ice off my truck to open the trunk, get the tools to change the tire for me, and use the one under my truck. Every time I go there they are so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you Oil Changers for your amazing customer service!

Been going to this location for 15+ years. Used to be an awesome place, experience and people PRIOR to Oil Changers. Since it was sold off 2-3 years ago it has gone further and further downhill. Today was my breaking point and will never go back again. My car is literally a 1 bolt drain. After about 20 Minutes and hearing countless battery screw drivers and impact wrenches I asked the site manager what the hell are they doing under my car. Come to find out the technician had zero clue how to change oil they had unscrewed my entire underneath of my car shielding and what sounded like exhaust and other items. I was furious!!! Then they wouldn t let me inspect under my car all this stuff they were doing. STAY AWAY FROM JACKSON OIL CHANGERS. It is a complete joke and people there have zero clue what they are doing. I wouldn t take my worst neighbors car there for an oil change. Please shut down this location as it is not safe for people to have work done. Trust me it was terrible!!! Should be 0 out of 5 stars!!!

The service today was phenomenal. The manager who is running things temporarily was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Lee (unsure of first name) from Manitowoc WI! Thank you!!

I come to Oil Changers frequently for oil change services. I've also had my tire pressure checked and emissions done there as well. Max is quick and friendly with customers, and the crew as a whole offers wonderful customer service. 5/5

Very fast. Great prices. And funny employees if anyone needs their oil changed I highly suggest going to the Jackson oil changers they will take care of you most definitely

The people were friendly enough. Did not check wipers or filters but checked off that thy did. I had a $20 coupon in my e mail. Told the person 3 times. They took $10 off at checkout. I dint notice until I was home. My bad I guess

They all were nice & got me in and out quickly. They could be a little happier but they were by no means anything bad, I just like smiling people I would go there again and recommend others to do the same. I still don't like that every place ask for tips when paying 2+ times what we use to pay for thr same service we got a couple of years ago and with NO tip asking, just my opinion. Thank u for the good service all around tho!

Oil changers provides top notch service.My company takes all of our service vehicles there and they always get us out of there in under 30 minutes.The manager Matt really runs a smooth operation. His team clearly goes through an extensive training of vehicles maintenance.He is exactly what this location needed.I recommend oil changers for all your vehicle maintenance needs and we will be customers for life.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Battery, Oil change

Friendly employees. Oil change was fine but not all items were done. No windshield washer fluid. Didn t check air filter or wipers. Had to ask for tire pressure check.

EVERYONE there was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were busy, yet I did not feel they rushed to get me through. When a new car pulled up they immediately opened up an additional lane and called out more workers so nobody had to wait. I definitely got all the time needed to be sure my car was done right.I am completely satisfied with the job they did. They showed me all the parts they were working on along the way but they did not pressure me, in any way, to get additional work done. I will definitely come back to this location when it is time for my next oil change.I feel they did a very complete check on all areas of my car. They checked EVERYTHING from the turn signals to tire pressure. Wonderful experience!Service: Oil change

I had a low oil pressure light that came on suddenly. I headed to the Jackson oil changers. I explained what had happened and Taylor started looking right into it. He did a once over at potential causes. Turned out because my oil was good so I wasn't losing oil. He saw the start of a mouse nest and that was causing the light to go on. Relief.... During the course of looking for the problem he found my coolant was brown. I did the coolant flush. I watched from my car the dirty old coolant. Glad I had it done. Jackson Oil changers is the BEST!!!

I can t express enough how outstanding my last visit was in Jackson. I observed the manager coaching the staff in a motivating respectful approach. I noticed huge difference in moral and efficiency since my last visit! Great job to the new manager! He took a dreaded trip and made it an experience that will for sure have me coming back.Keep up with the positive changes, they are not going unnoticed! Thank you!!!

I've been coming to the Jackson location since it was new (along with a few name changes) and brought my car in a few days ago for an oil change. Brian and Max took care of me and have good chemistry with their humor and made this visit a blast. The regional manager even came out to help them on the computer with a question they had. Great people and great service.

I've used this location before for oil changes and I usually get very good service. Typically I am in and out within 10-15 minutes and am happy with the service provided. Today was different. The one worker appeared to have no clue what he was doing while the other was barking orders and being quite rude to their coworker. It took over 30 minutes for this oil change which seemed excessive compared to my normal experiences.Multiple things that they claimed to have checked and filled that were listed on my receipt were not check or filled. They did not ask about my wipers which the receipt claimed they did and they normally do. It claims my washer fluid was filled but it was not and it was about half full when I checked on my own to make sure I didn't miss that.It was very inconsistent with the normal 5 star service I get there and I'm confused as to what happened.Service: Oil change

Andrew Olson was so helpful and efficient. I will definitely be back for his service again. Andrew caught the mistake from you other location. My milage for my oil change was wrong on the sticker and i had 2000 more miles to go for an oil change. Keep up the great service!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Service used to he great before with the prior owners. Waited for Emission test for 20 minutes. Employees just stood there and stared, they all looked like they hated working there. Will be finding another oil change place for all my cars. This company won't be around for long in Jackson

They use to be good when they were Super Lube. Once they merged with Oil Changers the price went up and quality of service went down. I would give zero stars if I could.They don't have much staffing and the ones they have are rude. I switched to Valvoline in West Bend and never looked back since.

Used their oil change services on back to back days on both of my vehicles because we had money left on cards (buy x oil changes and get 1 free sort of thing). Service was ok and responsible, but I noticed it was also inconsistent. One day they showed me the air filter and oil level and the next day they did not. One day they checked the air in the tires without asking and the other day I had to request it. Head scratcher.Service: Oil change

Ca not give half stars 2 1/2. $100 for a basic synthetic oil change seems high but I specifically went there for that, an emissions test and to replace a brake light. Oil change was $100, emissions test machine was still down (a week by then), and the attendant told me they don t do bulbs or tire rotations anymore. Disappointing, it was nice having a local place to go but it looks like I ll be going back to West Bend from now on.Service: Oil change
