My Mustang was scratched badly in three areas, along with my passenger mirror being broken. We got four quotes and John seemed, to us, to be the best choice, as he was very friendly, his price was very fair and he only needed my car for 2 1/2 days, while the other three shops needed it for 4-8 days. John finished my car on time, as promised, and did an outstanding job. We would never go anywhere else for body work, as John did the job for a very fair price and my car looks amazing! Thank you John!

This guy is a joke! Very disrespectful and unprofessional! I went to him to have my inner lock device removed and he told me I had the wrong place and this was after intoxalock already called him and scheduled my appointment to bring my car in. I asked him to give me the number of who I m supposed to call and he hung up on me and wouldn t answer any of my call backs. He sounds like a drunk. I do not recommend anyone to this place of business.

flat tire on way home, pulled into John's A1 auto body in Jackson, WI asked the guy for air and his reply was our compressors are already turned off for the day... it must be to hard to go and flip a switch... dont all compressors have a tank that holds air? the tank should still have air in it should still be able to put air in a tire without even flipping a switch. definitely not a shop id ever take anything to and would recommend others to stay away. if u as a local business cant take a few moments to help someone in need then id hate to see the kind of hack body work you do

John is rude and a liar, said was second owner, but car report shows he,they are the eleventh. Oh and if you want to drive it you have to buy it ah no thanks. If I could give zero or negative stars I would.

Called this morning about a used vehicle for sale out front. The website states used car sales, so we called quickly as we did not have time this morning to stop in before work. The person answering the phone was very rude and stated if we wanted the information we needed to stop in and ask for who was selling the car. Apparently they really do not want to sell used cars or they are allowing others to sell from their parking lot. First impression will be a very poor lasting one. Hope any one else who deals with them has a better start or experience.

The owner, John, literally pulled my car out of a ditch during a bad snow storm last week. I didn t call him, I didn t have anyone else to help me, but then this nice stranger pulls over with a truck, hooks himself up to my car that was 10 feed off the road, and pulls me out. If you need someone that s honest with good intentions, this is your guy. I owe this man so much for the trouble he saved me. If you re reading this, John, thank you again from the bottom of my heart. And I haven t forgotten to get you that case of beer!

This place is a joke. Tried to get a simple trailer axle painted. He said I can get spray paint from the hardware store. I said it's an expensive trailer and I want it done right. He said oh, well what did any other place tell you they would do. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. This is the 2nd time I have tried to give this local shop work.

Bad prep work. Installed cheap bumper cover that broke the first winter. Had to have my hood repainted due to bubbling paint. I know what my insurance paid. Definitely did not get the quality of work I got out it. Wasting your time.

Had work done in the past. Price was reasonable (about half) compared to several other quotes. Great job repairing the car too.
