My vehicle was damaged by someone a couple weeks ago and I brought my vehicle into Jim's Auto body shop. It only took two weeks to get the parts in and they fixed up but the one thing I sure would like to say is they cleaned it from the inside out and that made me feel even better. I would recommend Jim's auto body shop to anybody. Thank you again for your service It really meant a lot to me to get my vehicle back and to see it was a better shape than when it went in.Service: Painting

I had an excellent experience with Jim s Auto Body! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they did a flawless job repairing my Tahoe. I highly recommend them for top-notch auto body repairs.

My car was damaged in an accident in February. I took it to Jim's. After I got my car back the first time, the engine coolant warning came on and the car would not function after a few days. Took it back. They claimed to have "fixed" it again. Same thing happened.Took it back a third time. This time they replaced my entire radiator. Same thing happened. Took it back a fourth time. Don't know what they did, but the same thing happened. The only reason I kept taking it there was because the insurance required it. Finally the fifth time I took it to a dealership and they said there was a clear fix. A pipe was crushed near the engine coolant reservoir, likely damaged in the accident. They fixed it easy and it works fine. It is now July. I had my car in and out of the shop for almost 6 months and I've had 5 rental cars because Jim's missed an obvious problem that should have been fixed the first time.

So glad Progressive Ins suggested "Jim's Auto Body" for my damaged vehicle. LAUREN & ?Shane are/were both SO HELPFUL & kind; took much of my worries and anxiety away. I'm anxious to see the finished "product" but do know they are busy/& POPULAR! Thank you staff @JAB.Well, now I have my vehicle back and it looks AMAZING!!!! No exaggeration.I almost didn't recognize my own car; it looked that beautiful. Told Lauren I wanted to cry; I am SO happy w/the results. The guys in the shop, Lauren & Shane all deserve a raise. HONEST

My car was repaired after some paint and body damage. The customer service was excellent. This is a small family owned business and the customer service and communication was excellent and the work performed was top notch. All of my questions were answered and handled with genuine care. I love supporting family owned businesses and love the ability to speak with the owner directly. These guys want to go the extra mile for their customers. This was my third time doing business with Jim's. They were (as usual), professional and accomodating. There was initially a bit of miscomminication from the insurance company, and even though Shane wasn't expecting us, he was able to help us move forward with repairs in a timely manner. He then continued to be easily accessible throughout the whole process whenever I had questions. Lauryn at the front desk was also great - she went above and beyond when it came time to return our rental car. Finally, the body work was pristine. I'm very satisfied with my experience.

I recently had my car into Jim s to fix front and side damage caused by a deer. The professionalism of Shane and his team and the quality of the repair were exceptional. I took my vehicle to Jim's for front end damage caused by a deer strike. I'm really pleased by the quality of the work and overall service. I had to take my vehicle back for a minor thing to be fixed and they were quick to take care of me. I highly recommend this place and will use them again for any other repairs that I may need. Do not recommend this place. Had our truck in to be repaired after hitting a deer and they lied, used minimal effort, and tried to pull fast ones over us during our time trying to get the repairs completed. Had to take the truck back in multiple times because they said they finished the repairs but after a deeper inspection at home we had to take it back in twice for it to be repaired correctly. They also used very minimal effort when completing the tasks. The first time we brought the truck home the new bumper was hanging down and not even, screws were missing in the fender flare, the headlights were broken when they installed the new ones and they broke the headlight housing as well when they installed them. We then took the truck back in so that it could be repaired correctly. We got the truck back after they repaired those things that they messed up and we were told that there were LEDs placed back into the headlights and high beams. Come to find out, they lied and never installed the LEDs like they said that they were going to.

My car was initially supposed to go in October 29th through progressive but the system messed up so I couldn t get in at that point but the owner said he d get my car driveable and get the parts ordered and get me in right away, I got my car back driveable which it still scraped like no other on my tire. At this point my parts were a week out and figured I d be getting in then, at that point they didn t even have me scheduled to fix my car. I waited two more weeks to get in, so finally I get my car in and am told I ll get it back the 8th of December. My car wasn t even completely done, they didn t aim my side view mirror and they also didn t paint my rear bumper even though it was quoted thinking they could get away with it, they also charged me for the paint job, 10/10 will never come back here after they finish my carServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I send all of my customers over to Shane at Jims. We have yet to have a single person not pleased with the whole process. He is honest, fast and priced fairly. He handles the repair process with the insurance company so you dont have to. 100% recommend using him. Ive worked with a lot of different body shops for work, Jims is by the best experience and the only one to have 100% of the people i have sent there leave happy. I wouldnt go anywhere else

I worked with Shane while receiving repairs on my 2020 Kia Sportage. He was very professional and helpful with any questions I had. The repairs completed on my vehicle were done well and look great. Outstanding service.

Going to the body shop 3 times in one year isn't great but Jim's auto body made my experience so easy. They were quick and didn't let anything slip through the cracks. I hope to not get hit this year but if I do, I know that I will be calling Shane!

Excellent service when previous owner was there. Questionable service from one of the new owners towards me last year, and found out today after complaint about REPAIR work done 1 year ago that he will not stand behind work. Have had 4 previous repairs done under previous owner and had excellent service. Not happy!!
