Bad experience getting daughters tires mounted and balanced, didn't bag the old tires before putting them in the back seat. Then sent the wrong tires home with her they didn't come off her car, so I then had to make a trip there to get the actual tires that came off her car

After leaving truck for brake repair, I had to call one week later for repair details. Another three weeks later I had to call again to determine truck was repaired and ready. No one attempted to call me, as they said they would. Not happy with price nor repair. Returned truck for proper repair. One week later I called only to be told additional work and cost was necessary. Picked truck up, as is, will never return there again. Great group of guys, they call to update, they perform the work when they say they are. And even if they get beyond busy they will update you on the status of your vehicle.. Good mechanics, great at customer service. They truly make you feel as though your a valuable customer to their business.. Did I mention that the prices were extremely fair as well..

took my 2018 Ram 3500 in for new tires and everything was done in a fine manner with a fair price. better to spend my money in Iron River than in Duluth. they mounted Firestone Destination M/Ts and were very fair on the price out the door! Well done and keep up the good work!

Worked with my roadside assistance company and they hired these guys. We were given an estimate of three hours arrival, which seemed long considering we were only a half hour away, but we waited. The eta came and went and when no one showed up we called the roadside assistance company to find out when the service member would be arriving. They gave us an estimate, the service never came, and eventually we found out that we had been stood up. In total we waited five and a half hours for them to come and they never came. A & L never communicated anything with us, never answered our calls, and never told us they wouldn't be coming. Completely unacceptable service and would never go to this company for anything.

My MKZ Lincoln broke down while on Vacation. My Serpentine belt and pulley system needed to be replaced, and these fine gentlemen fixed it and had me on the road back home. No problems. Extra Thank You to all of you!

Was quoted for a tune up and they called and said I owed them twice as much and another 140 on top of that and oh I quess we should have called you. Very unprofessional
