For being a family owned establishment and the reviews online I expected more. Traded in a SUV and was told that they could only give me a small amount due to all the mechanical issues and mileage. Which honestly I didn t expect much going into this. But to my surprise I see my traded in SUV on the website this week listed as a mechanic special for $2,499! That s over a $2,100 profit when I was told the amount I originally wanted was too high. And it wasn t even that much! That s shady as heck! Don t tell a customer their vehicle is junk and not worth anything then turn around and sell it for 2,200 more than I was given! We were planning on getting our son and daughter who are learning to drive a vehicle from there but not anymore! Glad I was able to find a vehicle for the price I could afford but my fault for believing they were just junking my trade in. Sad that the sales person flat out lied to my face saying they don t deal in shady business but yet can turn around and pull this! Word of mouth can be pretty damaging. I did like the lady in the office she was sweet! But don t trust this place.

I was very happy with the sales dept. when purchasing my vehicle. They made it a very pleasant buying experience with no pressures. We had lost our van to accident and had been looking for weeks for a replacement. They had one that would work, and we took it home that day. They were also quick on a minor bumper repair when I returned it and answered any other questions that I had on the vehicle's operation. I highly recommend them for both sales and service. Great car lot. The front desk lady, Zach and Adam were awesome and very helpful. I purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain SLE on 12/27/23 for my daughter's Sweet 16. The Terrain runs great and had a very good price. The workers were accommodating, everyone was friendly and NOT pushy at all.

Advertised one price...drove over an hour to find...the price didn't include freight, prep and windshield. Exact definition of bait and switch. Watch yourself at this place honestly is not a priority there. They even admitted the advertisement was incorrect but would stand behind it.

This place is the definition of shady! They couldn't make it as a carpet store, so they decided they would try used cars. Their mato is "I never saw a leak that stop leak can't fix" NEVER trust a salesman especially one that sells used cars.

Bought a decent used van from them for a good price, (08 Grand Caravan-113k miles), for under 6k. First day, it was amazing..second day I seen the hood was smoking. When I got in there to see what happened, there was oil and coolant on everything..no big deal, I bought a used vehicle, but still very scary. I phoned Adam and he was able to get the van in and get a loaner for me to use for the following couple days. His guy checked the van and there was just some loose bolts which he ended up tightening.Since then I haven't noticed any smoke, everything seems fine for it being 15 years old. Running great now. Very thankful to be able to find a nice family vehicle which I can also use for my 2 hour work commute everyday. Adam and everyone there was friendly and intelligent...they clearly knew their stuff.Thanks Wenninger's for surpassing my expectations when I found a random used car lot on Google. I will literally recommend this place for years to come...hell, I've already started telling people about this place! PS: Mia is adorable and an absolute good girl!

Just picked up my car today! Great service and zero pressure to buy. I noticed the car I test drove pulled to the right just a bit. Adam said no worries we'll do an alignment before you pick it up. Two super sweet dogs were an added bonus! We will be back!

I bought my 2016 ford fusion here this week, Adam in sales was extremely helpful, gave me great options, never pressured me and answered all my call and texts promptly. Sold a vehicle that was "inspected" but the breaks were scraping within a week after delivery. This is the smallest issue with the vehicle. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Recently purchased a Mazda 2012 from Wenninger Auto. Adam was a no pressure and friendly salesman. Great experience. Second vehicle from this location. We couldn t get everything finished day one and the site gave us a loaner. We were able to drive home next day with our vehicle. The only suggestion would be to add a detailing service when you expand, I would have liked the option.

i needed a small inexpensive vehicle for work and so i looked at what they had. i purchased a 2003 ford focus SE on 1/17/2020 for less than blue book( nobody can drive a manual anymore). they were upfront with any known issues that the cars may have. I had a problem with the car, a bad ignition coil. i called them and we set up a time to get it in to look at, and they repaired it under their 90 day warranty. I don't know of many used lots that give any kind of warranty. I would definitely deal with them again.

Don t purchase from them this place is a scam. My boyfriends truck he purchased from them back in July caught on fire last week and the whole thing is done for due to the wires that they replaced. They also did not replace the o2 sensor like they said they would when they held it to fix it.

Bought a truck from them, overall I had a great experience. I think the prices are fair, the service is good, and generally they were very friendly and helpful to me, being my first dealer purchase I was slightly apprehensive and unsure how typical car-buying procedures go, but they made it easy. Wonderful people to work with! No pressure...honest..let me drive cars til i found the perfect one for me! Vehicle had small issue and they fixed it immediately...i highly recommend anyone looking for a good used car to come here!! Bought a second vehicle here 1 year later..still awesome with customer service! If I have any issues with my vehicles they are more than happy to take a look at it and they are not nearly as pricey as other shops around Dodge county! I highly encourage anyone looking for a good used vehicle to check them out.

Had a great buying experience. The entire staff were really helpful. I needed a car that day and they were very accommodating and showed me everything in my price range and the credit union they work with were very quick to get in touch with them. I definitely plan on coming back in the future any time I need to purchase a new vehicle. Highly recommend wenninger's for anyone in the market for a used vehicle of any kind. Your wallet and your mind will thank you. Excellent service and a very friendly staff

Wife and I bought a 250 quad from them.. very happy with the gentleman we dealt with..Adam I believe his name was. Went to test drive quad and it wouldn t stay running. Adam reassured that he would have somebody fix it the next morning as it was close to closing time. Right away in the morning it was done. Well go to pick it up and my tailgate wouldn t drop so Adam and another gentleman help me push it up over the tailgate. Kicking ourselves in the butt for not coming here sooner!! Excellent staff and very helpful!! We will definitely be coming here again for future purchases!!! Thank you all for your help!!!!

I bought a 2008 Ford Focus from Zach on July 12th. It was a pleasurable experience and was able to test drive a couple of cars with no problem. If your in the market for a used car I highly recommend. Great selection to choose from with many price points to fit your budget.

I worked with Mike. I purchased a used ford f250 recently. I had the vehicle inspected by two different mechanic shops. I am getting some recommended updates - repairs to improve it for long term driving.The experience involved a low price purchase for a vehicle that often sells for a very high price used. The vehicle I purchased based on my estimates was close to $5,000 below market value.There was no crazy repair, that I needed that they didn't tell me about. No catch to the price I got the vehicle for.This is a very good family owned car business, and I think that some reviewers have posted 1 star reviews associated with used car purchasing stress.I received a warranty with my car without any price added for it. Check your warranty, in case you purchase, for what it covers.I would say it is a five star business but you can't assume a used car will be without issues. My first used car had a lot of repairs, but it works, and i enjoy it as a sort of antique ride.In this era it was said of social media that, "how we feel about something has become more important than the authenticity of something.". That applies in case you can't handle used car purchasing challenges. Don't unload your stress in a one star review, unless you can back it up with an authentic claim about your experience.Wenninger had serious rural wisconsin charm.Tom wenninger had an accent that reminded me of brock lesnar, who is from South Dakota, not far from Wisconsin. I was thinking, 'Oh s***, better not annoy him!'Mike though, is super easy going, and I worked with him for most of the purchase.If you are sensitive, to tough sounding people, ask to speak with Mike! I didn't ask. It did help make the sale easier.I picked up the car! To ship a ford f250 extended cab long bed, is not easy, or cheap.Pick it up! It's an adventure to get out to wenninger.I had a good time working with those guys.Thanks

My husband was looking for a hunting/fishing truck. We came across Wenninger Auto Sales in Iron Ridge and we had an awesome experience! No pressure sales from Zach and we also got to work with Gage. Both guys were easy to talk with and work with. We ended up with a 2000 Ford F150 super cab on 9.23.21 and it's perfect for what we need it for. I was amazed at all the other items that they sell there as well. Stop by and check them out.

My husband needed a used vehicle to get to and from work, and we are new to the area. He had heard good things about Wenninger Auto Sales so we decided to give them a try. My husband is a mechanic and he is extremely picky about cars. The staff were very helpful. We test drove 3 vehicles and finally settled on a Subaru. They made the purchase very easy and worked with us on getting the best interest rates. We are very happy with the car and would reccomend them in the future. Again, the staff is great. They were willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs. Thanks guys!

Buyer beware. Bought a Ford Explorer in May. Only put 6000 miles on vehicle. Maintained properly. Motor blown, broken springs, bad ball joints, and about 25 pages of other issues totaling over $10,000 for repairs! Just talked to the owner and he blamed Ford, he blamed the shop I brought it to, he blamed the driver and basically said that everybody else was at fault! Will never buy from there again and if you do you better get everything checked out by a mechanic at minimum but I would suggest you don t. This was my daughters first experience buying a car, she saved for it and we put our trust in them and the failed miserably! They ruined her first experience and took her money that should worked hard to save! DO NOT BUY from them!Looking at reviews around 8 months seems pretty common!

I was in need of a vehicle after my primary vehicle broke down. I found really great used vehicles here at very fair prices. Tom worked with me to test drive two different vehicles and I ended up going with a trailblazer. So far it has been better than expected and really feel that I got a great value. They don t try to push you into a vehicle that you don t want and they are very honest and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend that anyone who is looking for a great value on a used vehicle to stop by and see Tom. If I am ever in need of another vehicle I will be back.

Purchased a 2001 Ford F-150 from them. The truck was exactly what I was looking for. It drove great and was in the best shape that a early 2000s Ford pickup could be in! They provided phenomenal customer service, answered all the questions I had, they provided great information up front, and what was relevant they made sure I was aware of. I worked with Mike, he was very laid back, knowledgeable, and did a great job assisting me! Zach, the owner, is also awesome, very pleasent, and went through the paperwork thoroughly and made sure any questions I had were answered. It is a family owned dealership, they are great people and genuinely care about their customers. Both Mike and Zach were an absolute pleasure working with! Thank you so much!

Found a 2007 Chevy Silverado that was posted online so I went here to look at it. Truck is in good shape for the year and I couldn't believe the low milage on it. This was definitely what i wanted as I do a lot of huntin and fishin. My salesman was Adam and he did an awesome job helping me through the process. He kept in touch with us the whole time and things went very smooth. Now I own a 2007 Chevy Silverado. Thank you Adam for your help and being professional at what you do.
