FREIGHTLINER CASCADIA WHEN IT NEEDED BRAKE WORK. Thank you for all THOROUGHNESS when it was brought into your shop, checking it over & discovering another crucial brake issue. Your caring professionals provided care & considerations giving the work what it needed with attention to cost. Thank you again for going above & beyond the extra mile!

We were traveling from Minnesota to Wisconsin, when 100 miles into our trip, the trailer brakes went out on our Grand Design Solitude 390RK-R. I called Veterans Truck & Trailer and spoke to Jeremy. They were unable to get us in for same day service, but he provided me numbers of other places to call and said if I have no luck to call them back. After calling 4 other shops, no one could get us in until next week. I called Jeremy back and he said they could squeeze us in first thing in the morning.We arrived and everyone in the service department was friendly and treated us like "longtime friends". Dan and Jeremy took great care of us, gave us lodging and food suggestions, and ensured us they would get us looked at as soon as they could.They got us in the next day and diagnosed a bad brake assembly. They had parts brought in within the hour and had us back on the road all within 24 hours.I highly recommend Veterans Truck & Trailer for your service needs. They were friendly, accommodating and efficient. I can't express the gratitude I feel for their remarkable service! Thank you!!

Zero starts so far. My Secretary has done all the contact but the original quote last week was half of this weeks and was told it would be done by Friday and now its the weekend with no word of when things will be ready. They told us they were delayed as staff had Covid. And despite all new wiring and brake work they said it was only at 20% working capacity. And this light happened to fall off from poor work quality.

After using Veterans for over 6 months I want to say how happy we are to have found a new place to get all of our truck and trailer repair needs met. All of our service appointments have been hassle free and done promptly. We had a road side breakdown and they were very prompt in getting us off the freeway and into the shop for the needed repairs. Their prices are also very fair and workmanship has been great. All the guys we ve dealt with are very helpful and have great customer service. In our 20 years of trucking and dealing with many repair shops, we know that places like these are hard to come by. They have totally earned our business!

I broke my trailer the other day I needed a way to fix it but I did not have a way to weld aluminum. A friend of mine told me to take it over to veteran s truck and trailer and they would get it taken care of. I asked them to fix the bracket that the ramps sit on as all that had ripped off when trying to load something and it slipped off and took the ramp with it. They went WELL above and beyond my expectations and they were able to repair a lot more than I expected them to and they did an absolutely fantastic job on it! The trailer looks like new again and you almost can t even tell it was broken to begin with! I would highly recommend this place and would be happy to go back if I ever have any future needs for trailer repairs. Great job guys, thank you!

Big thanks to guys working at Veterans Truck & Trailer Service Co. Our truck has got a front axle bearing collapsed and barely made it to the shop. When called the office to check the mechanics schedule Jason picked up the phone and provided the estimated time the truck can get into a bay which was just a few hours ahead. They put the truck inside even faster ( about 2 hours ahead of the ETA). As soon as the problem was diagnosed Jason located the parts rapidly and 3 hours later the truck was on its way. The invoice price was below any expectation (Those who fixed the trucks on the road know how high it may fly). The facility is extremely clean and people are great. Great example how any truck repair facility should operate.

Without question, the quality of work, the integrity of the people, and the positive culture that I ve observed sets this organization at the top of the list of service organizations I ve had the pleasure of doing business with. On two separate occasions I ve scheduled service appointments a week in advance and have been met upon arrival with two exceptional customer service experiences. Veterans Truck and Trailer Service is located in Hudson Wisconsin, and is my NEW Go-To service/maintenance repair shops for my Country Coach diesel 45 foot motor coach. Jesse and Jason are a pleasure to work with be it scheduling service appointments, sourcing replacement parts or explaining what the current state is of the vehicle you have in service. (Even including photos showing progress and updates) Good and responsive guys that proactively follow up to be sure.When it comes to working on the coach, I ve had the pleasure of having Charley perform a bunch of work on my Allison transmission and associated hydraulic components as well as filter and fluid maintenance items. He is especially knowledgeable with my coach s Caterpillar C-15 and Alison 4000 transmission. An exceptional and thorough technician and mechanic. Thanks, Charley!Not knowing it, I had a pretty significant onboard air conditioning issue that warranted an extensive investigation and repair effort that consisted of going through the entire AC system and its 100 feet of freon lines to resolve a major system breach resulting from a lack of proactive maintenance and care on the coach over the last 15 years. Brian worked tirelessly uncovering all of the items that needed to be addressed in order to get the elaborate AC system working again. I m certain this guy is a contortionist having crawled through virtually every foot of the hundred plus feet of lines to correct and resolve the breach. Though he had never worked on my motorhome before, he dove into it with tenacity and precision that I have rarely seen others take on. To my satisfaction, the cumulative services performed successfully resolved some pretty significant issues and functionality that if left unaddressed would have led to bigger problems. Both Brian and Charley have my upmost respect! Thank you for hanging in there Brian!To the entire team at Veterans Truck & Trailer Service THANK YOU for your help in getting me back on the road again!Highly recommended!David

This is bad place I will never come back, and I will never to advice to any one go, they charging you whatever they want either they fix or not, stay away this shop Truck stops better than this shop
