Parts department could not be any worse, it's very clear they only want to sell a car and not sells parts or accessories, wrong part again, a very short drive to the next dealer is highly recomended

Hudson Luther Chev rocks! They are friendly, efficient, and made me feel like everything was going to be ok. I m new to Hudson, elderly and need to use a cane. They came and got my vehicle, without an appointment, fixed it and even washed it. I m thrilled and will always us them in the future. Thank you Jeremiah and Nicholas for making this a worry free experience

I was told I would be called about my car, I was not had to call in. I was told my car would be done at a specific time, it was not had to sit and wait. I was told they would repair part of my defective paint job if I paid $500 deductible. I took the car to a different dealer and it is being repainted completely right now with no deductible.

I had been looking for a special truck for about 2 months. Looking on line and test driving the ones that I felt that were close enough.Last Friday I saw one on line that made the grade at Luther Hudson Chevolet GMC. It was a 2016 Mahogany Brown GMC Sierra Z71. Dubble Cab 4x4I called and made an appointment to test drive this vehicle on Saturday 9:15 With Kao Yang Sales I showed up little late and Kao was all ready for me had the truck pulled out and ready to go.So we took it for a drive . Wow it was quiet 5.3L Ecotec3 and it ran good and handled even better.I had an issue with a few minor details that were addresed byKevin Rehbein Sales Manager. Who handled it in a very professional Polite manor. Issues were resolved.Then I met Nick Barum Business Manager Financing GuruHe took his time with me went over all kind of options and found the best one that worked for me. And only took about 45 min start to finishTop Notch.Then Kao took the time to get my blue tooth and phone hooked up to touch less hands free. Wow Cool.Then Kao took me to get my free 1st and 5th Free Oil Change coupon from Jeremiah Johnson Service Professional. He was awesome as well.Best truck buying experience ever.And boy do they have a lot of Vehicle'sThanks for all the helpSincerelyEric Ulrich.

Came in because my ac / heat selector was not working. The cable was disconnected. Instead of reconnecting cable they replaced and charged me for a not needed new part, plus extra labor to install new part. I asked for the old part and found it was not broken, only disconnected. They then OFFERED to put old part back in and refund part cost but not labor, plus it took another trip to the dealership and more time without my car. The previous time I brought the car in here they charged me for a repair that should have been covered under warranty and I had to go back and get reimbursed (cracked air intake). Last time at this dealership I swear.

The maintenance dept went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I had no proof that what happened was the fault of Luther Chevrolet. They listened and took care of it. Very professional. I will be back.

Adam, in service, helped us with 2 major repairs on my wife's 2010 Cadillac SRX. The work was done as scheduled. We had a minor follow-up issue and it was scheduled promptly to check it out.

Nice, but denied my service needed as I couldn't make my appt due to emergency. Lack of communication or willing to work with me before shutting me out. Will never take my vehicle there or recommend.
