I ordered four new tires and they arrived in time for my appointment. I had them mounted & balanced plus a four wheel alignment. The job was done in just over a half hour and I am very satisfied with my new Cooper tires. I had enough Ford Pass points to substantially reduce the amount of my bill, plus an option for more points or a cash rebate. I chose to add points and Michaela was very helpful assisting me in getting the process completed.I have bought or leased four new Fords from here and have done virtually all of my service and repairs on both of my vehicles at Hudson Ford over the last ten years and I keep returning because of the great dealings I've had with all departments.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

I had a rather frustrating experience at Hudson Ford! When I was in for a scheduled oil-change on Friday I explained that my rear right blinker was not working. She explained that it was still under warranty (just barely) and that she had ordered it and it would be in on Monday. She asked if 4pm or 4:30 would work for me to come back in to get it changed. I said I could make the 4:30 appointment work. When I arrived on Monday at 4:30 I also mentioned to her that there were 2 oil spots on my garage floor where I parked my Bronco on Friday evening after my oil change. She said that they would take a look at that as well. At 5:07 she walks over to me in the waiting room and hands me my keys and said "I'm sorry but your part didn't come in so you'll have to call back tomorrow and schedule another time!" I'm still confused why I wasn't called earlier in the day and told that the part had not arrived OR at least tell me that at 4:30 when I arrived so I didn't have to waste 37 minutes in the waiting room with my 2 children!?!? And shouldn't they have checked the oil leak?I drove 40 miles for nothing & added extra miles to my vehicle that the warranty is about to expire on. Not good customer service!

I was in desperate need of a car as my older Impala was dying on me. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Dakota to test out an explorer I had my eye on. Dakota was very personable and kind and over all they had such a good vibe here. At other dealerships I always felt pressured, but instead he gave me so much information and was very kind! I also worked with Paige in finance, she had such a welcoming tone. She was able to help us find a bank that would finance the car for me and was so good at explaining everything as well! Overall a great experience and will definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future!

Jason at Hudson Ford made my buying experience awesome! It was the best car buying experience I ve had to date - amazing communication, great customer service all around, and a low price. I live in Washington State and made the flight over to pick up and drive back my truck. Jason had everything lined up, and my wife and I were in and out within an hour. I love my new truck and can t thank Jason and Hudson Ford enough!

There's a reason these guys have a big name. Go check them out and get your services done the right and the efficient way!! Looking for a vehicle, they are not the type to pressure you into buying vehicles like other businesses. I can't be thankful enough to have dealt with some amazing people who have made life easier for me. When servicing vehicles they make sure to go through everything they have done and will always let you know when repairs need to be done. This is why I give a 5 star rating.

I'm not happy about this service department first they couldn't find my appointment until I showed them the text from their service department .they told nCre it would take 2 days it took 7 then the service Tec said he called to let me know it was ready I didn't receive any call. Then my walking cane was missing the service manager said he checked with the mechanic that worked on my car they couldn't find not even any offer to replace it he did offer an oil change for free.not a great experience

This was not an uncommon instance . I ve brought my Explorer in every 5,000 miles for an oil change and every single time they try to charge me. I ve already been charged once because they didn t understand I had a package that included oil changes, which was fine, but it s every single time. There s no way to note a customer has a package so that you can get it right the first time? I am very glad this is my last oil change with them so I can finally get rid of the Explorer and buy a GMC like I should have in the first place.Also, if you re wondering, Hudson Ford does not do any investigating when a customers vehicle is having issues. I brought my Explorer in on 3 different occasions, one time for a whole month, and they couldn t figure out why it was shifting hard. They said two Ford engineers came out to inspect it but couldn t figure it out either. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. They re liars who are just looking to make money and not actually take care of their customers. Ford Explorers after 2020 have been transmission issues and Hudson Ford will not do anything to try and fix it. They will gaslight you and make you believe it s in your head until you take it to your mechanic and that mechanic says, This isn t the first time we ve heard Hudson Ford doesn t fix the problem.. Do your research on vehicles and stay as far away from Hudson Ford as you possibly can.

I had a scheduled oil change done. Right on time, very professional and courteous service. My service writer was wonderful and my truck was finished and back on the road promptly. Very pleased with my visit to Hudson Ford.

We had an unexpected truck failure with our f-150, had to get it towed to Hudson Ford Sunday night, by Monday morning they had a diagnosis, and were getting us back on the road by Tuesday. Kept us informed of all progress and even dropped the truck off at my work when it was done. Great service.

To take care of a recall, a Ford technician called me to set up a date and time to actually come to my house to do the service! He called approx 15 minutes ahead of time,arrived at the set time, was very friendly and professional. Took care of the recall/update and was on his way!

Very Disappointed!!! I usually have very good experience when I take in my Explorer for servicing. I was having issues with my cruise control and sensors going off intermittently and it was a new module that was replaced just last year as it failed when we were on vacation in Virginia. I had purchased the extended warranty when I bought the car and the service was covered.When I brought my vehicle in this time I told them it was replaced last year in Virginia and I had an extended warranty. I was not asked for the paperwork from Virginia to show them it was replaced.Late in the day I received a text that my vehicle was ready and could pick it up. It did not mention what was done if anything and did not mention any $$ or warranty coverage.In the morning when I picked up me car I was told there was a charge. I asked why it wasn t covered and was told they aren t like Walmart, and each dealer is independent and they would need to have the paperwork .I keep all my records in my vehicle of any service work done and they had the vehicle. No one called and asked for the paperwork.I was pretty frustrated because they also seemed to forget I had extended warranty. I was then told that the person doing the repair said that I hit something with my vehicle and knocked the module loose . The module is evidently right behind the front grill. There is no damage to the front of my car and I think I would know if I had hit something.I was feeling very frustrated and insulted that no one called me to discuss this with me and rather than argue I paid the $200.00 and left.

I really cannot recommend the service department here. Maybe they do OK with some vehicles, but I don t trust the mechanics enough to come here again.Pros:- The service advisors are friendly. It s often chaotic and they will ignore you until they are ready to help, but then they are helpful.- It s a nice facility and waiting room. There is even free coffee and WiFi.- No appointments are needed for oil changes at the quick lane.Cons:- The mechanics aren t thorough and randomly skip different steps. Maybe it will be the next oil change sticker, resetting the oil life meter, leaving shop tools in the vehicle, skipping checking the brakes, or indicating tires with holes in them are in good condition. The service advisors don t do anything except saying I m sorry that happened. Literally every time I ve been here, something hasn t been done correctly.- Expect an oil change at the quick lane to take about 3 hours. It may be an hour or two before they start.- Significantly more expensive than an independent shop.

The dealership does great job on maintenence that is needed on my car. My only issue is that I always make an appointment and my car takes too long to get serviced until I give the office a call. Friendly and helpful service though

Stellar experience from start to finish.. saw the truck on the website, came in to take a peek. Brian was great, showed me the truck, simple and straightforward price without any hidden fees. From sales person, service manager to the business manager, just a great experience.

Had an airbag recall on my ford, was scheduled just a few days after I called. Luke my advisor was helpful when answering my questions and the recall was completed in a timely manner. No complaints and very satisfied!

Hudson Ford Quicklane has routinely impressed me with how fast they get my F-150 in and out for basic maintenance service (oil changes, etc). The staff at the counter are always friendly, professional and efficient.

I sure do Wish the Ford Company could get the lug nut issue permanently fix. I realize this does not reflect on your dealership but a black hole mark on the Ford Company as a whole. No bad issues with my experience at your dealership Thank you

The Hudson Ford service department and quick lane services are great. Everyone I ve come in contact with is professional, friendly, and listen to my concerns. I feel they re knowledgeable, and I m always confident the work has been done properly and with care. I checked in and a half hour went by and I was still waiting for my car to get an oil change. It wasn t busy and after a half hour I asked the girl at the front and she said, I m having a problem with your vin. Well she should have taken care of it when she checked me in, instead of waiting on everyone else.

It was a very good experience. The man I had was very helpful good at explaining what was wrong with my car, and how to fix it, but the reason I rated a four star review is because the expense that it costed was not fun we just have to have tax in this world. Hahaha.

This is the only place to go. Dont waste your time or money elsewhere. Customer service is hands down the best you will ever receive. Techs are the best and did I mention the free shuttle service? This Ford service is excellent! So many things checked to make sure they are OK and the things done are engine oil and filter, tire rotation and inflation. The cost for all this is very reasonable!
