Best customer service I ve ever experienced with a phone issue. My touch quit working on my iPhone and there was nothing I could do to get it to work. Tyler fixed the issue in 30 seconds and didn t charge me anything as they have a free diagnosis unlike the other phone repair place which charges $50 just to diagnose it.

Ordered a Special AGM Car Battery for my new Toyota Land Cruiser. Ordered the part online last week. The shop called me right away and let me know it would arrive in a few days. A few days later they called me and let me know it had arrived. When I came to the shop, the customer service and communication was excellent. Wonderful human beings and even better business. Can t recommend this store enough for people who need help for any type of battery you need. The best of the best!

Staff extremely helpful! Changed my battery in my car for me on a really hot and humid day so I didn't have to do it myself! I've always been really happy with the service at this store! Staff there goes out of the way to make sure I get what I need

I came in last week to get a new battery for my Honda CRV. The customer service was exceptional, I was quoted for two different batteries at two different price points over the phone. I felt like i was given all the information I needed. The swap was done in less than 10 minutes and I haven't had any problems with it whatsoever. Would recommend anyone go here.

I just bought a new car battery from the Hudson store. Beth the manager was very knowledgeable about which to buy and went out of her way to install it as well. The best part is her quality of work. She seriously treated my car like it was her own. Highly recommend this store. I know I am going to be a repeat customer.

Square Trade sent me here to fix the cracked screen on my Samsung s10+. Screen was out of stock for a week, never called when it came in, fixed it quickly, maybe too quickly as the phone lost its waterproof seal. It didn't even get submerged and its now foggy inside in front of all 5 camera lenses. Square Trade said within 30 days authorized repair centers are supposed to fix the repair for free. Batteries Plus Bulbs - Hudson said they would not fix it unless they got reimbursed, also said they were not trained in moisture repairs, which makes sense since they didn't know how to prevent the moisture from entering the phone after replacing the screen. I called SqTrade again, they said they would sent me to CPR for warranty repair. AND not charge me for it.

This was the best retail experience I have had since before the pandemic. I was literally in and out of the place in 10 minutes, including a car battery installation. Jordan was great.

I called ahead of time to make sure they had my lawn mower battery, and he said they did. Arrived in the store and the gentleman quickly did a load test on my battery and found out it was in fact bad as I suspected. Guy got me the new battery, I paid the bill and out the door without delay. Excellent service!

Just had a "superb service" experience with this retailer for a special order auto battery purchase and installation. Casey and Dom were highly professional and courteous and went out of their way to expedite delivery and assist with the installation. It is highly refreshing to get this type of service in retail! Exceptional. They are my "go to" store for anything I need that they carry. Thank you for the service!!!!

I just stopped in there to see if they had some batteries that I normally have to order from the manufacturer and takes upto a month to get. Not only did they have them, but were cheaper! I believe Casey was the one that helped me, he was super polite and helpful. He asked me if I wanted to register my company for a business account and I agreed. When I got to the register he asked a couple of questions and checked me out. Not going to lie I sat there dumbfounded for a few seconds when he gave me my receipt and told me to have a great day. When I finally realized that was it all I could say was thanks and left. I swear it takes longer to check out at a gas station than that took. They have definitely earned all my future business!

Absolutely GREAT service on both purchase and a return. Sent return with daughter who going to Hudson 25 miles away, employees worked with her closely and even though I forgot to give her the receipt and my card the personnel worked wonderfully with her. SO good in fact that she had to call me immediately and tell me how great they were.. Thanks Much - Hudson Batteries Plus - I'll consider the "Plus" to mean great service...

Franchise owner is really nice and goes above and beyond. He tried really hard to not sell me a battery for my truck. But I was too stubborn and came back and got one anyway after realizing it was still my issue. So he's super honest.

A great find! Casey the owner goes out of his way to provide perfect on time service. He replaced my iPhone battery, found a pinched screen connector issue in the process and replaced the screen at no cost! I will be doing all future screen, battery and bulb replacements here. I've been recommending Kelly and his store to everyone I know in Hudson.

The owner Casey was very helpful and knowledgeable on his products in the store. He will bend over backwards to make sure your battery needs are met. Highly recommend his store in Hudson, Wi.

I was very impressed with the level of service and friendliness. It is sadly very rare these days to find a company who still practices both. The battery replacement for my iphone was done in the time promised and I felt as though everything was checked to make certain my phone was working correctly.

Highly recommend the veteran owned Batteries Plus in Hudson. The convenience of the store, friendliness and knowledge of the employees, and the ease of getting the repair done I needed on my cell phone for a reasonable price can't be beat!

Why shop online when located in backyard! Hard to find battery in stock plus external wall charger on hand. Stellar customer service both on phone and in person. Reasonably priced. Batteries for everything!!Great job Dom!

Came to the Hudson store to get the screen replaced on my iPhone based on a recommendation from a friend. I left with a perfect phone and the people there are friendly and awesome!! I can't recommend them enough and I will never go anywhere else for repairs.

I had made two appointments, because I had two phones needing new screens... I had a call confirming I needed 2 appointments and not a mistake. I had excellent communication and cannot say enough about customer service. Great people!

This purchase was for a car battery installed by BP. We have purchased batteries for vehicles, boat and lawn mower. The cost is competitive, the product is very good and the great service make this a go to for batteries. Our previous experience was also for a car battery that BP replaced in -20 temps. Owner and staff make doing business a great experience.

Most recent visit was very disappointing. Please think twice before purchasing anything from this store! I brought back a Duracell lawn & garden battery that was purchased just 3 months prior and had already failed. The battery was tested by the assitant manager and registered an absolute zero. Rather than exchange the battery under warranty, the store decided to blame me- the customer-for an improper application or abuse. This battery was used 2x in a Zodiak tender to start a 20hp merc 4-stroke with absolutely no other power draw. A perfect application for the product. This was clearly a defective battery. However this store chose to blame their customer. They chose not honor a warranty that should clearly be in effect. Buyer beware--this location will NOT do the right thing and honor defective products and fight those battles with their suppliers. They would rather be lazy and ineffective as a retailer and blame their customer. In the COVID-age of retailing, this is exactly the type of retailer that does not deserve the customer that goes out of their way for an in-store visit. This customer will never return to this store and will steer others to a worthy alternative.

Went in there with an almost dead van. The owner and one employee could not have been more helpful. Ultimately our van needed a new alternator, but they were generous enough to give us a ride to the rental car office and let us loiter until the tow truck showed up. Above and beyond the call of duty!!! Very helpful!!

I was in search for a 27f battery for my Tacoma so I went to two local auto parts stores, one even twice, and every time I entered a store neither the clerks or the customers were waiting a mask. Since I am health compromised this COVID thing is no joke. These stores and individuals are irresponsible to the communities they are in. Their feelings of loss of freedom or inconvenience supersedes my health. I went home and and went on line, found Batteries Plus, found a great battery and pick it up curb side. Easy!
