Top Notch customer service!Natalie,Bill,Derek,Brandy we are so lucky to have you at the Hudson location. My air filter they helped replace while I took care of my daughter s needs. Just stopped by on my way from to Wausau from Minneapolis. My headlights and high beams both went out and I figured it was a fuse since I just purchased the headlights 3 months ago. I was a bit frantic considering I still had a 2 hour drive home and it s evening time really don t feel like being pulled over or driving with no lights. Anyways, I was convinced it was a fuse but I couldn t find any fuses under the hood that appeared to be blown.After some frustration, Chad came out to save the day, or at least my day! After second checking the fuses, he then checked my headlights despite me telling him they re practically brand new. Sure enough both happened to be blown at conveniently the same time. He got me some new headlights, helped install them, and had me on my way.Thanks for your help Chad. I really appreciate it!!

Extremely helpful! They checked my engine light and Derek was more than willing to help change my ignition coil! Very nice, very helpful, if you need any car help or questions definitely go stop in!

Amazing customer service! Just got off the phone with one of their employees and he was incredibly informative. Unfortunately they don t have the part but he pointed me to some other places that would carry it.

I stopped in early and staff was smoking at front door.I went in and he asked me what I was looking for.I replied Lug nuts. He said do you have the number? I said I have it on my phone. He was thumping the keyboard and acted like he was annoyed that I was there. I told him I do not like the way he was treating a customer. And I was leaving.I told he was pushing me.He told me to go ruin somebody else's day.I will never go back there again.

Amazing service from Derek! Had car trouble on the way home from out of town yesterday, and he went above and beyond to help me get the part i needed and install it with me so i could make it home. I will definitely be back for his advice the next time i visit!

At some auto parts stores the counter people stay behind the counter, act busy, and wait for us to ask a question. Here, they usually ask us right away if we need help finding something. They may get your car details and go back and get the right thing, or come get the part with us. They were helpful finding the correct plastic push-fastener for my Civic.They did not have the proper synthetic Honda spec automatic trans oil however.

Very grateful to Derek and his team at Autozone. From out of town and had a significant issue with a battery and alternator issue. Went above and beyond with service and advice. Even got us in touch with a repair shop on a Sunday. Just extremely helpful and pleasant.

The staff is always very helpful and ready to assist anyone if needed. The store manager - Amanda really lives up to the companies motto. 'whatever it takes to get the job done'. Granted the employees are knowledgeable on most of the products but don't expect them to know EVERYTHING. 5/5

Such phenomenal customer service at Hudson s AutoZone! While we have appreciated doing business with them over the years, I didn t happen to be purchasing any parts from them today. Yet when my alternator died and I barely made it to their shop, they bent over backwards to help me. Derrick took the time to check my battery, take it out, attempted to charge it, & eventually replaced it. He also helped me sort through options for parts and towing. And Lee drove me in his own vehicle on his own time to pick up my warrantied replacement battery down the road at Fleet Farm. They did all of this knowing I was not purchasing anything from them today.I told Derrick I keep a little book where I record ways God provides for me and that they were all going in my book today!Thank you all so much! I will definitely be back again for future auto parts needs.Your stellar service made my day!

Had my Battery go bad while I was at a store in Hudson, I called Autozone and delt with Derek over the phone and lined up a new battery, and he personally delivered the battery to my location, where I replaced it on the spot! 10/10 would recommend!

There was one employee who was extremely rude to my daughter and her husband.My own dealings with this same employee makes me feel like I'm bothering him by asking for help.But as a general rule I have great experiences with the other employees there.Great experience today, associates were very helpful.

I came in to buy a new battery because my old one stopped working. Derek the manager was extremely helpful for me finding the right battery, and then when I got home, and put in the battery, it worked for one day and then the next day the car wouldn t start again. So I drove back to the shop and talked to Derek, and he recommended that I take a wire brush and file down the connection points between my wire from my negative battery terminal that grounds to the chassis of the car. After doing that, the car was able to start right away. He helped me troubleshoot a moderately difficult situation that wasn t immediately obvious as to what the cause was for a Novus car repair person like myself. so I would have to say that Derek really went above and beyond to educate me and what needed to happen and I think saved me a lot of money in the process. For that reason I think that this is a very reputable place to go get parts and knowledge.

Derek is awesome he knows a lot about vehicles I've know him for years now and I'm also former autozone employee who has gotten great advice from Derek before I started with autozone on how to deal with customers he's not only a great boss but excellent friend and knowledgeable person to ask for help keep up good work Derek forever my good friend and brother

I was driving a loaner vehicle on a Friday evening and the windshield wiper flew off. I stopped at AutoZone for assistance purchasing a new wiper right before close. They helped me locate the correct wiper and then proceeded to help me install it. I truly appreciated their prompt and courteous service, especially since rain was in the forecast.

Trash, straight up trash, not sure if autozone could hire more incapable workers, went in for brake pads, simplest thing..told employee what I needed, instead of looking them up..grabbing them and completing transaction.. guy with lame ponytail, chose to go with the only other two staff in the store, to help a customer select a plastic clip for the visor in his truck, now I get that they don t understand people actually work for a living, but I don t have time, to sit in the store for an hour, while they screw around doing less than nothing.

I paid $150 for one replacement headlight, so for the next time I'll need the same part I ordered a pair of the same part number from Amazon for $60.Charging ten times the price is no way to get return customer's.

I ve been to other autozone stores before but by far this is the best location with outstanding customer service. The store manager Derek is a awesome guy he is very helpful and knowledgeable about auto parts. Go see him or his staff they won t let you down!!!!

Absolutely horrible service!!!! My husband had spoken with one employee who was extremely helpful. He had purchased some spark plugs for his car that were not working. He asked if he could return them and get different ones. This gentleman said of course and that he would give me a discount on the new ones since the first ones didn't work. I ordered the new ones. When I went back the next day to return the bad ones and pick up the new ones, the gentleman I had been working with was off. The guy that helped me was extremely rude and didn't want to help me. He told me he couldn't find my order if I didn't have the receipt, even though I had the card that I used to pay as well as the loyalty card. I stood there and waited and miraculously, since I didn't walk away, he was able to find it! The manager claimed she had no idea who I was, but then proceeded to tell this guy which register I always pay at!!!! He refunded me the money and sold me the new ones for twice the price I was quoted. I explained that the gentleman that I had been working with told me that they would be about $20 but then was charged $40 and told that was the price if I wanted them. I will NEVER shop here again!!!!

Update 2023: 3 years later, still unreasonable overconfidence. Parts guys were super helpful and knew "just what I needed" for my break and rotor replacement. Except all equipment I got was for the wrong model car (after car was torn apart). Guess it's on me to double check their over-confident work. Worst part was, upon the return - No remorse from the "parts manager". simply "Man, I hate it when that happens". Thanks buddy, cherry on top for losing any future business.2019: Ignorance gives poor advice. Good people. Too bad they act like they know things when they don t. Tried to rent a part for a line removal, woulda cost zero to nothing. I was told I don t need it and not to bother... 30 min drive there right before closing says I do need it.
