These folks really know your vehicle and will take care of you. I'm satisfied - and happy with their clean shop and modern office. Costs are better than local competition. Very personable and easy going.

I was in need of an unexpected exhaust repair and thankfully Bobs team was able to get me in right away to do the repair! I took my Toyota Sienna to Bob's for repair of my electronic doors. Brittany was awesome with communication and keeping me updated on the progress of the repair. Very professional and efficient they got the repair taken care of. Highly recommended!

My first time at this shop and it was an oil change. I called an appointment and and the service writer was able to accommodate me within an hour. I first noticed how clean the premises were, that made me feel confident that I was dealing with a company that had pride in the way the shop looked. When I walked through the door, I was simply amazed at how fresh the waiting area was. The young lady at the counter was very nice and meet me with a hearty Welcome to Bobs along with a great smile. This made me happy as well because I know if the employees are happy then I will get a quality job. As I waited, the technician took my car ion a test drive. It is considered a muscle car but I could tell by the sound he didn t give it . He then pulled inside and proceeded with a safety check. He then inside and verified my oil preference. I could not be happier with the way I was treated and the way they treated my car. I will definitely return for all of my vehicle repairs. I was also given a sheet of the things that require more immediate attention as well as the things that will require attention in the future. I am so grateful that now I found a reliable service center in the Germantown/ Hubertus area. I would say that if your looking for an honest dependable service center, Bobs is a great place.Service: Oil change

Service was quick. Very knowledgeable and as an owner of a specialty euro vehicle it's great to know the technicians are well versed with my type of car. We had a fantastic experience working with Bob s Main Street Auto Service starting with a friendly and informative phone conversation. The shop front at the Hubertus location was very clean and the ladies up front were friendly and knowledgeable. All communications throughout the service were prompt, straightforward and detailed. The after hours call service went above and beyond to help with last minute details on the Friday before a holiday weekend. We would definitely return and highly recommended to all! Thank you to all for a great experience!

This is the only independent shop I ve been to that has dealer level techs, service advisors, and turnaround time - the difference is the reasonable cost that comes with it.

Great shop to have work done in your car or truck. The Service Writer Brittnay is through and great to work with. My anti freeze leak was a water pump and replaced. System tested new anti freze and Serpentine belt that was worn I'm back on the road. I will bring it back for next service

Brought in a flat tire for repair with no appointment. They got to my tire immediately, repaired it, and I was out of there within 20 minutes. Staff was very friendly and i definitely recommend them.
