I had brought the car in for an alignment check and it was off so they didn't alignment correction which was excellent and the whole procedure was done within an hour.Excellent service.

Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was able to get an appointment quickly. This is where I always come so they have my past work history on file, which is great! I highly recommend getting all vehicle service work done at AFS. They are very good mechanics doing solid, professional job at a very reasonable price. They're always flexible and able to accommodate relatively quickly to any appointment. Prices are a little high for the service delivered. When I received my vehicle back it had new damage but upon calling to ask what happened they repaired the damage. I just feel the value wasn't there for the quality. However its a convenient place to have service work done.

I was referred to this shop by a friend who is a professional driver. I didn't even get past making an appointment. The receptionist put me on the phone with the mechanic who told me " I'm not interested in working on your vehicle " Excuse me?! It's not like I have some complicated foreign or rare vehicle, it's one of the most common vehicles on the road.I can understand if the shop is busy and you can't get someone in for a week or two but to outright refuse somebody, so rudely, on the phone that just needs their car repaired?!Not only have you lost my business but my friend and family are taking their business elsewhere.On your website you say you can tackle any problem and you fixed about everything. Seems like it's bull pucky..

We needed a 130k miles services and this shop was great! Very professional, kind, and great service with reasonable prices. Front & Rear Differential, Transfer case, transmission fluids and oil change. Highly recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Prices are right inline with the rest of the industry. I like the fact that when your vehicle is up on the rack for oil cheange etc. They inspect pretty much the whole underside for any possible problems. They were very courteous. N listened to what I had to say. N did what I asked. No wonder they were kind tge first time I went there. Found out they charged me $100 and did not do the alignment on my truck. Didn't find that out til it ruined a ball joints n two new tires tho. I recommend you don't go there. I found out they do that s lot to customers that go there. Don't waste your time or money even driving in the drive way

I have a job that needs to be done, calling around a few shops like any consumer to get a fair price. They would not quote a job over the phone. I was asking for a specific part to be replaced. Asked, how you'll get work in there if you won't quote it. Said "I have plenty of business here" ***click***Don't seem to professional or friendly. I was kind of happy to see a lot of good reviews. I'm not going to drive all over town for a simple part & labor estimate that can be done over the phone.Response to reply: It wasn't very respectful to just say "I have enough work here" and hang up on me. Didn't ask what the job was. It's pretty cut and dry for the repair. I've called other shops that have quoted this no problem, I was trying to stay closer to my location. I don't have time to drive around and get estimates. If it was just tires you need to see the car? You can usually get the quote from the tire size and vehicle information. Just saying - there was no question as far as what I was looking to do just. "I have enough work here" and hung up. Call was probably a whole 10 seconds long. Pretty poor service to get new business in the door if you ask me.

I have had two terrible services done here. My car needed new gaskets. Needless to say, they put stuff on backwards and I needed to have it redone elsewhere. Secondly, my grandmother needed to get an oil change. She went in, got her oil changed and they told her she d need a new battery. She went to Kolosso Toyota in Appleton because she had a dumby light on and they told her she was down THREE quarts of oil after her oil change AND she did not need a new battery. I would not recommend using AFS ever. Find better quality elsewhere.Service: Auto maintenance

Slid into a curb and damaged some steering components on a Monday, brought the truck in a Tuesday afternoon, got it back fixed and aligned Wednesday at lunch (even with needing parts). The price was far lower than I expected, and the truck drives better than before I slid into the curb.
