Vics has been my go to with AAA for 3 separate tows and all were very professional and timely. Would recommend. Only negative would be that I don't feel my truck was very secure on the flatbed, but I don't know anything about towing. Again, would recommend based on 3 experiences. Thanks guys.

Just another reason to love Vic's Auto Body. Big screw in tire, tire was flat, I put just enough air in to get me there. I called, explained my situation to Shelley and 20 minutes later my car is there and will be fixed. Thank You!

Vic's has always been my go to for towing when I needed a tow. Polite and communicative. Really "saved" me after hitting a deer one night at -11�. I found shelter at a local farm. Vic's got my car, then stopped to pick me up and took us "both" home!

Yesterday during the spring snow storm around 3pm. I was stuck in the middle of hwy33 east bound in my sem truck when their tow truck pulled up and drug me up the hill to the top so i could get traction. Whoever that older gentleman was, thank you!!!

I trust this shop for all our car care. From oil changes to body work to towing. Now, we even bought a car from them, and it was the most seamless experience I ve ever had. They truly cared about the shape of the car before they sold it to us. Also, the office ladies are awesome! Especially Shelly who helped with all my pre-sale questions!

After spending the day with family at Waldvogel s, our minivan died on the side of the highway, we were packed right tight with kiddos and adults not to mention our pumpkins. Steve from Vic s didn t hesitate to come help us out by towing our van to the shop and another family member was thankfully nearby and able to come help take us home (north of Green Bay). Vic s was prompt about fixing our van and keeping in contact with us. Super grateful for their small-town family-owned business being nearby!

Vic s has a tow truck that broke our cars front bumper twice, while being towed, they also broke our neighbors back bumper while they were loading our car the second time. After calling them to try and figure out what they can do to help and what steps we can take to get it fixed , the woman put on a very hostile tone and wouldn t let us speak to anyone after going in circles with her. The third time we needed it towed, they denied the phone call completely.

Had my car towed there even though it still ran, but was blowing white smoke from tail pipes. Tow drivers very nice! Mechanics and office lady's... I have it towed to diagnose what needed fixed on my car. They said fuel injector 1 and spark plug 1. I asked them to leave the engine top off and we'll have it towed back to put the parts in ourselves. My check engine light was the only light on the dash.I get my car back, insert the new parts, put the engine back together to notice a couple parts were missing. (long engine bolt and my air take manifold) they claimed they had my air take but not my bolt. Even though I had all five when I brought my car in. (Office lady's hung up on me when I asked what we do now?)Needless to say after getting those two parts back and inserting the new parts they claimed I needed, my car won't even attempt to start. The battery is good and shows now my traction control sensor on my dash. Which is new! I believe because I didn't want to complete service with them due to them giving me an estimate of $629 to change a spark plug and fuel injector, my car was tampered with. I paid them $188 for labor and tow. But being a female I feel played.I will never be back! And I will never recommend.

Vic's was able to immediately get me in the same day I called to get my driver's side window at least looked at and rolled up so I didn't have to deal with our chilly winter temperatures with just a piece of plastic covering the window.

Wanted to get estimate for body work and the lady said they are not going to give me an estimate unless I have the work done here very rudely on the phone. Also my girlfriend almost got ran off the rode by one of the tow truck drivers that cut her off. Seems like very unprofessional people that work for Vics auto. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very very dissatisfied with Vic's Auto. I took my vehicle in for a change of brake pads and I was informed that ALL of my brake pads needed to be changed and the back two rotors, all fine and good until the price of it. Ridiculously upcharged. Ate the one hour cost and took my car to someone I knew. Turns out they straight up lied about how much brake pad was left on the front two! There was plenty left about 60% and they said there was about an eighth left. Avoid this place, dishonest and expensive.Edit: My calipers were just fine, you did not state that it was worst case. You know for sure you would have charged me the full $825. The fact that you are doubling down on the brake pads shows what kind of business you truly are, I saw with my own eyes what the case was. I will advise everyone to avoid this place.Service: Brake service & repair

Excellent towing service. They called me right away to confirm my tow and location. I was in Beaver Dam, he was there in a half an hour on New Years day! The truck loaded quickly and taken to Columbus for me. Would definitely call if needed again. Thank you again.

Was told my car would look new, except possibly the paint wouldn t be an exact match. That was not the case, my door doesn t even align with the frame and there are other defects too.The kicker was that they broke a piece of plastic trim on my door, and when I asked them to fix it they denied it being their fault despite agreeing they don t know how else it would have been damaged. Said I was lying about them breaking it, because her guy would never lie so obviously the customer was lying.Dishonest business. Does not meet the expectations that they set. I was willing to overlook the door defects until they lied about breaking the trim and refused to make it right.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

We have been taking our family cars here for about 12 years. We won't go anywhere else. They are super nice , and have very reasonable rates. I get everything for our cars done here, repairs, oil changes, tire rotations and have bought my tires thru them also.I trust them and when our cars are in for something as simple as an oil change I don't hesitate to ask them to check out the brakes and the suspension( for my families safety) because they don't push unnecessary repairs.

Exceptional customer service! I had a tire issue just outside of town, so I stopped in at Vic's near the end of lunch time. As soon as the mechanic got back to the shop after taking his lunch, he immediately began to work on my tire issue & corrected the problem for me right away. This was my first time at Vic's, but they treated me very well.... as if I was a long time, valued customer. Thank you!

I'm so blessed to have such a wonderful garage so close to me. Friendly people, top notch work, and reasonable rates. They don't screw you over and are honest... that's pretty rare. Love. This. Place.

I bought car from them 4 months ago and it's been hell to say the least. First BIG burn hole in trunk from exhaust they hid by floors mats! (Which you would clearly see when you lift carpet fir battery) the windshield leaks so much water in, I've had alot of problems with water in passenger floorboard. Now the transmission is slipping. I've now got $4000 into a car I drove 4+ months! They are very bad place to buy a car! I'll tell everyoneServices: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Recently had an odd noise in our 2011 Taurus. Diagnosed as a cracked flex plate. They got us in for servicing quickly, did the job well and at a fair price. The staff were very considerate and helpful. Top Mark's in all catagories.

Came in cause car had a flat.. they attended me quickly.. although they did not have my size tire they offered to fix it and I was out in 10mins.. great and friendly service..

I have to say I received the best service with an accident that happened. They went above and beyond for me to expedite this situation quickly. If you need any auto help I would call them again in a heartbeat
