Ben, Vern and Derek were great to work with the process was easy and answered all my questions.I like the fact I was able to test drive the sxs I ve never been to a dealer thats lets you test drive.Thanks again for the great service

Steve in sales was very open and informative with any offers they had as well as the out the door pricing . He also helped load and wanted to help secure the cycle in the truck. Melissa was great to deal with on the financing end as well. Intend to be a repeat customer.

This place never disappoints. I bought a machine recently from their Rice Lake store and I noticed another machine I'm looking for at their Holcombe store .....can you believe Steve Hauser IMMEDIATELY responded to me at 7pm???? He patiently and very promptly answered my concerns. EVERY professional associated with this dealership just keeps raising the bar.100 Stars for Airtec and Steve

Technician, Mike Villalpando, as well as service manager Vern have always been super professional when I ve called with questions or for an appointment or have brought in my boat/motor for routine or diagnostic work. I, especially, trust Mike s experience and training with my Suzuki DF 140.

Overall, very good service and timing.Costs were a bit high for the repair (nearly $500 to remove a tow rope wrapped around jet ski impeller), but the repair was done promptly and effectively.

I would give AirTec a minus 100 if it was an option. I have purchased 2 boats, Scag lawn mower and several ATVs over the years. This spring I got a quote on a new UTV and when I told them I would take it they would not honor the offer. I tried speaking with the owner. He made me out to be a bad customer. I had just bought a brand new pontoon from them and he said that he would call me back to discuss buying it back and that way we would never have contact again. He never called back. I sent him text messages and calls but he refused to respond. I then spoke with Ben at Holcombe where the pontoon was purchased. He said that he never had a problem with me and would honor the warranty for service if needed. I dropped the boat off there last Saturday for warranty. Got a call from Ben today and said that the owner, Chip, told him that he was not allowed to work on my new boat. I again tried reaching out to Chip. No answer. I would highly suggest that you look elsewhere. This is how they apparently treat customers. I m sure they will say it s my fault but trust me there are 2 sides to every story.

They we're able to get me in and service my Suzuki outboard at a time when they were very busy and I thank them for their professionalism and ability to work with people and do a great job with the products. I have Gone to a number of Marina's over the years and these guys are great. Thank you Joe and Mike for all you did in 2022.Again, This year, in October, 2023 when the weather had turned for the worst, they were able to get me in ahead of schedule and still take care of their Other customers as well. Especially thanks to Vern with his scheduling. Ben, Mke and all of the guys at Airtec on highway 27, north of Holcombe, Wisconsin.Terry Bowe

Did a great job installing a new plow on our Kawasaki teryx. First time they installed an actuator to control the tilt of the plow from the cab . Works great!!!

We bought a Princecraft Brio from Airtech Rice Lake a month ago. We contacted them due to an unforeseen issue with the boat. They responded immediately. Daren drove 2 1/2 hours to resolve the issue. Despite a crazy year filled with production and shipping delays, Steve Hauser went above and beyond to make sure we were able to take delivery of our Kawasaki Mule as soon as it arrived. He listened to our needs at the outset and suggested the Pro-MX EPS LE, which is what we purchased. There was no ridiculing us for originally considering the budget-friendly SX, nor was there any pressure to upsell us to a Pro-FXR. What resulted was a perfect vehicle recommendation that my entire family enjoys. Kudos to Stephanie in the Business Office as well for handling the paperwork in a relaxed and expedited manner. Airtec Sports of Holcombe has an extraordinary team to be proud of and I highly recommended checking them out.

Horrible experience here had a youth ATV up there for over a year got it back once and paid for it and nothing got fixed, so took it back they apologized and said they d get right on it. That was November. They ve had it since last April. I just called and they said it still isn t done lol! This will be the last thing I take to these people. This was after I spent 1,000 on my ranger. Never been treated so poorly as a customer.
